Our family has been going to this spot for many years, ever since it opened. They offer authentic Cuban pastry items, and their quality is good. I would have rated them four stars, but as others have noted, their customer service leaves much to be desired. Although I am fluent in Spanish, it is embarrassing to me when non-Spanish speakers walk in and the staff cannot communicate with them. And frankly, some of their employees give the impression they are being bothered when taking your order. I think we'll soon be going back to the authentic VICKY bakery, as this knockoff is going downhill. Señores, mejoren su servicio al cliente lo antes posible.

I ordered a omelette sandwich, ham and cheese Sandwiche and 2 café con leches and waited nearly 25 min to get the sandwich. By the time I got it everything else was cold. Everyone else that walked it got their food. They didn’t make mine until another person ordered 2. No apologies. I was asked to pay before I got it so I had no choice but to wait. It was such a bad experience I am never going back.

Overpriced! Be careful nothing has a price. Attention is so so. More English speakers would improve your business, not too friendly staff. If you get a receipt it’s going to be for the total amount you spend not for every item. Overpriced!

Went in there today to arrange for some catering. Stood there for 5 mins while some girl ( 35 years old or so) danced around while everyone laughed.. someone made coffee for who I would assume is the boss..he never looked up .. 2 other ladies laughing making coffee.. all while never acknowledging my presence…I’m glad they have so much business they didn’t need to act like they needed mine.

I liked it very much, nice ambience, clean, food tastes good. I got this confused with "Vicky's bakery," it's not the same, it's Vecky's lol. Typical panaderia Latina comida but nicer ambience. And they got fresh orange juice too!

Nasty. Cheap imitation for the real VICKY BAKERY. We had a few pastries and they were so gross.. Best part was the canned sodas.

This bakery has many many different items available from savory like cachitos, empanadas, and pan de bono, to sweet like cuatro leches, cheesecakes, and milhojas. I tried the cuatro leches and it was pretty good, but the majority of it was dulce de leche- not necessarily a bad thing because it was tasty, but there was so much of it that overpowered the dessert and you couldnt really taste the actual cake. I also ordered a dulce de leche cake (size for 10 people). About half of each slice was tasty and moist, but the other half was very dry. Most of the party I shared the cake with left half their slice on the plate.

Ordered a cake from NY down to my daughter in law in miramar for her birthday. The cake arrived in an hour and is beautiful. Above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely order cakes in the future from this bakery. Furthermore when I visit my family down there i will definitely be stopping in the bakery. I am very pleased with the service provided.

Great cafe. I was there to get some coffee and I absolutely love this place. The coffee was delicious and their pastry was absolutely delicious. Get there and try the empanados.

It’s a Cuban bakery with friendly staff and consistent. I have been going there for a few years now and it’s great to walk in and feeling like you are walking into your home. The coffee is great and the pastelito’s even better. They also have been remodeling it giving it a better feel.

Too expensive and the pastries don't taste fresh.. Won't go back. Spent alot of money. Not worth it.

Had a personal size 4 leches and was spoiled. Not sure if they leave items from past days but this left a terrible taste in my mouth all day. I had to drive back and exchange for flan which was not the best either.

Great bakery with so many options. The place was very clean inside and plenty of parking. Inside the workers were very nice and fast! They had tons of options for savory and sweet items and do catering if needed! They have Cuban, Venezuelan and Colombian baked goods here, too for different varieties. They also have natural juices, cakes, breakfasts and sandwiches. Def recommended 👌 5/5

Pastries and the croquetas are NOT the same anymore, went there because it's always been our favorite for almost 10+ years. We always order the tray of chicken croquetas to take back home with us to NY and this time they said they didn't make the small trays, we ended up ordering 20 of rhe regular size and they weren't the same. I also ordered 2 empanada fritas de Carne to my surprise i ended up with jamon con queso which were NOT good either. The best we took back home were the Pan Cubano

Absolutely delicious! We once ordered from here by accident thinking we ordered from Vicky Bakery... and it was the happiest accident we ever made! Vecky is much better than Vicky.. quality, taste, amount of food... it tastes homey. We are moving and will definitely miss having this delicious bakery near by! Highly recommend!

This store is right off the main road (Pine) at the end of the shopping center. There is plenty of parking in front of the store. Their food looked delicious. They have a large area in front of the counter and fresh desserts, bread and sandwiches. There are only 3 tables in the lobby. You order and receive your food at the counter. The prices are very reasonable ($14 for 2 breakfast sandwiches, cafe con leche, a jarrito and guava pastries). The people were very nice and the food was served hot and quickly.

No wifi. Good pastries and prices, but a cafe without wi-fi in 2022 is losing real customers. It’s shame too because the decorations make you want to stay.

I would rather not come here anymore. More than 2 times -I walked in, & thru did not greet Nor serve me. .. Not Until I said something. I Am the customer. Shouldn't I be greeted with politeness when coming into your establishment? Twice -I can remember. And the food was not even that good.. not prepared well. They need warmers for their food that is which inside the cases. Ford was not fresh, appetizing. I was disappointed.😔 That was Well over $5 & several minutes if my time wasted.
