    The reason I stepped foot in this dealer was because we were afraid of getting ripped off by the Jiffy Lube team of rip off mechanics. So I wanted to go to Lexus and pay for that level of service and guarantee. On Jan 23,2021 invoice number LPCS937301. I was charged 538.00 dollars and zero cents to have my back rear brakes changed. 5000 miles later the brake pads were metal on metal grinding see below. My wife lost control of the car because of this. I have pictures and videos. Andre Rust was my service advisor and tech number is 152183. I don't want anyone calling me to try and give me my money back. I just want the world to know that Lexus of Pembroke pines are charging money for jobs that were not done. This is LIFE safety issue, I will never step foot in that dealer again.

    THEY SCAM BUYERS BEWARE !!! Came in to buy a 2022 Lexus GX460. They Miraculously found one in the garage on the top floor IT WAS A Forgotten Lexus THAT THEY JUST FOUND WHEN I WALKED IN…. When I sat down to sign documents they ADDED $10000 to the MSRP which was quoted to me as a selling price before I agreed to buy it. If I didn’t catching it I would have signed it for $10000 more. ILLEGAL TOO. Then they tried to back pedal when I said I am walking away and took $10000 off with an attitude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.

    Khalid, my salesman, was polite and welcomed us right away to the showroom. He offered us a bottle of water and was not pushy at all. We felt very comfortable with him because his customer service skills were impeccable! I highly recommend this young man to anyone who does not like to feel pressured when they are buying a car! He is courteous, well mannered and so polite... THANK YOU KHALID 🙏🏾

    I recently took in my mother’s es350 for service reference condensation (moisture) in one of the headlights. The headlight has no visible damage or cracks. Service department told me the cause for the moisture in the headlight was a scratch on the side panel that has nothing to do with the headlight. Hard to believe. They told me they actually inspected the headlight by removing the bumper but showed me no evidence. Hard to believe they took the bumper off so fast to inspect the headlight and couldn’t even take a picture or provide evidence of “damage” of the headlight. I believe the headlight might be defective from factory but Service department refuses to work with me and wants to charge me almost 2000 dollars to replace the headlight. Due to the moisture, the headlight has now completely failed. At this point I don’t trust the service department and the personnel I’ve spoken to over the phone has done nothing for my concerns. This is the second vehicle my mother has purchased from this dealer and after this experience it will be the last.

    Raul Marañón provided an excellent experience during the car purchase process. He was transparent and honest throughout the entire time. His communication was very open and straight forward. No hidden fees or unnecessary mark ups. We drove from Orlando to his dealership because of the honesty in the sale. (Not the same experience with the dealerships in Orlando, decided not to do business with them) when we arrived, the process was simple and we were out of the dealership in less than two hours with our new beautiful vehicle. We will recommend doing business with Lexus of Pembroke pines and sales representative Raul Marañón.

    Initially my experience was five star; however it went south after the car that I had made a deal to purchase was sold after both myself and dealership representative had signed all of the paperwork and the payment draft had been sent to the dealership. To make matters worse no one from the dealership ever contacted me to inform of this. After the proposed delivery date passed and I hadn’t heard from them I called them and the salesman said that he didn’t know what the holdup was and that he would call me back. He called back and advised that it had been sold by the dealership in Atlanta, which is where it was coming from, the day after our deal, and that he could order me another one but I would have to wait six months. I was infuriated, not only did they sale a car that had already been under contract, but no one had the decency to inform me. I didn’t get any resolve until I advised the salesman that I intended to contact the General Manager as well as the Lexus Corporate Office. He offered to sale me a similar vehicle that wasn’t a plug-in, or a hybrid. I advised repeatedly that I didn’t want either and then he told me that there was nothing that he could do. I asked him if he would pay $60k+ for a vehicle that he didn’t want and he responded “no”, and I responded “so why would I. I told him that I would be calling the GM in the morning. Within an hour I received a call back advising that car with the majority of my specs (all but one interior seat color)was coming in, and that it no longer came in the red and graphite interior; however it was set to go to another dealer, but if I still wanted it he would try to get it assigned to their dealer. We agreed and in less than 30min he called me back and advised that it was mine. I went in and signed all the documents Guam, had the draft issued and took delivery of my car at the end of November. Thus there were two negative issues surrounding the service that I received, the selling of the vehicle that was already under contract, and the less than truthful statement of the interior color that I wanted no longer being available.

    Exceptional customer service. It was my first time driving to the other coast to buy a vehicle, and I was not disappointed. From the moment I walked in, everyone was amicable and helpful.     Patrick has been my family’s Luxury Client Advisor for years. He is very knowledgeable about the Lexus product. A few years ago I decided to try a different vehicle outside the Lexus family and after my lease was up I quickly reached out to Patrick to get me back in a Lexus!     We ordered a Lexus and Ariel kept us updated on the progress on a weekly basis. The personnel in general knows very well their products which makes it easier for the buyer. Aaron secured the delivery and provided a good tutorial of software features during delivery. No games or pressure from Finance (Boris). Great experience.     Lexus of Pembroke Pines was an extremely pleasant car buying process. Khalid, the Product Specialist who assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful (not a typical pushy sales person, cared more about me finding the right vehicle vs. encouraging a sale just to make a sale). I've had a handful of questions and minor things come up with the vehicle since making the purchase and Khalid has been consistently helpful and available to assist. The dreadful paperwork was also made extremely quick and painless with Steve the finance manager who was assisting me to expedite the process. All around a great experience with the Lexus of Pembroke Pines team thus far.

    I was greeted by salesman Khalil, who’s knew I was coming, he was already outside waiting for me upon arrival, he is very knowledgeable, he make me feel very important he had the vehicle ready for me to view and right after he accompanied me to test drive the car.     Darren Lusane and Marvens Jean were both excellent, they were completely professional, authentic, understanding, and helpful. I visited the Lexus dealership in Pembroke Pines at least 2x before making the decision to buy my car. It is an expensive decision and I wanted to do a lot of homework. I visited other dealerships like Cadillac and Mercedes and didn’t receive the same level of attention and courtesy. I was very pleased with these 2 gentlemen. Thank you for your time and attention! It made a big impact in my final choice. I’m very happy with my new RX350 F Sport.

    I had Irv. He was awesome. I went in just to look. Wasn’t planning on getting anything. However, his presence were so pleasant. The entire buying experience was fun actually from the moment we entered the showroom until we signed the financial papers with Art. Everyone was patient and friendly.
