NEW! Macy's Restaurant is a new cozy little place for a snack, drink, coffee, deserts, interesting products like gluten free cookies or hot light meal. Good solution for people who want to keep on shopping without leaving the store. The store was a bit messy.

So much options in clothing avaliable. They had amazing sale going on all over the store.

I went to Macys to buy a tie and shirt for my husband. The person who attended us, Mauricio, was helpful at first but resulted in us leaving without making a purchase. My husband was asking about shirts for a wedding, Mauricio responded with asking for his size, my husband said Large or X-large.. Mauricio asked if he was a kid or a man because they don’t go by size letters in his department, only measurements and if he was the age my husband said he was then he should know this by now. He later took his measurement and asked me to “witness” his size. Very shocking outcome. We did not see that sarcasm coming and it was uncalled for. I suggest another training on customer service for these employees that think they’re above everyone else. Thanks.

The toy section is great over here!! If you have kids ..Best place to get your kids stuff.

We visited the Macy’s at Pembroke Lakes Mall. The late closing time is truly helpful for those of us who work long hours. The employees were great. Donna in the shoe department was very caring and attentive. Judine in the men’s fragrance department was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Excellent service from these two ladies !

I'm dissatisfied with the way the store has allowed the displayed clothes to become very disorganized. The store needs to hire more employees to stay on top of this. It took me 2-3 times as long just to find my size because the clothes are no longer kept in a neat orderly way. When I went to the dressing room to try on clothes, there were huge amounts of clothing for just 2 employees to restock. It was not a good experience shopping like it used to be.

Everything I go to Macy's its a great experience. I bought a dress, perfume and shoes. I'm really happy with my purchases.

Pamela was so helpful when I was looking for a wedding ring. Thanks to her I could get a special discount and a beautiful matching ring for my engagement ring.

I have come to this store multiple times and never had an issue until yesterday 5/16/23 I went to buy a Michael Khors wallet to replace the one I had as soon as I approached the place to select my wallet the cashier/ customer representative looked at me from head to toe like she was discussed with my presence she had a customer and had took many wallets for the other customer to me she asked me to look through the window and pick the wallet I wanted treating me like a criminal but she wasn’t done with her awful behavior I had picked another purse that was 70%off I asked if they had another color and I went to check on it when I Came back To the register I told the cashier I wasn’t going to take the purse only the wallet she told me when we do not have coupons for the wallet you picked I asked her did I asked for any discount? I explained to her I did not appreciate her behavior in that moment another cashier came she could had been a manager who asked me what happened I explained the cashiers behavior and she responded that she was a sweet lady defending the cashiers behavior on top of that as I was leaving the cashier called the other customer and they both started to take loudly about me as j was leaving. Is a disgrace to see this type of behaviors.

Today I had a bad experience in this store, when I went to the changing room to try on my clothes, I asked the employee how many pieces I could enter with and she told me 6, I entered with 6 pieces of clothing to try on and my mother with 3, the employee followed us into the changing room to tell us that we could not enter with that amount of clothes, as if we were going to steal something, I felt so bad that I went out and did not try anything on and left the store, I want to tell you That this had never happened to me before in any other store. was unpleasant, they never offered us help but instead treated us like thieves.

I cancel a makeup order that I had placed online after 10 minute I decided to cancel but they still shipped it, I went to in Pembroke Pines to return it at the online the young girl told me I had to return the makeup at the counter so I go to the makeup and they tell me at the dior counter I need to return it to the store I bought it because they do not sell YSL in that site !!! Really I bought it online and cancelled the order in 10 minutes . So I go back to the counter for online return she completely ignored me and I told the young men . I don’t understand why you guys refusing to return items I canceled in the first place… Ridiculous will definitely never shop at that location again not even for perfumes… Sad

Macy's is a great place to shop. Good quality merchandise. Top brands and good prices. The only issue is their American Express Macy's card. It sucks. With zero balance and impecable payment history the card was Declined at Macy's for less than $50.

The shoe department is amazing and Roline is exceptional at her job. She helped me find shoes to match a fancy dress but with a low heel since I have a knee injury. It took us about an hour and she never gave up or seemed annoyed at how many shoes I tried. She is professional and a delight.

Be careful purchasing nowadays in Macys if you need to return something. After 30 or 37 days there is no more returns for the purchase’s price “by policy” - only returns at the lower price like you don’t have a valid receipt, even if you purchased the item with the Macys card. - 😟 bye, bye to Macys for me.

We had a wonderful experience with Mauricio Lozano in suits at the Pembroke Lakes Mall Macy’s. He helped us through the whole process in which we had been to 4 different stores and had no luck. Wonderful experience in Macy’s with Mauricios help with no struggle and quickly. Will be back again!

This Macy's usually does not disappoint, went there to get my granddaughter a dress for her first opera, found something that was both age appropriate and beautiful.

Jamna was very honest and helpful. She was extremely nice and was able to assist me with my order and satisfied all of my requests with efficiency. She deserves a raise!

I love Macy's. They have everything that you need from Gucci to Christian Dior, perfumes, sunglasses, men department all in one store. I love the ladies from Chanel because they always make me feel so special and I also have two sales reps in the women's department who work on the second floor. They're amazing. They're always very attentive, they are always helpful and I love the attention that I receive.

It's a Macy's, but barely. Poorly stocked, sales associates who could care less about customer service. I guess because the mall to which it is connected is rundown, and the demographics of the neighborhood have shifted to an economically-challenged populace, Macy has decided to keep the store open, but to do nothing ellsr.

Very nice place to shop ,because they have everything that you need in a department store. And great sale too especially shoes.

Never have I been so rudely treated and ignored at any Macys location. I don’t know what’s going on with the workers. But I came in to get a full suit. Head to toe. And no one came to me to help me. I had to wait 25 mins for a worker to stop talking to someone to answer my simple question. He told me I had to wait. Then women at guest services refused to help me find a shoe size. I understand that isn’t her department but instead of finding the worker in the shoe department she told me I had to wait until Someone shows up. Not I will call someone for you, you must wait. I waited another 30 mins till the man came out the back room. This is absolutely insane. Never again. I took my business somewhere else.

Great deals! Recently bought a pair of sandals for $10!!! And is not the first time. The staff is great also. I go often to Finish line to scoop up deals on shoes for the whole family.

Yvette at the Pembroke Pines Mall in S Florida was simply fabulous! She made me feel like a valued customer. She took time to help me find the right size. She also held a dress for my sister and followed up with us. She is so professional and kind. She is an asset to Macys and to Customers. I recommend her for a promotion to supervisor. She is a rare gem🎈🌹♥️

I love Macy's as a general rule, but I found it very cramped in this location especially in the perfume/makeup area's. The people were super friendly and helpful, great staffing here....but super busy! And yes, you can find just about anything on the upper scale of nice...but sadly they didn't have the Chanel foundation i was looking for, for my daughter. The best parking is on the north side of Macy's, lots of handicapped and extra parking in the covered garage...but be aware of your surroundings here...there have been robberies in this parking lot before. And to be honest, I didn't notice a good Police presence given the time of year. I did notice a couple security vehicles, but would have liked to see city police in the area. This is a nice area, but that doesn't stop the bad people sometimes. Be safe all.

I hope people support Macy's and the store never has to close for being out of business. It is a gorgeous store with very nice staff!

Really loved curbside service. Staff explained I needed to pick up in 2 locations. By the time I drove to the 2nd location, the store clerk was there with my order. No line, no waiting! I really appreciate the employees at this location. They make the curbside pick up option a success!!!!!

Yesterday I met a lady at Macy's, her name is Marie, she is the nicest person ever, she took her time to help me, and she was so patient and friendly. I'll be going back to the Macy's in Pembroke Lakes mall because of her. I think anyone who met Marie would agree that she is one of a kind. Please Macy's, she deserves recognition for the best service because for all those years I have been shoping at Macy's, it's the first time I have found someone that helped me the way she did.

I"m so disappointed Macy's Department store boys dress clothes is little to none. Perhaps about 5 or 6 dress racks for boys sizes 14. The availability of size 14 dress pants was absolutely none. When shopping for myself shopping is a pleasure.

Mauricio in the Men's Dept was SO HELPFUL & KNOWLEDGEABLE. He helped my extremely picky boyfriend find the perfect suit. :) We were very pleased with the suit that Mauricio picked out.

Macy's selection for formal plus size women dresses is a problem. I'm going to a wedding and I'm trying to find a cute dress to wear. What I found mostly resembles my grandma's 1989 collection. Plus size women are very fashionable and there are a lot of cute styles out there, but Macy's doesn't have a clue as to what the new trend are. Their selection is very unacceptable for a stylish plus size woman. What is supposed to be high end is very low end. Not even acceptable t for dress for less bargain stores. I'm very disappointed .

Macy's has a great sale today. Many items marked clearance. The store was busy with shoppers and plenty of merchandise. I visited the shoe department but noticed sales in other departments.
