    Customer service is horrible. I tried to get two associates to help me. no one wanted to work everyone wanted to call somebody else I finally gave up and go to another store. This store is one of the worst Lowe's I've ever been to. Every time I come to this particular store I have issues

    Would give less stars if I could. Ordered a stove online for next day shipping. It never came. Called the store and the customer service lady said oh it was never scheduled, I'll put it in for tom. The next day it says delayed. I finally get thought to a manager after being hung up on 5 times. He said the item was never in stock and it wont be delivered ever. He offered to transfer me to a sales rep who then also hung up. long story, but I still have no stove, had my card charged for $1500+ for an item that never existed and got zero customer service.

    From start to finish our visit to this Lowe's was pathetic. No customer service. No help loading. No cashiers. You better be a self serv customer or else you'll be out of luck completing your project. This store needs a serious overhaul. Starting with management for allowing the standards to fall so low.

    Why are the Lowes self scanning lanes closed off at 7:45 pm, with only one cashier available and the check out line is almost 15 people deep and took near 45 minutes to ring up my purchases. That is absolutely unacceptable. This took place at the Pembroke Pines store on Saturday. The store manager in charge should be Terminated for being completely clueless. When I went to customer service they looked at me like I was stupid for complaining. I hope some one from Lowes reads this review so they can see what goes on in there stores.     I only gave s 1 because there is not a zero there. Since I ordered my door in August I have been waiting for the permit from Lowe’s to install. However every week since then and now it is December I keep getting emails they are delivering my door to my home. First the email lists my old address which I have already called several times to change. Secondly, they never found me to see if I’m even home I’m not home I’m at work and thirdly they cannot deliver the door and all of its parts until I have the permit I live in a homeowners association the permit hasta be displayed and I don’t have storage in my development to put all the stuff outside and wait for Lowe’s to get the permit. I went onto the Hollywood cities website to see my name and permit information. I don’t even see my name and permit information so I don’t even know if they have the permit in there. They are so incompetent. This is worse than Home Depot. I went to them so I didn’t have to deal with Home Depot and all their craziness but this is reached an all time low I would not recommend them I just wanna get this done. I am a realtor for over 20 years I would not recommend them to any clients or friends.

    The store manager Arvin Achan needs to do a better job at this Lowes. There’s only one guy working at the garden department doing everything. They want you to use self check out. Stop being so cheap and hire more employees and give people more hours, that would improve your customer service. Feels like the manager is a 5 year old who doesn’t have a clue how to run the store.

    Purchased 3 kitchen appliances and it has been a big nightmare. First issue is communication. Every time I call the store a get put on hold and I always end up hanging up after 30 to 45 minutes on hold. Impossible to get a response. Only after getting upset at the manager then I get something close to a solution, a light at the end of the tunnel. I scheduled a delivery date, took off from work to be able to receive the items. After all day waiting and many unanswered calls I see on the website that the delivery dates changed. By the way, I had called the night before to confirm and got confirmation of the delivery for the next day. This is a disaster. Would I have known I was going to spend sooo much time on the phone, loose a day of work for no reason, and go through this ordeal, I would have gone to Home Depot. Let me just say that my worst days this past 2 weeks have been the days I had to deal with something related to my order

    The cashier Melrouse is very unprofessional and argumentative, once there is a mistake with a price tag she insisted in blaming on the customer instead of trying to solve it, another cashier (Juliette) had to take over on herself to solve the issue.

    Best part of our experience was Roger at the paint counter. Very patient and kind. Not a drop of paint on him with a great smile. Went to leave, couldn’t find a cashier, knew we needed someone to help with clearance paint, so we had to go to the self check out. We rang everything up except for the paint and pushed the help button which thoroughly upset the one girl stationed there. With an attitude, she asked if we rang it up. We said no, she said clearly annoyed that “you have to ring it up first” and then said “well, I need a manager to do it.” Then we asked her how do we split the payment in two because my partner and I split everything and she said you can’t do that: you have to go to a cashier. We said there are no cashiers and she said “there is one in lumber, register number one” to which we responded by turning to look for register one. Couldn’t see it and decided to just do 1 payment. As we were walking out the girl said some people act so entitled…almost turned around to return all of the items right then. Decided not to and just forget about it but then got this notification to write a review sooooo…Roger was awesome but impatient, rude girl was not.

    Place like this Lowe's wasn't pleasant to shop,now with the pandemic this store is worst.Guys here ignore you cause they don't want to work, it's a pain get someone to get down a pallet of tile or concrete mix.

    We went to a couple of Lowes looking for some hard to find things and this store was very well set up so we could find our items. One of the things we needed was at another Lowes and vice versa. We are happy with this store and spent just around $4,000.00 and had no problems. We also still need to come back as one of our projects aren't going to be finished for a while.

    Their Christmas display is beautiful, it's a very nice store. I keep going in there because of the location and hopeful that they start hiring knowledgeable employees. It's either you can't ever find one or when you do they have no answer for you and have to get someone else.. Even then you still might not get the answer you need as to where it is or will this work, if I do it this way do you have a better way or do you have any ideas how I can put this together. On my last occasion I was sent to three different isles by three different employees until I found another in my frustration walked me right to it. However , I do keep going back in the hopes that it's a quick stop or If I need an employee to help me along the way they know more then I do .

    If I can give 0 star, I would. Terrible customer service, if anyone trying to have their project and installation services please beware. I signed a contract for my full house impact windows installation back in April. They had the windows before the permit is approved. 9/18 the installers arrived and put on the new windows. We found a crack in the corner of one of the sliding panel glass. Called, reported been waiting for more than 2 weeks no solution was given out. They keep blaming on each other instead of fixing the problem and delaying. No one comes and fix it. Very unprofessional. Someone needs to help me out

    Rude rude rude. first another customer helped me put cinder blocks on my cart then at selfcheck out I asked for help to get them in my car guy took 17 minutes helping everyone around me instead of letting the guy and woman working the self checkouts do it. kept telling me he woukd call untill finally going below he obvious superior position to help me. I live near the competition but came here because it was always nicer. Guess i will go back since things have changed here and not for the better.

    I went there with my mom to buy a fridge. We ask if they will delivery it and install it, the nice sales associate said yes. When the nice delivery men came to deliver it, they said that they do not install it. After losing the whole day, I had to return the fridge. This is a miscommunication between the sales associate and the delivery people. I will not shop at Lowe's.

    Worst customer services ever! I been waiting over 2 weeks for an online order I did to be scheduled 2 weeks ago. I paid $79 for the delivery and I still have not received my order. I’ve talked to the delivery department Taylor and nobody could help me. They were playing games with me while I was loosing money because I couldn’t start my project. Finally today I talked to the manager Shawn and cancelled the order. I’m never shopping at Lowe’s again. They don’t know what they’re doing. Worst customer services and unprofessional ever.

    Not sure what it is about this location, but the staff seems to not only be unfriendly, but bad at their jobs, too. If you go too late in the day, prepare to have a hard time finding anyone to help you, as all departments seem to be abandoned. Example: An item was on sale and even after I returned to the spot to show photographic proof of the price difference, she still treated me like I was trying to get one over on her and had to call over a manager who did have common sense and did help. I only go to this location if I'm feeling a little too good about life and need to be taken down a peg.

    Not sure if the store managers have anything to do with the customer service received at those store. We choose to buy our appliances for the second time at Lowe’s of this store I Pembroke Pines. When I say the WORST, unprofessional , and RUDE staff , they come from this store. I order my appliances on May 24. Expected to have it deliver ln June 24. Of course delayed happen, but why not communicate what the delayed is by email instead of going ahead changing the delivery date without consult with the client. Called the Pembroke Pines stores . Spoke to Diego the “manager” who couldn’t help me but had someone from appliances called me back to see why my order hadn’t been deliver. I was clearly told the stove I had bought was in back order and all of the sudden they didn’t have it. So I had to change stove for another one and It was going to get delivered with the rest of the appliances on Wednesday 28th. That didn’t happen . Only the stove got deliver and now the rest of the appliances are at this store waiting to be shipped. The question is , who pays for all this hours I am not getting payed because Lowe’s decides to arrange the delivery dates on their terms. I really hope this review gets far and communication is taught for LOWES.

They need only love and affection, trimmed and water....very good discount also a big fruit trees at 50,% discount....love Lowe's👏👏👏👏

    Spent 1 hour trying to find a specific replacement light bulb. 100% Obvious and sickened by disgusting treatment. (NO HELP!) You Know Why… Finished, Never Again! Lowes on University has some ignorant employees! In Need of Biased Training! Was not the first experience at this particular store, will “never” walk into this location again, nor buy another product from Lowes!!!!!!! Waste of valuable time.

    EXTREMELY POOR customer service - wrong washer dryer at first delivery - went to store to resolve - correct washer drier not delivered on promised date - finally delivered however was not installed as promised - went to store to try to resolve - Initially told tech will install next day - never happened - I went back to store - Person in appliance dept told me Lowes OFFERS delivery and install but is Not Obliged to install! Had to hire and pay an outside company to install - Customer service does not answer phone calls-.Went to store multiple times trying to resolve multiple issues and was openly lied to and misled. Check out the photo; 2021 Christmas holidays with uninstalled washer dryer dumped in the middle of the condo!

    With the turbulent times we have all been experiencing over the holidays, a company able to find efficient, truly caring staff needs a shout out!! EVERY individual I spoke with regarding the purchase, assembly and delivery of a grill I had purchased for my son-in-law was OUTSTANDING!! The very first contact I had with a gentleman shortly before closing one evening (I wish I had gotten his name) set the tone for all future contacts...and there were several. He was calm, efficient and addressed all my concerns...a true professional. This same professionalism and care for the customer was exhibited by Armando and Dee in Customer Service...and was followed up even after delivery. I can only speak to this specific Lowes store....but I would highly recommend Lowes of Pembroke Pines for any future purchases. Great job!!!!!!!

    Don't waste your time if u want information on anything at this store..seems no one wants to help u. Disappointed I wasted my time here. Called for help on plumbing..over microphone no one showed up. Felt like associates more worried about going home and disappearing from customers that needed help.     Don’t come here! Staff is a nightmare, they don’t want to work; no one has a solution, they make you faces and say they don’t want to do their work. The person who was taking care of me literally told me “They hang up I’m not calling again forget it” They have been hijacking my money for like 20 days now and still no solutions for a mistake they made. Really worst experience ever. Also if you ask for a manager they said there is no one here. Really worst experience ever. Never coming back here.

    The worst customer service ever. The store in Pembroke Pines. I ordered a generator for my daughter who lives in Flolrida and they refuse to give it to her. The cashier cancelled my order without my consent. She was very rude. Very poor customer service. Don't shop there. She was also having issues with a couple of other customers. Somebody like that shouldn't be working with public

    Wanted to buy pan tablets for my AC units and even though they showed in the website and a cashier looked for them, the information about their location in the store was wrong. The store lost that sale because nobody could find the item. Lowe's needs to find a better way to assist their customers. I wonder how many customers leave the store frustrated because they can't find what they are looking for.

    if you want something just go in and get it yourself. I placed a store pick up order and hot the notification that my order was ready. it was not ready. I got some of it and then the guy left to get the rest. and never came back. I could have just got it myself. yes, I know I can get it myself, but I ordered ahead to save time. I WASTED a lot of time. don't offer a service you aren't willing to provide.

    My son and I were working on a fish tank together and needed a few random parts. When we got to Lowes no one was available to help expect for a young man by the name of Gregory who took the time to help us go through a bunch of boxes to find the piece that fit. Even at the end o the night and in the middle of his break, he made himself available to assist us when one else seemed to want to work. I hope that he's recognized for his excellent customer service. Thank you!
