I’ve been very happy with this place and the service, so far two events with them. They did great for my daughters 1st bday. Beautiful work as you can see in the pictures! Mr. Tony the owner is wonderful!

They’re the best!! Tony and Santiago were amazing to work with! I sent them a picture of a cake and explained what I wanted it to look like and they outdid themselves! Price was super reasonable as well. Not only did it look AMAZING but all the party guests loved the taste. I’m not a cake person but even I enjoyed it. It was moist and decadent. Highly recommend them for any event!

It's a great place for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. I love the quick breakfast with a cafe con leche. The prices have gotten more expensive, though.

I’m a Hialeah girl. Born and raised on pan Cubano, croquetas y pastelitos. I visit Vicky Bakery at least once a week to have croquetas and café with my husband or to pick up pastelitos for my staff on Friday’s. I buy party platters for family and business events. Santiago and Carla provide the absolute best customer service and always greet you with a smile. They know you by name and take care of you like family. I love this spot and the team. I’m happy to see a lot of the same faces each time I visit. Keep it up Vicky Bakery!

Great service , Manuela helped me and my wife out and she was just truly amazing. Her great customer service gives a good positive environment to the bakery. The food is amazing and the coffee is even better. Definitely recommend this place. I came to Miami for the pastelitos and they never fail to disappoint me .

I have tried Vicky’s bakery in Miami which was average in quality in comparison to the many better competitors in the area but this one in Pemproke Pines was an inferior version of their franchise down south. Although the store front looks beautiful and well kept along with a very friendly staff, the food was definitely an immense disappointment. The croquettes were made with the worst tasting dried out breading while the pastelitos were limp and tasted stale. Friends who frequent the local bakeries says that this place is better than other cuban bakeries in this area but agree that the Vicky’s down south are better. The inconsistency in quality is detrimental to a brand but I don’t know if this is a franchise model or a corporate branch. Either way I am saddened that I couldn’t get a decent pastelito in Pembroke pines. I also bought a bread pudding and a slice of Vanilla Rum cake and the quality was equally bad throughout. Unfortunately I will not return to this establishment.

Best bakery in town. Everything is fresh and they have amazing prices. They also deliver through third-party so all you have to do is go onto their website and you can have their amazing cuisine brought to you every pastry we ate, and every time we order coffee, it did not disappoint. the flan in particular was so good. We ordered it multiple times please support local and support this bakery check out their website for other locations.

We always go to Vicky Bakery for all our parties, for pastelitos, cake and now their outstanding catering! We had two events back to back at the office and delivered to two different locations within the same week. Did I mention outstanding catering? Where else can you get the food, the cake and desserts all in the same place?! I highly recommend them! Perfect one stop shop!

I ordered a steak sandwich and they gave me a “shoe sole” sandwich, the owner should buy the appropriate meat for the steak sandwich or take it off the menu.😡 very disappointed at this location from Vicky Bakery!

Ordered 300 pastries and cake that fed 100 people. Cake was delicious! Pastries were fresh. Highly recommend this location. Santiago provided excellent customer service. At the bakery there’s a glass display with amazing cakes and sweets, it all looks amazing. We also ate empanadas and they were tasty.

I purchased a Rum Vanilla cake with fondant for my daughter's 12th birthday. The cake I must say was beautifully decorated but I picked it up July 14th for her birthday on July 15th. The cake tasted old and there was none of the moist vanilla rum in it. Now I was upset for a couple of reasons I went into the bakery, tasted a slice of vanilla rum cake and said yes, that is what I want. However, that is not what I got. Secondly it was a special occasion and my daughter or any of my other guests ate the cake. Thirdly I could have gone to publix, spent about $40 and got a cake that tasted a whole lot better and saved $100 in the process. Fourthly, I called the bakery on July 16th and told them the cake I paid for was dry and there was no vanilla rum flavor in it. I was passed back and forth to about 4 different ppl and was told Tony, the owner would call me back to rectify the matter. Well it's two days later I am still waiting on that call! I would never order another cake from Vicky's bakery.... The slices in the glass case has a cupcake wrapper underneath that is usually wet cause the flavoring runs out, the paper under the round dumpling I was given was dry. Not a drip of flavoring on it or anywhere in sight .....

I just got a fondant cake for my son’s birthday party. The cake looked exactly like the picture I had shared with the bakery. The cost was also very good. I had gone to other cake makers and the price they quoted was double. It tasted amazing, moist and not too sweet. Everyone at the party was impressed. I will go back again for sure.

I couldn't be more grateful to Tony and the entire staff at Vicky Bakery in Pembroke Pines. It is not only about the service they offer, the air and the cleanliness perceived in that place, but also about the quality of their products. I was so lucky to find two of the most essential things for an event in the same place. At first I was hesitant to order food for my child's birthday and was thinking only in a buffet, but the decision to order cuban food and lasagna as well, it was the best decision ever. All my guests were more than satisfied and loved not only the menu, but also the quality. My son was fascinated with his birthday cake. Although I had no doubts about the good service, that cake exceeded my expectations. A great fondant cake design could be the most when we're thinking in a memorable decoration. However, my son's cake went overall inside with an exquisite taste. This time I decided to remove the bad experiences I had with other bakeries when tried to find not only a nice cake design, but also a pleasant taste. In my opinion, they're ranked in an excellence list of bakers in Pembroke Pines area by combining the art of baking decorations with great tasting altogether. I consider myself more involve in the group of reviews readers than writing them. However, I feel the need to share with you my satisfaction and appreciation for the service I received from Vicky Bakery in Pembroke Pines. Thank you again from me, and on behalf of my family and friends. I recommended their services 100% and you will not regret it.

I’ve always had great experiences here and he ladies and men behind the counter have been nice and quick to serve. Tony always makes sure that my order is correct and on time. I will continue coming to Viki Bakery 🧁 and looking forward to cortaditos, ☕️ pastelitos, food, cakes 🍰 and more.

We bought my daughter's birthday cake from Vicky in Pines and it was not only adorable, it was delicious!! We showed them a photo of the character she wanted and they were able to sugar print it on top. She also wanted half vanilla and half chocolate to accommodate everyone. So helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I ordered the mini empanadas for our party this past weekend. The order was ready on time, and the staff was outstanding. The empanadas had a healthy portion of meat and tasted great. They were a big hit at the party.

Cold old coffee! I love cuban coffee specially cortaditos, unfortunately this location does not prepare them well… I got one and told the girl it was cold and old… she grabbed it with some attitude, went to the machine and instead of preparing a fresh one just heat it up… it tasted even worst, old coffee is old coffee! Location is good, unfortunately the coffee is not.

Wonderful Food and Great Service. Wide variety of Pastries and tastes so good. Location is Great and perfect with lot of parking. Best place for a Family and Friends coffee time. Cafe Con Leche and the Chicken Empanada is the best combination for the snack time at the evening.

Undoubtedly great place to stop by for food and coffee with great service. But they are awesome at catering too. Had a big party. Everyone loved the food. The whole process from ordering to picking it up was top notch and handled with professionalism and timeliness. Highly recommend them for all your catering needs.

Staff is great the minute I walked in they greeted me with a smile! This Vicky’s is a bit far out from the location I frequently visit but due to the great service at this location I will now come here! Can’t beat great food and being greeted with a smile and great service! Even observed the store manager being kind to a Publix Associate the environment seemed very genuine and hospitable!

Wonderful bakery with fresh pastelitos. We came in a Sunday morning and I truly appreciated that they still had pastries at 11 am. They also had a young lady playing her violin and she was amazing! It set a nice mood in the bakery. The girl who helped us was very sweet and attentive. Will definitely return when in the area.

I ordered a colada and a Cuban sandwich to go after a long wait on Sunday morning. The Colada was tasteless, the Cuban sandwich was good.

The croquettes are empty inside. All batter. The quality of the food has been going down for a while.

This place is absolutely amazing. The best pastries and sandwiches. They also made a cake for me that was so good and had a custom printed picture on the top that was all edible and looked great. Definitely a must go in the South Florida area! Thank you guys
