We have used Excellent Results several times with excellent results each time. In our first house in Pembroke Pines, we had a terrible ant problem that could not be solved with the standard ant trap. Ray treated our property and we never had a problem again. Later when we moved to a new house, we again had a terrible ant problem. Ray came by and treated the property, and two years later I still have no ants coming into the house. When I recently developed a bagworm moth problem, I consulted with Ray and he provided me with advice on the best way to tackle the problem. Schedule service and Ray got lost twice. He even sent me a picture of my home and still ended up going to the wrong place. Insisted on having my address and even told me he had clients in the same community but couldn’t find it. He was unable to follow GPS to my home and proceed to blame me for him not being able to find my house. He even told me he wasn’t late when my appointment was for 9:30am and still hadn’t found my house by 10am. He told me he was trying to help me out. When in fact he is not helping me. He’s providing a service that I would have been paying for. If I could rate this zero stars I would.
