OK, I have had Thai food all over the world and even in Thailand and this is about as authentic as I have ever experienced. The food was unbelievable. Everyone had a great meal. The service was friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. The food comes real fast so tell them to delay your mains if you need a break. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves sushi or Thai. There is seating outside, inside and at the counter.

Ordered takeout from this place. Food came hot. Most importantly, food was worth it, very flavorful and spicy if you prefer, we got the duck curry and Penang curry. The Duck is actually fried not stewed in sauce so if you don’t prefer fried food, do not order the duck curry, but it was… delicious. The Penang curry is a 10 out of 10. The seafood was jumbo, they use jumbo scallop, it was amazing. Good potion as well. I will absolutely order again from here if I crave any curries.

Small and quaint restaurant with friendly staff and delicious Thai food and sushi. This a fantastic place for vegetarians like myself, but meat eaters like my husband won’t be disappointed. We went for lunch and got the pick two special, which includes a Thai entree and a sushi roll. We both got pad thai (vegetarian for me and chicken for him) and both agreed it was some of the best we’ve had - great flavors and not overly greasy. I also had a delicious vegetarian roll and he had the spicy tuna roll which he was pleased with. It was great to be able to satisfy our sushi craving and still get a Thai entree! The portions were a good size and we both ended up taking half our entrees home. It’s also delicious reheated! Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be going back and also ordering take-out!

Small yet cozy. Very clean. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Food very fresh and delicious. Nice food presentation too. Found it on Google and we had never been there before. So glad we tried it and now it's our new go-to sushi place. Highly recommend it.

I'd start by saying that the Tom kha gha was out of this world. My partner, who spent a few months in Thailand thought it was the best she'd ever had. The green curry was delicious, although the pad thai was less than great. Our server was quick and attentive! Great and authentic, but maybe pass on the pad Thai.

This was my first time trying this spot at dinner time and I placed my pickup order over the phone. I observed the chef at sushi bar, server and runner from the kitchen with masks on. I ordered the volcano chicken which came on a bed of steamed veggies. The chili sauce was balanced - not too sweet or spicy or salty and the chicken was thinly sliced with a light batter. I also tried their fried fish roll - pretty basic and mild flavor - filled adequately with all ingredients. The serving portions are generous and overall it was pretty good. I want to come back to try other thai dishes. Went back 2/5, ordered the red chicken curry which was amazing along with a shrimp tempura roll. Not disappointed at all.

This place is absolutely delicious! I am a Thai food and sushi fanatic and they check all of my boxes. From the beginning, they have amazing hot green tea, extremely fresh wonton soup the best I’ve ever had, red curry is rich and delicious on top of that the sushi is fresh and made In front of you at the bar. After eating all that I didn’t have room for dessert, but can’t wait for next time to try.

We came in for dinner and sat at the sushi bar. The service was great as was the food. It was fun to watch the chefs prepare the sushi and everything came out tasting very fresh and quickly. The wonton soup was served very hot (temperature wise) which is just how I like it. My red curry came out nice and hot too and had just the right balance of sweet, spice, and savory. We will definitely be back!

When I went in to pick up my food, neither of the sushi/prep chefs in the front were wearing masks properly. One had his nose hanging out, the other had the mask dangling off of his face.

Fantastic choice for Thai or Sushi! You won't do any better so stop in and try it. Fantastic and unusual selections that will be sure to delight your palate!

I ordered the Massaman Curry was average. I usually try to locate Thai restaurants that specialize in strictly Thai food sans Sushi or Chinese. A strictly Thai menu shows me that the food will have an excellent taste. When you fuse Asian cuisines, both become average in taste. I’ll give them another shot, maybe.

Small, casual eatery with excellent food. We ordered wonton soup, one sushi roll with white tuna, shrimp with chili sauce and the shrimp and scallops in massamam curry. Everything was delicious! We will be returning for another visit soon.

I’m SO HAPPY I found this spot! Super cute, small, and very clean place. You can’t beat the lunch specials…. $10 for a to go chicken fried rice with a salad & $15 for two sushi rolls with a soup. Very sweet staff and some of the freshest sushi I’ve had. No complains and I was in and out in 30 min, I sat at the sushi bar. I’m a regular now!

Delicious!! It is a small restaurant but it was perfect! Service was GREAT and the food was AMAZING! As appetizer we had the garlic salt and pepper soft shell crab, it was DELICIOUS. For dinner my husband has the had the red dragon and spicy crab rolls. I had the tofu red curry, also DELICIOUS. It had been a while since I found a place that made such delicious curry. We will definitely be eating here again.

Decided to try BAITONG with wife and kids last weekend. I tried the soup in the menus' pictures (see below), dn't remember what is called, and boy it was goood. Wife and Daughter had a couple of sushi rolls and they said were also good. Excellent service and nice relaxed atmosphere. Will be coming back for that soup.

I was starving after working out at the LA Fitness, so I looked up restaurants in the area and came across this one. It's a small restaurant with limited indoor and outdoor seating in a strip mall with a Starbucks. It's located right next to a Jamba Juice. Because it was just me and due to the limited seating, I decided to eat at the bar. I ordered a seaweed salad, basil fried rice combination with beef, chicken and shrimp with a Thai iced tea. Everything was fresh and tasty. The portions were great. The service was decent. I would definitely eat here again. Also think it would be a great restaurant for take out and delivery!

Seating is limited at this cozy restaurant so it might be best to grab a bar seat. Service is quick and to the point. We got the Flamingo roll and the combination pad Thai, all fairly priced. Try to make it for lunch to capitalize on their lunch specials. Overall 8.3/10.

Amazing food! The crispy duck was succulent and the sushi was Top 10 I've ever had. The only thing I don't like about this place is that it is too small to fit more people inside. Luckily, the outdoor seating is lovely and plentiful.

Excellent hole-in-the-wall that has become a staple of my Pines restaurant rotation. Cozy dining area with a few patio seats as well. Not much else to say because the place is no-frills, but delivers big time in have flavor department. Wait staff is also friendly and attentive. Highly recommend the Pad Thai (of course), Massaman Curry, and Spider Roll.

Their food was just average. A bit overpriced for what you get. Great customer service and the place can be small if you have a big group

Excellent food and service. My meal was large enough for 2. Unless you're into very hot food go for medium spice. It's plenty hot enough. Highly recommended

AMAZING!!!! In this part of South Florida, its not easy to find good Thai food and good sushi. This restaurant has both. Ive eaten food from Baitong at least a dozen times now. The sushi is fresh, and the perfect size, unlike other places with oversized, low quality sushi. The rice is never overcooked and crushed in the sushi rolls. The Chef knows how to make sushi. The Thai food is consistently good. Ive honestly never had bad food from here. I highly recommend the pad thai with chicken, the satay and , wait for it, the THAI DONUTS!!!!! They are incredible. Fried to order, tossed with palm sugar and served with a little ramekin of sweet condensed milk sauce. They are appx 6 or so to the order.....dangerously good. I could eat a dozen myself easy. Go there for the food!!!!!!!

  • 5/5 Sarah S. 3 years ago on Google
I got a few things to-go, including the shrimp shumai, Ahi tuna tower, and dragon roll. The ahi tuna tower was the star dish and I plan to get it again. Everything I had was great and I plan to go again.

Order Teriyaki chicken, horrible. No seasoning whatsoever. Not a hint of salt or pepper. Guessing they think is going to get the flavor from the sauce. Will not go back.

I’ve lived in the area for a year and until now settled with “mediocre at best” sushi. This place is easily above the others! So glad I found them, wish they were closer to my home for delivery.

My husband and I took a chance and stopped in for a quick bite not knowing the neighborhood. The staff was very attentive, friendly and welcoming they had very good lunch prices. We choose the two for 13 where you can pick an entrée or a sushi roll or two sushi rolls and you get a soup or salad. The food came out very quick, the sushi was very fresh and tasted delicious I definitely recommend this place. Keep up the great work Baitong👍🏽

I never write reviews but this place really deserves it. The food was amazing. I had Panang curry and volcano roll and both were delicious.

  • 1/5 Lisa T. 3 years ago on Google
The service is the worst I’ve ever had. No social distancing between the tables. Small dingy place. We walked in and was not approached by any staff members they ignored us until I approached them. Then we were sat with no menus. No server came to our table for over 30 minutes. They sat another table after us and began serving them before us. There’s was 4 servers and a total of 6 tables including us. We asked to speak with a manager who never came out. We ended up leaving and going to Green Papaya Thai. That place was beautiful clean and the food was amazing for similar prices. Save yourself the headache.
