Horrible experience! Both managers on duty literally have no customer service training! They were not trying to help me from the time I walked in with hamsters babies that I raised since THEY sold me a pregnant hamster! When I initially came in the store with the newborn hamsters, I spoke with the OWNER who offered to BUY the hamsters back from me but instead I said I’d just want to upgrade my cage and he said just use his name when I came back. Well the managers told me to pack the cage back into my car to drive 20 mins again on Tuesday to POSSIBLE speak with the owner since he’s out of town they can’t give me a time to come back or even reassure that the manager would be there the manager actually said “well you can take them all back and then bring them all back when the owner is here” so rude. I wanted them to understand that I was following what I was told and as the customer I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops in order for them to hold up their end of the deal! Horrible experience! Now I just put the cage together that I just bought for $80 and its literally missing the water bottle! This is annoying!

I brought my kids in who wanted to meet with the puppies. If they fell in love with a puppy, I would return soon .... as we have a birthday coming. Their puppies are all locked up in a room. I asked if my kids could meet and greet the puppies. I was told that the only way I was getting near a puppy is if I'm going to buy one. I said I wasn't sure unless we meet them. She said " exactly which of the puppies do you want to buy?". Again "how can I know if I don't meet them?". She leaves and says she has to get approval from the manager. I'm sorry... isn't this a pet store? A couple minutes later she returns and says we can see them...but not touch them. Seriously? She says they have not been vaccinated. I am a former vet tech....and I can tell you...there is nothing these puppies can be vaccinated against that they could contract from a human petting them. But okay. They will let you pet the bunnies. But you're not getting anywhere near these puppies. Good luck selling them. 😣

Absolutely fantastic place to shop for all your pet needs. I have been going to this store for well over a decade now. From fresh to marine animals, reptiles, birds to amphibians to dogs and cats. This place has you covered. Manager Alicia was extremely patient with me, has given me all the information that I was asking for and made me fully confident in my purchase. Now this pup has a forever home in our house and we are very grateful for her. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We adopted the sweetest Guinea pig from here. She was healthy, friendly & absolutely perfect. We’ve adopted from other places and they are usually very timid and scared. That was definitely not the case with Gracie. Additionally the staff was friendly & helpful. We will definitely be back to Beverly’s in the future.

My 13 yr old son has been wanting a tortoise forever. We finally decided to purchase one since he’s responsible enough and we have property for the tortoise to grow happy. We did some research but still had zero idea what to do. A friend told us about Beverly’s. I called and spoke to a representative named Natalia. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and took her time to answer all of our questions over the phone. We went today and Sergio helped us purchase a baby tortoise and the basic supplies. Sergio is one of the nicest guys I’ve met! He took his time even though they were very busy. He was knowledgeable, educated and patient. We are very happy with our purchase! I highly recommend Beverly’s Pet Center. You won’t be disappointed.

Wow! This is an incredible store with a huge selection. Very interesting animals, herps, and birds! They have a vast collection of tanks and supplies for everything. Prices seemed decent, and the staff were a great help and answered all of my questions. So far I am very happy with my friend's recommendation to stop here!

Do NOT buy Marine fish here....costly and no warranty at all. Bought Copper Band Angel at 7pm Friday night and Saturday 8am noticed it died overnight..my 150 Gal tank is 5 years old and has about 25 other fishes...Reef Fishes....no issues at all. I spent 280.00 on fish food and other aquarium items and Cooper Band was 69.00 Spoke to management said sorry nothing we can do period...... I will never shop here again...

The store associates I have interacted with so far have been very knowledgeable, respectful and organized. I can always count on their assistance wherever I need to call about a concern for my pet. I always enjoy my visits to the store. The animal displays are quite creative and sufficient with the proper habitats. The displays are also convincing to purchase a pet for family / friends. I would definitely recommend.

I am in awe of this place. It’s more than just a pet store. I saw more exotic fish at Beverly’s than I have at any aquarium I have ever paid to enter. They sell baby versions of the most exotic fish you could imagine. I’ve never seen baby octopus, let alone for sale at a reasonable price. They also have all types of exotic reptiles, baby turtles, birds, and puppies.

Highly recommended locally owned pet store. When you walk in, the store is very open and welcoming. The staff are all nice, friendly and helpful. Managers Josh and Evan are super knowledgeable and go out their way to help the customers which trickles down to the staff. They are like a family and they treat you like family. It's one of the things we love about locally owned businesses. Once you shop here for your pets and pet supplies, you'll be hooked!

I was recently part of a group who purchased three puppies from Beverly’s Pet Center and must report what a great experience it was. The staff was welcoming and friendly throughout the whole process of adoption. Trinity is an outstanding employee at the store who had exceptional patience with hundreds of questions and gave excellent customer service from beginning to end. She and the other staff helped make the selection of a new family member a smooth and memorable experience. 10/10 all around.

2 days ago I bought hamster food but the hamster food that the staff have in this container because they said it was good. the first day I noticed something in the container of food but I didn't see it fully, today I opened the container to find there was BUGS and WORMS in the food, had to throw it all away.

Please be warned... They don't respect refunds on filters even if it's 2 day old when the policy says you have 7 days. Extremely bad business practice and they lost a good customer from buying from here... Please be warned not to buy filter or expansive skimmer which they will not take back and try to rip you off ... Also I m posting the receipt so the store knows what they did and how they scammed a customer ... Also note that I took the hit and still was nice to buy the other skimmer for more price and lost ...shame on you guys.

If I could give it no stars I would. Prices are extremely high. A 17 x 24 crate here is 70 dollars as opposed to 30 dollars at most pet stores. Pet beds are 50 dollars when similar pet beds are sold at 30 dollars. Buyer beware they tell you they will match prices but they don't. Customer service is also very unprofessional. When I was clearly upset the manager was smiling and acting non chalant as if it did not matter. Worst experience ever.

This is a great pet center with amazing aquariums and fish, turtles, and so much more. The staff have a ton of information about all kinds of animals. I really really liked it. 👍

Josh was amazing. This was his first day back after knee surgery and he went above and beyond to help me with the piping for my 180 gallon fish tank. The store was closing and I said I could come back tomorrow but he finished and showed me all of needed to do. He definitely needs a raise.

My family recently adopted a Miniature Schnauzer from Beverly’s Pet Center and we cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond to make the process smooth and simple. We are so happy to have added an additional family member to our household. We loved the fact that the puppy came with certificate showing he was previously checked, given his first shots and tested for internal parasites which came back clear from their partner veterinary office they use and also came with a complete vet visit for us to personally take him to ensure he was healthy and he also came microchipped. Let me tell you the partner veterinary office they use is amazing! I’ve continued to use them as my puppy’s main doctor for his vaccinations. I would recommend Beverly’s if you’re looking to add a puppy to your family! You wouldn’t be disappointed.

I went to get 2 pet turtles with my son last week.We had great service and the kind lady led us through the entire way. I will go there again if I ever need pet items.

The place is large, very assorted, there is a wide variety of animals, I go for the fish, the attention, perhaps if they pay a little more attention and patience with the customers who are not so rushed or a little more friendly, the place will be better.

This place is soooooo far away from me, but worth every minute and crazy traffic on the way. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. Today, I’d like to especially thank Alicia and Andrew who went out of their way to help us with fish and aquarium set up. It is this type of experience that makes loyal customers.

I’ve gone at least 6 times to this store in only a month I’ve gotten many plants and none of them have had snails. I also got some shrimp and before I did I was like woah bit expensive but their quality is awesome! And to add on super friendly workers I also loved that one of the workers asked if I had a tank already ready for them would def recommend this store

I always buy my meal worms here from my pet curly tail lizard Spunki. She loves them and you get 250 count for $11 not bad. My mom got her two budgies from here too, they’re healthy.

A great place to buy a variety of pets and supplies. It was nice to see families bring there children to shop for pets. Some others just seem to bring there children to at the various pets Beverly have to offer. Staff was professional and knowledgeable about there products. There product affordable for everyone.

Been there twice so far this week needing help setting up our new turtle tank. The folks here have sooo helpful and nice I will go out of my way to keep coming back here!

If I can give 5 stars to a specific employee I would. I'm in there almost every weekend and cant thank Robert (Rob) in the salt water department more than enough. Rob has always greeted me with a warm welcome and when I asked for assistance he either took care of me right away or addressed to me that he with be with me once he finishes with the customer in front of me. I also called in one evening to get basic information and Evan the manager brushed me off completely without trying to help but thankfully I was able to get Rob on the phone and Rob was able to immediately resolve the issue, something a manager was supposed to know.

We unintentionally found out about this store by recommendation from another pet store. They have a great variety of pets and probably all the supplies you could ever need. Nicole helped me and my sons a ton and was super patient explaining to them the best way to raise fish and answering all their crazy questions.

We would just like to give appreciation to Jennifer and Tyana these employees went out there way to make our shopping easier. The first day Tyana was helping me find lights and supplies then my next visit I bought my wife a dog and Jennifer helped us we love her can’t wait to bring her home great place great service 😍🙌

I've been shopping at Beverly's Pet Center for 21 years now. It has always been my favorite local Shop for my Fuzzy Babies, Birds and Reptiles. It's an excellent Pet Store with a HUGE variety of Food, Treats, Accessories, Habitats, Toys, Bedding, and SO many other items for ALL of your Pet Care Needs for Dogs, Cats, Birds, Rabbits, Reptiles and Amphibians, fish and more. Their selection of Fresh Water and Salt Water Fish and Corals and tanks have always been very impressive. The Staff and owners who I've casually gotten to know through the years just from shopping there are mostly all animal owners themselves and appear to truly love animals. I've seen Dogs, Monkeys, Reptiles/Amphibians, birds, Guinea Pigs and other animals that are sold there being treated with great care and Compassion in clean environments. My experience at Beverly's Pet Center has always been a positive one and everyone has always been so helpful. Help Support your Local Mom and Pop Shops to keep them going.
