If you're looking for a healthy meal this is a great spot. I tried this place for the first time since it was recommended to me. The food is very fresh and they offer a lot of super healthy items on the menu. This is the perfect place to cut carbs and sugars but still feel like you've had a great meal. They have burgers, pizza, pasta, wraps, arepas, and empanadas. All of which are made from whole wheat, cauliflower, plantain, or other gluten free options. They have fresh fruit juices and even sugar free desserts. We tried the chicken empanada which was wrapped in a plantain dough. Also chicken salad arepa and ricotta cheese arepa. Both were also gluten free. Then we had egg and avocado toast made on whole wheat bread. Everything was delicious and very fresh. The food came out quickly and our server was knowledgeable about everything on the menu. This is a fantastic place to eat healthy and still really enjoy your meal.

I had the Smoked Salmon Burger and it was so good that I went back the next day. Very friendly and professional staff. This is my third time coming here. The first time I came here I got the Eggplant Hummus Burger which was also delicious. I think it was the owner who helped me pick out the burger and gave me recommendations on what I should try. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a healthier option with a balance of tasting really good.

My husband and I had recently made the decision to eat healthier and so we were excited when we found this place while here on vacation. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and was tended to nearly immediately after sitting. Our waitress Joanna was super friendly and gave us great recommendations like the Trio Tequeños appetizer. They were deeeelicious alone but with the dipping sauce they were even more delicious! We ordered the cauliflower crust veggie pizza and added prosciutto and Avocado another delicious choice as well as the Reina Pepiada (chicken & avocado) Arepa (we picked Plantain for the Arepa base) and decided to try the Strawberry Lemon Cleaner Detox Juice. Everything was delicious! Then when we were ready to checkout the other waitress Sabrina gave us a free dessert to go! Such a sweet surprise 😉 it was a vegan brownie and really tasted delicious! If you're in the area I highly recommend checking this place out. You won't be disappointed! Wish we had a spot like this in Austin!

This place is easy to find, a lot of parking space around. The best fresh food in town .This is the most delicious healthy food that I have ever tried. The service is amazing, The menu had so much healthy food makes you want to eat everything. I recommend this place to everyone.

Lovely atmosphere and staff too. Food was tasty considering the fact that its made of healthy ingredients only. Red bean brownie is famous however I didn't like it that much, the after taste is bitter.

My dad and I had a great experience here! All the food was fresh, tasty, and very creative. Wonderful & fast service from Julianna and Joanna. This is a great addition to the Pembroke Pines area and we’ll definitely be returning to try more things 😋

This place is phenomenal! My husband and I are visiting family and I tried to find a healthy restaurant since I don’t eat meat. The food was fantastic, every ingredient tasted fresh and flavorful. Healthy food doesn’t have to be boring. Kevin was very nice, him and my husband started talking about football and we just feel welcomed. We will definitely come back next time we visit family again.

I absolutely love this place. Been here twice and have ordered online, we've never been disappointed. Food is soo good and healthy, amazing quality ingredients. I also love the huge menu, there's so much incredible food to choose from it's insane. keep taking home whatever is left because it's so good, especially the avocado/pico de gallo dipping sauce and black chips!! We took home some salmon pizza and I've been eating it for dayys. I love the aesthetic decor, the colorful tea cups, staff is also super attentive and kind, the tea cups and bowls are so pretty when we have tea or soup, thank you guys for the amazing service and food!

The food is not bad, but a little overpriced. I'm sorry to say the attention was not even average. It looked like they were all mad or bothered by something. I have an update 3 months later. I came back and only can say this time was soooo different. The girl in charge on my table was so sweet and attentive. The food as always good. Kindness makes such a great difference

Good food, good drinks. Definitely the star of the show was the smoked salmon pizza with the cauliflower crust. I was convinced it was regular pizza crust, so whatever they do to make it so crispy and have the same rise as traditional pizza dough is amazing.

Clean eating is easy when you have a place like Sano Food close to home! We discovered this gem recently and were impressed by the excellent menu with so much variety. The staff was super attentive and great hosts. Juliana took the time to walk us through the entire menu which helped us decide what we wanted to order. Our son suffers from Gastritis so ordering can be tricky sometimes. Luckily the menu is full of healthy, natural and fat free options. Everything we ordered was fresh, tasty and plentiful. I hope the pictures speak for themselves. We will definitely be back to try out the rest of the impressive menu.

Good food reasonably priced. Let's of innovative and tasty bites I haven't seen tried anywhere else. I had plain pizza and could tell the dough was made in house fresh. Generous cheese amounts.

Wow! What a gem. The food here was amazing and the staff was even better! They are so personable, kind and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. They have so many gluten-free options! I was absolutely surprised. Their gluten-free sweet potato pancakes and plantain with ground Turkey empanadas were DELICIOUS and their warm, vegan brownies (couldn’t even tell it was vegan) were so good I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture. There’s so many beautiful places to take pictures in the restaurant, as well. Kevin and Arantxa were so easy to talk to and made great recommendations, and the chef was kind too! I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Miami local, vegan, found this place by accident while visiting family in the area, so I tried it for the first time. The woman who took my order was fake nice calling me “mi amor” in a passive aggressive way, so I could tell she was annoyed and impatient just because I was asking for advice on what to get. I ended up ordering a vegan arepa that was supposed to come with a bean croquette, to go. When I got to my destination and opened up the box to eat it, I find just the arepa bread with lettuce, tomato, and onions in between. NO bean croqueta to be found. Not to mention this was $12 for a small plate (and $7 for a cup of passion fruit juice with no sweetener). Disappointing since this place has so many good reviews. Definitely not a good experience for me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Definitely my favorite place to go for a healthy meal! Super tasty, high quality and fresh ingredients. I highly recommend trying the wrap reina pepiada (it’s my favorite). You must go try this place!

Amazing great little place to have breakfast and more. Natural juices with very fresh food. The only thing better than the food is the amazing service! They are very attentive and the atmosphere is decorated with taste. We are definitely coming back again!

This place has a delicious selection of healthy food! And I personally found the variety of food to be fitting for anyone with dietary restrictions! Ask the girls Julianna and Joana to recommend dishes to you! They helped picked out these yuca tequenos that were just to amazing to not brag about!

Love it here! Ceviche is so yummy, just it looks like shrimp soup because they leave too much of the lemon juice

Awesome place to have a healthy snack or food. There are many options GF. The customer service was great! I will go back for my chocolate cake!!
