Love the First Watch chain but do expect to wait in this location as it seems like there isn’t enough waitstaff for the amount of guests. We were left ignored until we pinned down a waitress after 20 mins of waiting to get our order (who was not happy about serving another table). Took another 45 mins to get the food. Despite that the bill did come out within 5 mins of getting the food. I had the chikichanga which was very salty. Despite asking for water 3 times we never received it. Not sure if the bad service is just for outdoor seating but not returning to this location again.

Very interesting reading reviews for places that are not even open yet. The previous reviewer is either mistaken on the location or just has nothing better to do with their time.

Exactly what you'd expect of a high quality breakfast restaurant. Food was great, service was on par, and the atmosphere was lively. The restaurant is brand new, it's clean, and has plenty of sunlight. We came in at 8:30 on a Saturday morning and by 9am the line was out the door. However, everyone was seated in 15 mins.

This is my first experience with this place and it went from bad to worst! Somehow my server disappeared. My check was given with my food... I needed a drink with my food and usually I like to order dessert. No one attended the bar, the area that I was sitting and there was no one to ask nearby. After waiting for about 1/2 hour I decided to go pay and taked to the hostess. I complained for the lack of attention and I was told that someone hit the waitress car in the lot and she had left the restaurant. I said that I was sorry for the misfortune, however, someone should have taken over her patrons... That was a very big and insensitive part on my behalf, not only I was severely scolded, but I was talked down and I was told that if I didn't like it, there was no need to come back! WOW!!! Well, just for the record, I will not be going back. Maybe that is not the moto of this chain, but, the hostess probably had training from upper management, and if upper management does allow them to have this type of fuse, then there is no need for my business, there are other choices... I have never had such experience anywhere!

Even though we were the only ones waiting to be seated, it took a few minutes to have someone approach us. No big deal. Server was ok but did forget to bring us napkins so my brother had to grab some paper from a kitchen paper towel roll they left nearby. I order my eggs over hard but all came runny with raw egg whites very visible. Al pastor dish had hard tortillas that seemed stale. Banana foster was drowning in a slimy gooey unappetizing sauce. This is the fourth time i have given First Watch as a franchise a chance by trying out their new items but still disappointed at the results. I am ready to move on.

For 4 years he has been enjoying the delicious food of this place! First time I went to this town! The waitress with a difficult attitude! The wet glasses I throw the napkins at us! The food in this place was cold, the hard-boiled eggs, my dad was visiting, I told them wonderful things about this restaurant and what a bad impression they got! I am very sorry that they accept ill-educated people who cannot do the basics of customer service! I talked to the manager, they served me my food late, I couldn't eat together with my parents and friends! I will never go back to this place! I tend to speak ill of this experience because the food is delicious! But people are horrible! Dirty bathrooms! They really have to control this! Sorry but they should close! Note : stir coffee with a knife🤢🤮

The waitress was friendly but that was about all that was good I got sunny side up and the whites were still extremely raw(I ordered new ones to give benefit of a doubt but the same outcome just not as raw) the patatoes we're so raw my fork couldn't even pierce half of them without extreme force and the Sasuage was still pink in the middle I've eaten here before and it was so much better but today was terrible!

The place looks nice and the outside tables are nice, but the service need improvements. They served my wife and 30 minutes late to me. They act like they are in a rush all the time. I will not be coming back.

The morning drinks are so delicious and refreshing non alcohol. The food was prepared with love and the presentation was beautiful. The ambience and setting of this restaurant definitely sets the tone for relaxation.

We were sat immediately when we arrived, in a booth, so or experience started off well. Server was friendly and helped with the menu. Food was hot and fresh. Coffee was a 7/10. The only gripe was the original coffee mugs on the table were visibly soiled and we had to, of course, day something to get new ones. Outside of that, the ambiance is excellent: bright, cheery and modern. Temperature was great, it's open and airy with plenty of space between tables. The places is new so you'll always be working out the kinks and most people bashing with 1 star reviews likely didn't even care about that. It's your money and therefore preference to eat somewhere, so why potentially set yourself up for an experience beneath your expectations?

Ah the excitement and yet the disappointment at the same time. Excited for a closer location and because it's my favorite place. Disappointed in the service. Got seated quickly but no one greeted us at the table. After waiting 20 min we finally asked a random waiter who should be tending to us. He offered to help. Grateful for that. The food took a really long time to come out. The coffee tasted like it was made with dirty water. Hoping it gets better. If not I'll drive to the further one for better service.

Staff was fantastic, even though two of our orders were wrong/forgotten, they still gave us great service. The butterfly pea flower tea was nice, pretty close to lemonade. The Seoul eggs were good but maybe too much potato

I'll start saying that usually food is really good, their breakfast are delicious and mimosas affordable. I'll never understand thought, why even with plenty of visible empty tables, there's always a waiting list of 20 minutes or more to get a table. It's worth it. @soIsayIcancook @Aventure.dos

This is a great place for breakfast or brunch. Mimosa's at the Pembroke Pines location are served from 11am to close due to local liquor laws. I find the overall prices very reasonable. The food is great and recommend the Chickichanga and Farmhouse Hash (with eggs over easy). The staff is generally attentive and friendly but due to popularity, staff attentiveness can vary depending on crowd size. Pancakes are huge and fluffy (kids LOVE them with Bacon). They also have plenty of Juice options (Apple juice, Cranberry juice, and freshly squeezed Orange Juice which is SUPERB).

At first when I went in I did not like the way we were greeted the hostess didn't even have a smile on her face and just said follow her to our table but the waitress who attended us was very nice and served us well, her name was Chelsea. This was my first time in First Watch and I'm very pleased except the way I was treated when I entered. The food and drinks I had for breakfast was very good!

Great food. The worst service possible. Pembroke has the worst service every day. It’s impossible to get an order right, and on time. And the waiting time once you are in your table is endless. Even if you call a waitress: “I’ll bet here in a bit”.. I come every weekend wishing for the best, leave disappointed every time

I really enjoyed the environment of this place. What it makes more delicious was the waitress Ania Rut. She is a start on this place and I really recommend her if you stop here any time. Because in a place everything matter, food + a really pleasant with the people that serve you is a must. Thanks.

First watch is a good breakfast place. It used to be one of my favorite breakfast spot. I have been going to first watch for over a year. A couple of thing I noticed change was their house potatoes, they’re almost inedible, because they’re too salty. Also their coffee change. But other than that the customer service remains the same which is good and everything else in the menu seems to be OK. Oh! one thing I will recommend is their Waffles 🧇 delicious and fluffy.

Walked in for the first time around 2:45 without realizing that it closed at 2:30 but was still able to place our take out order. The manager was great, very high energy and a lovely demeanor. She was very friendly and welcoming. The food was very tasty! The salad was awesome and the sandwich was off the chain! Will definitely be going back!

I really enjoy eating at First Watch, if/when I can find a table. This place is always packed, with lines of people waiting outside; they don't take reservations so that makes it worse. Their food is pretty good; I particularly enjoy their Avocado toast and chocolate chip pancakes. Service is usually prompt and the location is well lit and clean. I don't recommend going for weekend brunch unless you're willing to wait an hour for a table.

This branch has been recently open which means it has a really nice aesthetic and fancy designs. The food is really good ( whatever you order ) , you really cant go wrong with what you choose. The place is usually packed but the wait time is not so bad at around 5-15 min usually for us

Dined in on opening day. New location in West Pines. Crowd not too bad. Service was swift and server was helpful and courteous. Free coffee Monday-Friday opening week. We ordered lemon ricotta pancakes. Two pancakes huge filled the entire plate. Excellent taste and presentation—fresh strawberries and just tart enough lemon curd. Also ordered carnitas burrito, huge and delicious- meat, beans, avocado and more. Oh and the coffee was great too.

Love the new location. Service and food never disappoint. Despite having just opened, they were quick to seat us and serve us.
