First time using Patty’s cleaning service, I must say they live up to their reviews. From communication over the phone to the professionalism in person my experience was nothing but amazing. The ladies came 10 minutes before expected time and got right to work. Every detail I requested was received and beyond. I’ve had other cleaning services before and NONE has left my home feeling cleaning and light not just “smelling” clean for the moment. It’s been day two and my home still smell and feel clean just as if Patty left. I will be booking again, no doubt.

The staff is great however the management was horrible!!! I was Promised or told that my cleaning would be one price and if I was a regular customer that I had to do a deep cleaning first. But I had already done my deep cleaning and then when I schedule my next cleaning I was charged to same price of a deep cleaning I was not told that that would be the price. Furthermore I was when I raise this concern or conflict with the owner of the business verbally I was told OK I’ll charge you the maintenance fee of 175 however I did get an unprofessional call and text stating that because I had not scheduled within a two week period that I was was going to be charged the full 275 for a deep cleaning that I did not receive. I urge anyone DO NOT use this company as while the are timely and cleaners are ok, owners/managers seem to be hunting for money versus good customer service!

We have had Patty for 2 years now. We love her services. She and her staff are always very thorough and friendly. If we have any special requests we simply ask her and she happily accommodates.

We called a few days before the New Year and Patty was able to sent two cleaning ladies to help us with our move-in cleaning. We were very pleased with the quality of work we received, and we appreciate the time and effort they put into cleaning our new home! They needed extra time to finish the job, due to the condition of our house (post-construction), and we gladly paid for the extra hours. They encouraged us to check out their work after they finished, and we wandered around the house marveling at how clean everything was. We have nothing but praise for this company! Excellent attention to detail. Worth every dime!!!

They try to send the same person every week and are almost always able to. They are responsive and accommodating if I need to request something or need to change the schedule one week for some reason. I would highly recommend this service.

I’ve tried big companies and I’ve tried individual cleaners. In the end none worked because I wanted the attention to detail an individual cleaner has with the reliability of a big company that could send a replacement if my usual cleaner was unavailable. Patty’s Cleaning ended up being the perfect blend of the two and I’m very glad to have found them. The cleaners they’ve sent me have been splendid.

This was no deep clean. After having paid $350 I could still see cobwebs, bathroom floor was not mopped and what looked like water from a mop bucket emptied in my kitchen sink and the sink not rinsed. There were also visible streaks on my sliding doors. I had the place cleaned due to family coming in from out of town. After a day or so my cousin stated she cleaned the bathroom 😧 They cleaned...somewhat. I would hardly say it was a DEEP cleaning.

I had a different company clean my townhouse for move in but was left unsatisfied. I called up a couple different places and this was the only company that could have somebody out to my new place last minute on a Sunday! Damien was very responsive and made sure the whole process was smooth and on time! My cleaning lady was Vlady and she did a fantastic job! She actually took her time through every corner, especially the bathroom which is most important to me! I will definitely start switching to them as my cleaning service from now on, especially at time like this, it’s great to be able to find a good company to properly cleaned my house every week!

We were moving out of our two bedroom apartment and had a few trouble areas that needed to be addressed. Carla and Ana arrived on time and they went to work right away. They wore a mask the entire time and spent almost 5 hours cleaning our place. The ladies left no stone unturned. Their attention to detail was impeccable. Our landlord was very pleased with the cleaning and we got a full refund of our security deposit. All I can say is wow! I am very impressed with Patty's Cleaning service. This was my first time having a cleaning service for my home. We really only needed help to clean our bathrooms and mop our floors but they cleaned every nook and cranny of our home. I've never seen my appliances look so brand spanking new. Dana and Jacqueline were pros all around. They came with all cleaning materials, but I have a houseful. They were efficient, quick, did a deep clean and my house has never looked better. The office Chuck and Damian were friendly, solution focused and a joy. They are my forever cleaning call. The best.

Patty’s is such a great cleaning service company. Everyone from Damien (who is the owner’s husband) was super nice and very quick at replying to me. He was very accommodating and listed everything their company does. My parents and I were extremely impressed by their work. My mom didn’t feel as if there was clock nor did it feel like the cleaning lady (Kenya) was rushing. She was very thorough in her deepcleaning. She even helped clean under some of the furniture. Damien was very responsive and was able to get Gabriela out to us the next day. When we moved into our new house, we called them again to do a detailed clean. Patty’s Cleaning Service personnel are professional, friendly, flexible and you can tell they care about their clients. Clara showed up when scheduled and got the job done in the amount of time that has been agreed upon. She was pleasant, personable, and very thorough tending to every little detail. Also she didn't touch some personal items, but she did organize where she could. Surfaces were sanitized and my bed was made. Overall Clara did an outstanding job!!

I had a wonderful experience using Patty’s cleaning services. I was just moving into my new home that was left trashed by the previous owners. I needed It to be cleaned ASAP but i didn’t have time to do It myself. I luckily found Patty’s who was able to go get my entire place cleaned within the next hour for about 300$! Upon arrival kenya (my maid), made sure she understood my exact expectation and ensured she would have It looking brand new within the next few hours. I stepped out to the local mall and let Kenya get to work ! She called me just 10 minutes before she was finished so that i could head over and make sure everything was as i expected. Upon opening the front door my jaw dropped. I was so over joyed at how quickly and beautifully Kenya was able to turn my new home into what I could really call HOME. I couldn’t thank her enough and will definitely be re-using Patty’s services in the future and recommending them to everyone I know.

I can't begin to thank these people enough. I'm moving into a new home I purchased. I contacted the company. Someone came to do the cleaning. But I wasn't 100% satisfied because it wasn't the way I wanted it to be. I called Damien and explained to him how I felt. He insisted that i tell him what was it im not happy about...he says he wants me to be 100% happy with the service. I told him I don't want the service anymore. He called me again and said he will send someone else the next day. They did show up to do the cleaning but I did not. I was at work. He called me again and continued to ask me what is it that I would want him to do to make things better..he told me no charge until I'm happy. Today he came out personally to clean the blinds and other spots. He even went over everything else that was cleaned before. He asked my to check around the house before he leaves because he wants me to be 100% happy. And yes!!! I was happy indeed.
