Not a fan Of the new lady working the door. Why put someone to work with children who clearly does not like working with children? Pretty rude and Condescending to both adults and kids. I had never experienced that treatment there before. I watched her not only be sort of antagonizing and condescending to me and my daughter who is two by the way, but to an incoming client as well. She was just on the phone the whole time and not friendly by any means. When I asked her a question and when the incoming client asked her a question she responded defensively I even had to tell her that a two-year-old is not gonna understand what she is trying to say and she said oh well they cant come in then if they don’t understand. I really could not believe she said that. I think you need better staffing or you’re losing clients on the daily with this person running the business. Will not be returning. We had been going There for sometime but never again.

I really wish I had something nice to say because my kids enjoy this place, but it was such a bad experience as a paying customer. We took my daughter to celebrate her 6th birthday, & I felt so bad that the place was not up to par. Everything was a complete mess. I basically paid for my kids to play in a someone else’s messy playroom. Our house is more organized than this. I mean NOTHING was organized. Dress up clothes all over the floor, giant blocks tossed all over the place hazardously, the play sets from the different stations were all mixed up where they didn’t belong, the grocery store was completely empty because all the items were out of place. Seriously, not ONE station was organized in the slightest. My sister & I immediately started organizing the centers so our kids could find things & have room to play. There were only 2 other small kids there when we arrived, so I don’t see why it wasn’t kept up better. I get that kids can be messy, I have 3, but the girl working the front desk was completely unbothered. The worst part was that my mother asked her if they clean up between groups of kids, & her response was condescending & completely ridiculous… “They can’t use Lysol” & “When she has time”. She could have reset & organized the place 10 times while we were there, especially after being asked to, but she sat there on her phone scrolling Instagram the ENTIRE TIME. My mother left. There were plenty of opportunities to organize areas the kids weren’t playing in. The only times she got up were to kick my 24 month old out of the play area designated for 23 month olds. Every museum or play place I’ve been to has standards of cleanliness & someone organizing the play spaces, but this girl didn’t lift a finger & could care less. It was so awkward & uncomfortable having to clean up (upon arriving & leaving) while she just sat on her phone annoyed to be there. My husband asked if we were allowed to have coffee at the tables, but she couldn’t be bothered to operate the coffee machine, & he went to buy some next door. It was such an overall terrible experience. I wanted to get a refund & leave within 10 minutes of being there, but I couldn’t do that to my daughter on her birthday. We will not be going back because of the rude, condescending, lazy employee.

A super experience! I celebrated my daughter's 2nd birthday yesterday and they treated me amazingly!! A super team! Nella made us many suggestions and clarified any details almost in real time! Liliana is a LOVE, helping to put the finishing touch on the decoration, I was fascinated! Then the assistants Amanda and Ale are very attentive and attentive to everything! I would repeat without thinking about it! Thank you!

We had our son’s birthday party here. It’s perfect for the preschool crowd. If kids could have a frat party, this would be it. They had so much fun. It was clean. The party hosts did a great job setting up and tearing down. I took away a star for a couple reasons. First, you are charged a 20 percent service fee. I received pushback from the owner when asked what the fee covers. I received a reply that I assume was copied and pasted from Google. I am not sure what it covers, especially when it was more than $100. Second, none of that fee covers gratuity for the party hosts. So we tipped them on top of the impossible to explain service fee. They throw a great party, but the transparency of what you are paying for is lacking.

I just had my daughters 3rd birthday here. The place is very beautiful and clean. Entertainment characters and face painter were amazing. The only part that I find very concerning and deceitful is the fact that the owners add on 20% for gratuity / Service charge and I found out that none of that goes to the staff or the entertainment. I had to give them all extra cash which I was not planning on since it’s all “part of the package”. I hope the owners rectify this as they are cheating their own staff and clients.

Such a beautiful place but I took my niece there to have a nice time and she actually did but I was very frustrated about the organization. I’ve been in other places like this and there’s always someone cleaning up and getting everything as organized as possible so next kids can play. Any of the toys were organized and were all over the place. Such a shame to pay $13 for half an hour and actually had to be the one trying to put the toys in their places so she can really enjoy it.

I booked for my daughter’s 1st birthday and everything was beautiful. Don’t think twice about booking. Everyone were professional and nice. Great communications. Thank you again.

Great indoor playground for pretend play. No electronic toys which is a nice break. Lots of imaginary fun from veterinarian to fireman, grocery shopper to Cafe cashier and cook... A lot of fun! One star off because whenever we go I find myself having to pick up beads or things off the floor so my baby doesn't eat them (they could pick up on the maintenence and cleanliness a little bit with sweeping and sanitation.) otherwise, we love going.

Perfect place to host a birthday party!! I cant say enough about the place and customer service. We had an amazing time, and our guests loved it too!! Nella helped me with everything, doing the reservation, explaining the packages they offer and deciding what I wanted for the decoration. They deserve more than 5 star for sure.

Threw my daughter’s third birthday here. Staff were friendly, incredible and helpful. Decorations came out perfect. Place is so cute with all the pretend places like fire station, house, grocery store, vet… Kids enjoyed the entertainment. All our friends and family loved the place. Thanks for making our daughter’s birthday special ✨

Perfect place to host a birthday! We celebrated my daughter’s 4th bday and everything was perfect. The hosts were great, everyone had an amazing time. It exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for making my daughter Barbie dreams true !

My three year old son absolutely loves Playtown Museum. We go almost every week after school and it’s always clean, not too crowded, and organized. It’s so sweet to see him use his imagination and learn important skills like taking turns, saying “excuse me”, and asking kids to use toys. We are grateful for such a peaceful place to take our kids. A great inclusive space for children with and without special needs.

We love this place! All 3 of my kids love coming here to play! As a mom, I love that the place is indoors and secure, so I can feel relaxed while my kiddos are having a great time 😁 Definitely worth a visit!

Playtown Museum is a beautiful, clean, and welcoming space for young children. My 3 year old daughter loves it! Whether planning a birthday party or looking for a fun space to occupy your child for a couple of hours, this is the place to be.

PlayTown is the best indoor playground. I have taken my daughters there since they opened. We just had our daughters second birthday party at PlayTown. It was phenomenal. From the moment we starting planning the party it was very organized, Nella took care of everything. Any questions we had she was always a phone call away. She did such a great job organizing our party. The day of the party, hosts Nicole and Amanda were amazing and so helpful. I am so happy with how everything came out. Thank you guys so much once again.

Great place for little kids in a hot/rainy day, everything is always kept clean, kids always have a blast, only 1 exit which makes it very safe, reasonable pricing, and even coffee is available for a little adult pick me up! Definitely recommend.

Absolutely the best place to have a children's party! Plenty of interactive activities and wonderful staff! My granddaughter had her 3rd birthday party here today. Staff was absolutely accommodating and the children had a great time, so did friends and family. The decorations were awesome and the Playtown Museum play area was just amazing. Definitely worth it! We did my son's birthday party here and it was an absolute hit. Everyone had an amazing time and my son loved it. Very kind staff, they have so many toys and things to entertain the kids. It is also a perfect place if you're a mommy that works from home because there are places for you to sit and bring your laptop to work with. The place is enclosed so the kids can be running around while you work and there is a space were they are allowed to eat. Perfect if you want to bring lunch for your kiddos or a snack.

I celebrated my sons birthday about a week ago… loved everything since first day I spoke with them! They were helpful, friendly and nice with us all the time! The decoration incredible, they did a new decoration for us because was the first time doing that theme… and it was so beautiful! My son had a great birthday! Thank you!❤️

Cutest indoor playground ever. My kids really enjoyed themselves to they point the cried because they didn’t want to leave. Also the staff is so friendly❤️❤️

Went with my kids for the first time, they enjoyed. Is a nice place Catalina the staff person was very nice and kept organizing all the time although is hard to keep it organized with so many kids. My only suggestion is about CLEANING and Sanitation procedures. Costumes should be washed, firefighters helmets, clothing smelled bad and was in bad conditions, also there should be a profesional cleaning person that cleans bathrooms, wipes the toys, chairs, shelf of the stations, kids put toys inside their mouth, eat and leave them sticky. Cleaning the toys should be a MUST. Other that that, I recommend the place

We just had my daughter 6th birthday there and it was amazing! So clean, tidy, and the food so great! The decorations were personalized and so beautiful! All the parents were amazed and the kids had so much fun! Definitely Recommended !

I just celebrated my kids birthday party at playtown. The place is beautiful and well maintained, and everybody had a blast! Liliana was great helping me coordinating the event. She was patient, sweet and very accommodating. Nella and Catalina worked my party, and they were also amazing! Thanks to them I can tell that we had a worry free party time. I am very pleased. It was totally worth it!

Everything was very nice, my daughter had fun from the moment she arrived until the moment she left, in fact, most of the children did not want to leave 🙃!!
