    The young girl at the register was very nice and patient (young African American girl). When I went to sit and wait for my food I witnessed her coworker (possibly manager/owner) picking up bags and proceeding with an attitude to call out orders sitting on the counter. When she called out an order she just finished, the customer came up and asked if that was his. Then she threw the bag on the count and said "omg. Wow. Whatever..." and walked away. I was so shocked because her attitude was so unprompted.... aggressive for absolutely no reason... if your miserable, find another job. Also, the young gril working the register was treated so agressively by the other 3 women. The lack of team work and or pride in what they were doing could be felt on the otherside of the counter. When we come to purchase, we are purchasing the service too. I can easily make my own coffee at home but I choose to come to DD and would prefer not to deal with an attitude. I work the hotel industry for 15+ years and I would not tolerate this at all from my team treating a guest in that manner... this was around 9am on 2/4/22 and she was making the hot items food.

    I came in at 1:45pm there was nobody in line it was just me and my husband standing there for about 5-6minutes while two other employees look like they working on blenders maybe trying to prepare a uber order or etc. That's fine but when you got two people standing in your lobby and not a greet or nothing and secondly, why would you not come take our order to finish someone else's order that is not there ? I work in the fast food chain as a manager and that is unacceptable! Take care of the people that are in front of you first ! Uber orders can wait it is their job but to totally disregard a customer that is in your face waiting and you blending up drinks that nobody is there to give it to at that very moment is insane all i wanted was a iced coffee but i had to wait for the uber or doordash order to get done first ! This is not the usual dunkin' we come to either the one we go to is getting remodeled so we had to drive even further !!!

    Worst DD in the area. Avoid this shop and go-to Pines Blvd. They charge 1.10 more for a sandwich at Pembroke road, more than other DD's in the area. The coffee prices are also higher than other DD's in the area. They Get your coffee order wrong and then try to explain to you that you don't understand. I eat DD several times a week I think I know how I like my coffee. While I was there another customer complained about his order. This staff has got to go. This used to be a good DD. Why are the prices so much higher at this location?

    Online order: After waiting 10 minutes for Doughnuts. I went to the register where a really short middle eastern girl is arguing with another girl over a tip cup. I stand in front of them and let them argue (assuming they are almost done), I eventually say: Um excuse me, I’m waiting for 6 doughnuts. Tell me why they continued to argue. After they finished they gave me my doughnuts. Pay your employees better and tell them to split tips at the end of their shift not during. Mobile orders are not a priority.

    Racist Indian Workers….CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. The workers act annoyed by your presence not realizing we THE customers is what KEEP them in BUSINESS. I am a regular customer and simply asked to have my toast double cooked ( there oven does not toast bread properly) I wanted TOAST, not warmed up BREAD. I asked the Indian girl to double toast the bread and she rudely ignored me. So I told the guy making drinks “hey can she double toast my bread for me please” The started screaming so loud in her native language and the elder came over. She was rude too. She told me my only option was to toast the bread with avocado on it bcuz the girl already prepared the toast. In a hurry to leave I said okay, but this all could have been avoided with simple customer service and people etiquettes. The whole experience gave me racist vibes. Believe the bad comments. Thus was not an afternoon worker also. This happened 10:50 am. The family is rude.

    They serve frozen donuts, and cold food then put too much ice in the ice coffee be careful the manager didn't get the memo that the customer is right.

    the workers at this dunkin where absolutely amazing today the floor where spotless the service was great and so was food but unfortunately it was a bit crowded but other that i'll give it a five out five

    Morning employees are better. If you walk in to order in the afternoon, it feels like ur walking into some college dorm. Employees are careless and It turns super ghetto. Also they will tell you they sold out of the ENTIRE menu if you go In during the last hour before closing. So either they don't want to work or they need more stock.

    This location does not deliver curbside I placed an order waited. On curbside. No one showed up call the store no one picked up, walked in, while the phone was ringing and watched the employee going about her business while on the phone with somebody talking through her earpiece on a personal call while barely taking care of the customers waiting. When I asked about my curbside order, her answer was I’m the only one here and I ain’t got time for this. Very poor customer service very disrespectful way of treating customers

    This place has bad customer service. My bf needed to use the restroom and one of the employees was really rude to him and did not allow him to use the restroom. They should allow customers to use the restroom.

    TURN AWAYY!! Might as well close the door @4:00pm if you guy is required to shut everything off a hour and 30mins before you close. The only thing you can get is old donuts and sprite. Bad for business Please close down if you guy not going to give quality service Me and four other customers was turn away

    This is unfortunate but the service heat has gone straight down. The employees just don’t care how many people are in store. If u sit there long enough you will see people walk out before they actually order. There’s times where there is only one employee working and by take care of each client individually and u just have to wait. If u order through the app. You might be waiting 15-20 minutes for a coffee that takes 30 seconds to make. I guess most people are going to other Dunkin’ like I will for now on.

    Saturday, November 18th @ approximately 11:30am, while waiting for my order, I watched the male employee pull a tray of croissants from the oven when the croissant falls the floor next to his shoes. Instead of leaving it on the floor or picking it up and discarding it, he thought it best to pick it up and place it back in the tray with the rest!!! My valid response to this simple-minded guy was, “Why would you do that, it is disgusting?!?!” He had the nerve to be offended and the audacity to give me attitude because of his nastiness!! Maybe that’s he way of coping with being caught. Needless to say, he proceeded by placing the pan of croissants in the serving area for service to future, unaware customers. End of story, refund me my money and peace out ✌🏽 No telling what else he is doing that customers don’t see. I think I’m most annoyed with his non-chalant attitude!! This industry needs a serious make over.

    Visiting from California. Stopped at this location...poor service, cashier unfriendly...I personally have friends that are owners of these, establishment . They wouldn't tolerate this behavior. Oh well...

    Never have anything and shelves are always empty. Went there 1.5 hrs before and had nothing in hand. Losing money by letting it walk away due to no product. Sometimes even 2 hrs prior and never on hand. Glad the girl there had great customer service.

    I don't usually leave reviews but felt it was necessary due to lack of service and unusually high prices. As mentioned by previous customers, the staff appear to be annoyed by you being there. They charged me $1.10 more than other Dunkin Donuts I've been to and didn't even make my coffee the right way. When I asked the barista to add the whipped cream and mocha drizzle to my Peppermint Mocha Latte she gave me an attitude and said something that I didn't understand due to her heavy accent. Realizing I wasn't going to get what I was asking for I just said thank you and left. They definitely need better staff at this location. If you're going to charge more than other locations for the same product the service should at least justify the extra cost.

    Ordered bacon egg and cheese bagel. Every other location toast the bagel this one microwaveed it. It was soggy when I received it and by the time I got home it was stiff as a board nasty

    It astonishes me that there are people in management that run their business so unprofessionally I'd mistake the place for an after school playground. The place the smells of old oil. The equipment used to make food doesn't look clean whatsoever. One of their employees which I can only assume is the manager locked the door when I tried to enter the restaurant. There were 4 people in the lobby when the lobby has a 20+ occupancy limit and the woman who let out two gentlemen told me "No! It's too many kids in here" slammed THEN locked back the door. I only wanted a straw but you can kiss my patronage good-bye!

    8/5/22 4:48pm I ordered a Hot latte & an avocado toast thru the mobile app. When I arrived 5 min later, the guy is making my avocado toast. There's one person waiting to be served, then the guy gives me my toast & asked for the latte I had ordered. Apparently the 2 items were printed separately. Suddenly the guy who was supposed to make the order disappeared for over 10 mins. At this time 2 more customers walked in, and after waiting a while, one of them starts calling to the back if anyone was attending. After about 3 mins later the guy appears coming out of the bathroom, when the 3 customers who were there left the store. Now I'm by myself waiting for my latte, and continued to ask for my latte. He said "oh yeah". After 5 mins later I checked up on him and saw him on his phone talking & my latte is still not done. At this point I just wanted to leave but bc I had ordered thru the app and paid already I didn't. Another customer walked in and was ignored completely and also left the store. I asked again, "my latte?" He said "oh yeah" after all this time he never ran the machine and looked like he didn't know how to make it. So I left without my order. I didn't trust the guy making my food. His concern/priority was more on his cell phone than the customer. I requested my refund through the app and I will avoid this store completely.

    I came in and ordered a bagel with cheese and bacon and emphasized that I didn’t want eggs. Before grabbing my bag, I verified with the worker that the sandwich she made didn’t have eggs and what I got was an egg bacon and cheese croissant.

    I placed an online order for a box of joe and 12 donuts on friday. I get to the store to pick up the items that I paid for through the app and I was told that they have no more donuts and no more coffee because they're closing in 30 minutes. I was told that I needed to come back to speak to the manager tomorrow I get to the store to speak to the manager and she tells me she doesn't give refunds through the Dunkin donuts app. So here it is 3 days later I still do not have my money nor the items that I no longer need. The manager made no attempt to try and resolve my issue she made it seem as if anything paid through the app does not go to her store so therefore she does not refund money from her store

    This location is my nice and near breakfast spot, always easy to get in and out. Nothing too crazy but have had minimal issues with my previous order that usually gets resolved easily.
