I love this place. The aesthetic and good service makes you want to stay and enjoy a healthy snack/refresher. I fully recommend their protein coffee! It gives you a spark of energy that lets you continue with your day. Their mini donuts are also great. I recommend you try any of them, they’re all so great. Their waffles though!!! They’re so good! The blueberries on it are super juicy. The açaí is also amazing. Really refreshing and just the right amount of sweet. The staff and place are great, it’s truly a place to hang out and eat good food !

This place is a real treat, plus I get all the proteins I need!... The food is healthy but really good tasting, and the menu is full of many great options. (I will miss the 3 leches mini doughnuts though... Please bring them back!) The people that work there are attentive and caring. You can see the effort and love for what they do.

I came across this spot on Instagram and decided to try it. I ordered the protein waffles, pumpkin spice shake, mi amor refresher. It did not disappoint. A must visit. Thank you for the hospitality. I will be back again.

Super cozy spot for a healthy and yummy snack. The mini protein donuts were delicious and guilt free since they’re low in sugar. My son and I really enjoyed them. My cappuccino with oat milk was also great and much needed! I always do my best to support small businesses especially during the holidays. Their decor and ambience was also really cute! I would recommend this spot to my friends and would come again to try their other beverages.

Went here for the first time and not only was it a very long drive…. It was a long drive for no reason. Paying $9.10 for a small caramel iced coffee that tasted so bad I had to throw it out and drive another distance to one of my fav coffee shops really made me upset. I wanted to try something new, but sometimes it’s good to stay boring. Really upset at wasting money and gas. The iced coffee was terrible. Protein iced coffees are usually super good so I’m shocked at how bad this was.

This place is so good and the food tastes freshly made. The smell alone as soon as you walk in makes you never want to leave. If I could live here I would. I recommend the birthday cake waffle and add strawberries.

I had an amazing experience the first time. I came back the next day to try the waffles. One of the employees wasn't friendly and it made me feel like I was bothering her. The food was good but please don't put a paper under the waffle, I almost eat it.

I was super impressed with their white chocolate protein coffee. I loved it! It had 15g of protein and only 2 g of sugar. Also tried a mini donut the pecan flavor and I regret not getting more. I think they were short handed when I went as it took an abnormally long time for it to be ready but worth the wait :)

Had a wonderful experience. The staff was warm and welcoming!! The ambiance warm and cozy and clean !! And the food, uff, exceeded my expectations. I had a shake and tea combo very yummy. And the protein donuts taste great. Definitely will come back. If your in the area is a must visit spot.

They took like 30 mins to make my order, which was just 2 pancakes and a shake. However, the place is cute and the service is fine👍

I absolutely love this place. As soon as you walk in You are greeted with a smile. The employees the owners are so lovely. I have to have my weekly fix. Their shakes are amazing, the refreshers and some of my favorites are the cubanito and everything waffle. Highly recommend it.

My Mom and I went to Main Spot Nutrition after many of her chemo treatments at the recommendation from my brother. She really LOVED her S’mores smoothies and I LOVED my cookies and cream and any others I got there. The cookies and mini donuts are fresh made daily and delicious. The owners are so friendly, professional, and helpful in every way! Now my favorite is The Keeper! It’s a pleasure to stop there! P.S. My Mom beat cancer! ❤️❤️

Main Spot is THE SPOT! Just recently stopped by to try their mini protein donuts. Now I can't wait to go back to try their other delicious foods. This place will become the spot in no time with it's nice decor, to it's ambiance, and of course friendly staff. I definitely will become a regular.

The drinks are made with love. We became aware of this place because they have a formula pantry. We are struggling finding our son a certain formula and they had it. The kindness of these people who not matches the quality of their donuts and drinks

Nothing but amazing things to say about Main Spot. They have the best acai bowls/waffles and donuts in cooper city and if you haven't tried their refreshers do so now delicious and super good for you. I stumbled across this cute little spot and was looking for something refreshing after my workout. I came inside and was greeted by a friendly face. The girl who acknowledged me was very nice. I decided to order a good vibes refresher and as i was speaking to the girl the older gentleman who seemed to be the manager was extremely disgusting to his employees. As an authority figure I believe someone should not only represent themselves as someone with great customer service but someone with great character to lead their employees. This was NOT someone who had good character or moral. This review doesn’t only reflect the product but the management and the lack of leadership that was presented to someone who has never been there before. I refuse to support a company who treats their employees with such little respect.
