The person picked my call placed on a hold without being asked to be placed on hold for over than 10 minutes before I hung up. I called later and asked to be contacted back no one did. I was able to speak to an employee after 30 minutes, then I asked them to drop the car to the location I wanted to receive the car at, however they asked me to come in person to sign the paper. When I arrived I had to wait around 30 mimuets before some one assist me. At the end I had to leave.

The manager gave me a car that smelled like cigarettes and i complained and he gave me a second car that smelled like cigarettes, the seats were stained and the mats were dirty. The manager lied and told me that I was smelling the sanitizer that was used to clean the car.

First time renting from this location and will never come back. I rent vehicles on a regular basis and found this location very unprofessional. First the vehicle i reserved, a minivan, was unavailable. So they gave me an SUV (smaller) that the gentleman had to rush to clean personally. Vehicle was fine but at dropoff, as usual, handed the gentleman behind the counter the keys and left on time. Now I am being charged a full extra day. I called corporate and they filed a dispute. No reply, no call back, and when I ask for a supervisor or manager supposedly there is never one on the floor. Will never rent with Hertz ever again.

Booked a car through Orbitz. I came to the location spending 1 hour in traffic and $45 on UBER. Just to be told: " WE DON'T HAVE A CAR FOR YOU!" The Manager, Nedsky Tillet , a very ugly person by the way, prefers not to respect his commitment when you book the car online because " DUE TO A MUSIC FESTIVAL " IS MORE BENEFICIAL FOR THEM TO RENT THEM AT THE SHOP LOCATION. DISGUSTING!!!! Liars and scammers!!!! Stay away !!!

Worse place to rent from,up until now I haven't got refunded for my money that I use to buy battery for their keyfab...the car they gave me every light came on in the car,when I call their number about it they say I should go to a $dollar store because they sell it their...I went to auto zone and I pay 8.98 for a battery...I went and return the car when I gave the clerk the receipt he say it's not his responsibility to refund me I have to send the receipt to another place...PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND THE CARS THAT THEY RENT TO LADIES....BEWARE OF THEM.....DISAPPOINTED...

Money is not an issue for me, but this location is a bunch of rip off’s. As I turned my vehicle in, I’m charged for a full tank of gas when I returned the vehicle with a full tank. Now I receive an email for tolls, which I had the rental registered on my SunPass account. A $19.98 convenience fee and my tolls were $5.68, wow! Do not rent here. I wasn’t going to waste my time going back and forth with anyone, I have better use for my time, but will leave this review. Cars smell and are not cleaned out.

I just rented this car and look what ive found inside. Hertz didnt even clean your rental car even just picking up the big trash. Im very disappointed. It supposed to be no star for them. But i still give one star cause at least the guy who was helping me was nice.

Very good customer service. I have rented from this location multiple times in the past. Today I received a call from Eli at this location, he wanted to remind me the location closed at 2pm, it was just after 1pm. Long story short, I thought I would need a car due to personal car running bad and at the garage. I did get mine back at the last minute and was going to call to cancel. Eli was able to cancel my reservation before I owed a service fee. Thank you Eli for great overall customer service.

Worse experience, I do not write too many reviews but this company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I rent vehicles on a regular basis and this is the worst experience I had with a rental company. Their employees are crooks and I had to tell them I study law (which I do) to make them complete their contract as promised. They charged an extra 200 dollars without informing me and without my authorization. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL OVER BILL YOU.

I was charged $27 for tolls which is fine, but they also charged an additional $79 convenience fee. I had to pay over $100 total in additional rental cost.

I was pleasantly impressed with the quick attention and cleanliness of my vehicle, I confess that I was afraid because of some reviews that I had read. But the service was excellent

The truck rentals was terrible, and nasty a rope is tied to one off the side door Never I receive calls back from the customer a service maybe we are not important for them.

There's no identification in all the premises that this office is there, and I was lost for a good 20 minutes trying to find it, even with gps. Service is good, but there was just one guy at the counter when I arrived, and a huge line of people waiting. Other than that, I got the car I needed, and the rest went pretty well.

I have rented from this location a handful of times over the last year, and it's been an easy, seamless process everytime. Each person that has taken care of me at the counter has always been a joy to work with. Most recently Kelvin helped me. He had a great personality and made me feel very comfortable. We had a slight miscommunication but he made sure that was taken care of upon my return. It was a lobby full of people when I arrived. He did a great job greeting people and thanking them for their patience while we wait.

Super quick and easy process

After going to three different enterprises and having no success w car rentals, I came here. There was only one person behind the counter and after we arrived people started coming in and there was a line. Eli, the gentleman behind the counter was extremely efficient and patient, professional and courteous He definitely handled it well The service provided by him was impeccable I’m glad we came to this particular hertz. Recommended 🙌🏼

Had to rent a vehicle here while my Ford was being repaired. The agents did not disclose information that there was an additional fee and stated the fee would be $40/day. Marcha and "Eli" did not make any effort to fix the situation. Don't rent here.

Save your self a world of nightmare and stay away from any and all things and places using the name Hertz. This company is full of nothing but scumbags that will charge your card 1100 dollars for a 170 dollar rental than make you fight tooth and nail just to get a small portion of it back. It's been several months and they still owe me over 300 dollars. No I was not in the wrong or a pain in the a#%. They just really don't care about the customer which was shown when they didn't listen to anything I was telling them...

Great experience, they are located within a car dealer's service department which would really be convenient for those customers as well. Robertson was very friendly, and provided excellent customer service. My rental car was great on gas and well maintained with no issues. Ensure to take the sunpass option as there are many toll roads in Florida.

Car was dirty on the outside, tank was on E, and it wasn't the car I picked.

Took us in after a cancelation at another rental location that was giving me a debatable much smaller SUV than an Explorer or similar. This was the only place of the ~15 that I called that had something big enough for me to rent last minute (a van). This was 30 minutes before closing. The man that attended us was great and kind.

Very friendly customer service at this location. I had a small problem with my previous rental and Mike was able to swap out my car quickly. Even assisted me with getting my sunpass that I left in the previous rental car.

Bait and switch. Made a reservation online for same day pick up for a week rental. Spoke with local rep with no mention of inventory issue. Once arriving to site we were informed they didn’t have our reserved car. The only available car was an additional $275 a week. No Thanks. We will take our business to someone who knows what their inventory is before confirming reservations.
