    Where do I begin. Well, let's see. To rent a vehicle to drive with Uber. Is a lot of money. $344 week. Now even though the vehicle insurance is covered by Uber. You are going to also buy Hertz insurance. @$5.95 per day. Grand total after taxes and insurance. $344. Then, if you return the vehicle a little dirty. You get charged $50 didn't fill up the gas tank all the way? Boom:$109.00 for gas. These auto rental companies are a rip.off. They BS insurance and tag every possible tax available and charge a bundle for cleaning & refilling. Hertz should be ashamed of this practice. Not to mention the staff they have at Uber/ Hertz Dania station are incompetent, rude, lazy and obnoxious. They do not give all the info you need to extend your weekly contract or monthly. They leave information out. So you will need $200 deposit and pay upfront $544. 200+344 So be prepared the first payment is $544. Deposit is refundable. Once you return the vehicle. The worst program in the ride share market. Uber should also be ashamed of themselves. Yes they should. Lyft had the best ride share vehicle rental plan. But they no longer have it here in Florida .

    The staff at this location is unprofessional and when you complain about it , they responded to with aggressive intimidation.I was told it is the driver responsibility to do oil and tire change on my own time ( I do not work for Hertz neither I am getting this car for free to do so) when I ask the manager to show me where in the contract it was stated that it was my responsibility to do so, she told she did not have time to show me where it was on the contract. I have never been treated in such unprofessional way like I am a trash person.

    Wasted my entire morning going to this facility. Wasted money on a ride here. Only to be told that since my booking was from less than 24hr ago that there is no cars for me. There is some 24hr in advance unwritten unposted nonexistent alert that I need to book 24hr in advance. We'll then WHY was I allowed to make the reservation in the first place? Why wasn't I notified before my pickup time that there is a made up 24hr advance booking policy? Why would the system allow me to book? Why isn't this policy posted all over the uber driver app and here's website????? Complete incompetence and ridiculously horrible business practice. I wasted my entire morning and $20 to ride to amd from here for absolutely no reason at all I didn't receive a car at all. Don't waste your time, money or resources on this joke of a place.

    Corporate greed! They make up rules as they go along. They bind you into contracts that rack up ridiculous charges. Uber and Hertz is a dead end path. There is no money in it and it will bleed you dry. This company will lead you into economic hardship, homelessness, financial ruin. They won't give an eff as they do have it. I have been doing business with them for 3 years. There is no such thing as loyalty with them. If you don't want your path to end up like mine I would avoid this company at all costs!

    I rented a car over a week ago. Upon leaving the site, noticed when I steered the wheel there was a weird sound so I had to return it. Got a 2nd car, it had seat stains and a strong cigarette smell but had already wasted some time and needed to get somewhere. A few miles out I noticed the car on E, lit up and all. So I called customer service and they were very nonchalant about it and said “ok just bring the car back on E”. I said, “who drives a car anywhere nearly on Empty? It’s very risky, can’t you just refuel?” They said they don’t refuel, that they don’t take their cars to maintenance for the gas. Also the car had trash in the trunk and didn’t look like it was cleaned properly. See photos. I used the car and throughout the week got a few warning signs about maintenance, overdue oil, tires low. They have an account with PepBoys and they provide you with their account number so I was close to a Pep Boys and stopped by. After waiting for help the clerk checks the car then the VIN. Turns out that vin number was not registered. I had to wait on the phone for close to 30 mins to get a rep who had to transfer me to roadside assistance. The overall call took about 1 hour and I was told the vin would be now in the system. LIES. The Pepboys clerk told me it takes 24hrs. So I couldn’t do anything and I left to the site to get a different car and extend my rental. I got another car an old Camry. The Bluetooth works not so well. The connection goes on and off and it’s even worse on a phone call. The driver seat button to move up/down doesn’t work. The steering wheel is shaky when driving and wheels tilt when driving straight so you need a strong grip to drive straight. I’m guessing it hasn’t been aligned/balanced not sure because I don’t know much about mechanics. The site in general looks clean and Paola the clerk is very nice and customer service oriented.

    There is a white “Lady” in that Location that thinks Uber driver are just Trash!! Refused to give me her Full Name to file a complaint about the nasty way I saw that she talk and conducted her self whiz the people that only trying a honestly way to a Job!! Hertz is a great Company,Don’t deserve a bad employee like that “Lady”. The staff are arrogant, they push their responsibility to the customer and any complaints are responded to with aggressive intimidation

    I rented a car for Uber at this location and I was told the oil was changed and that am good to go for another 5000 miles. The maintenance required came on when I was driving after six days and it wasn’t even driven for long. Had noises on the tires when I break. The breaks and rooter was gone on the car. They said the car was serviced before I got it but I believe nothing was done previously. I wasted my time and earning to go places to find to get this done. Check everything before leaving the premises.

    Contently stealing money from my bank account till I change my card. They do not put customers first. There employees are okay but the company sucks they gives no sh•t about you all they do is take without permission. Smh I wouldn’t recommend renting from Hertz.

    There was a very creepy guy working there sitting right next to the back office entrance looking at girls clients and making inapropriate comments, very scary and he makes the place look like the gettho! There was a line of people coming back to return broken Teslas and they were being charged for the damage and the weekly rental fee. They make people sign all these contracts and those people have to come back to complain about the unserviced and half way broken vehicles just to get the bill and the news that they won't get a new rental unless they pay again for it and sign a new contract. Creepy place!

    Where do I start. First off the place looks abandoned with the rudest security guard at the entrance. The renting process was okay. The car had roaches in it for starters and they gave me a car which had a low tire that I had to take to Pepboys to fix (4 hours.) Then they try to say that I DIDNT pay for one toll (which I had a sunpass and went through many tolls that day) now they want to charge me $11 for a .38 toll. My next complaint is to the FTC BBB and CFPB.

    Excellent experience. Josh was a friendly, helpful, fantastic representative. He had several people in line, he kept everyone calm and got us all taken care of in a timely manner with no stress. Josh is a good dude.

    Been renting from here for almost 2 years now. Always treat me well. Edit: Well, my opinion of this company has changed immensely. Gave me a car with body damage and no oil in the vehicle at all while telling me it didn't need to be serviced for another 5k miles. Had to have the car towed, nobody could tell me where it went, and the rudest lady I've ever met hung up on me yesterday with no resolution on when I could get a replacement. She should not be working in customer service and if it was possible to file a complaint I would. A few months ago they sent me off in a car that needed extreme work that was supposedly already done and even Pep Boys said it wasn't really safe to be driving the car. If you can get a car from literally anyone else, do it.

    If the management team of the company reads this, then it is worth paying close attention to this. In addition, I am not the only one who expresses dissatisfaction and this continues, which means that no measures to correct the unacceptable work . The employees are very arrogant, I reserved a car and because of the traffic I could not be there on time, so they do not take calls. I was late but during working hours, when workers saw May approaching the office, they almost ran to the door, ready to jump over chairs to close the turning door, and then sat down in a chair and smiling turned away not wanting to Show respect for the client. by required time to simplify to give an explanation and it was all humiliating and after they came to us then I received a response similar to the audio recording from the mouth of the android. it all came down to the fact that: you were late, You can't call us, and there are no cars. To the question, where is the car that we reserved a week ago? Answer we do not guarantee availability, come early in the morning on the day of the reservation regardless From the time of the reservation. Well, how?! He. I close the office earlier right in front of my nose, they don’t take calls, they don’t notify about availability, they turn away from you smiling, they don’t guarantee availability and after all This should come earlier in the hope that the car will be available !? what if the rental time is 4 pm? Considering how they work it is highly doubtful that any of them will try to do good respectful service for me before the appointed time. Confirmation of this is the closed door in front of my face at a time when the office should still be officially open. It is humiliating to use the services of this office. this attitude to the client is unacceptable, I do not recommend this office.

    If I could give negative stars, I would. I forgot my wallet in one of the uber teslas. The lady at the gate would not let me in just to see if anybody saw my wallet. And now she would NEVER let me in if she sees me. lol I guess Hertz wont want my business 💸 watch out!

    Is old lady she work there on professional she’s so rude I don’t recommend this place she don’t want to help she don’t want to work. And she always with the attitude with the customers that’s not right please do you have to take care this lady, old lady do you have to be home or different place to work that day she came like 10:15 with a big attitude she went to the bank to make coffee and it was a big line of customer she start helping one customer and then she start screaming to the customer

    The only true upside to renting through them is the one guy, Paul. I’ve had the Chevy Bolt EV for over a month now. Beautiful car, rides great, it was a free upgrade because they overbooked and I couldn’t get a gas vehicle. Here’s the issues: The security guard at the front is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. On every occasion I’ve encountered her, which has been threefar. It also wasn’t explained to me that the weekly “payment” I make was just a temp hold on my card that gets reversed after three or four business days. If you don’t pay attention to that, you’ll screw yourself over like I did. Worst thing: THE CAR IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES.

    My only experience with Uber cost me $800. My Uber was a no show. Uber has No telephone number I had to drive and park at airport for a three week trip. UBER HAS NO TELEPHONE TO CALL. They never responded to the dozen email and letters and texts. They offer NO RECOURSE OR APOLOGY. I called from January 5 until mid February no one ever read my complaint and responded. They sent generic responses.

    After receiving confirmation email went there to pick up rental.I have to wait 24 hours to get the car. Extremely bad attitude not willing to help I’m not sure employees are forced to work there or didn’t get paid . This really made me feel sorry about them

    Employees are great but i hated them to rent car from them hertz . We pay for rent and we keep straiggling to chage oil or other services. Are we also free worker for Hertz? This is crazy.

    I use Hertz regularly for business purposes. I literally switched to renting from this location to follow Steph. She is the epitome of customer service skills. Very personable and puts you at ease through what could be a mentally draining process. She's always friendly and quickly resolves any issues that may arise. She knows her stuff! I'm happy she switched to this location because it matches her vibe. This location and everyone that works there are friendly and make the process way less daunting than the last place I did business with. The associates that work here give me hope that you can still find quality customer service.

    Picking up the car, I had no instruction with Tesla. No one showed me the car. Under staffed. Very confusing procedure and employee had no patience.
