I ordered a 6 pack from postmates to be told that they don’t have anymore 6 packs of cinnamon rolls . Ummm ....All they make there is cinnamon rolls all they had to do was grab ( six ) individual rolls and put them in the 6 pack container . But no ....they refused to do that telling me if they Did that they would have to charge me $30 for a 6 pack . What they have on Postmates is misleading and the people who work there have no idea what they are doing. I spoke to a lady named angelia I probably spelled her name wrong but she claimed to be the supervisor . Honestly the dumbest thing I have ever heard .

Don’t buy cinnabon here , was the worst cinnabon i eat in the last 20 years I go to cinnabon store , was raw dough, i ask to chande it and she changed but the other one also was raw i ask for coffee and no coffee or available . My last time here .

Nice location in the mall, good customer service but the Cinnabon could be a little less dry dry :( I always have to buy extra frosting here..

Horrible customer service. The people here have the worst attitudes. They seem to get aggregated when you are placing large orders. I asked the cashier for napkins and she said we ONLY put them in the bag. 5 SUGAR CINNAMON pretzles and 5 napkins now with sugar all on them..

Customer services is awful, the young lady who was the cashier today had a terrible attitude. I would recommend to fired her, it’s not good for your business.

Didn’t let me use my coupon, because “you they don’t do promotions only out stores like broward mall.” Terrible experience, and lost my coupon that I redeemed, and they kept saying the same thing over and over again not even a coupon or free item terrible.

They are the "bomb dickity" of cinnamon rolls, full stop! Can't be beat. But you have to go to a mall or airport to get them (lol).

The Cinnabons are scrumptious but they have the wrong hours posted online. I waited for about 20 mins, here it says they open at 10am. Not the case.

I just bought 4 Cinnabons today that were pre packaged. I asked the girl if they were fresh, she said they were made this AM . They are dried out and stale.

I hate that I love this place so much, but I do. It's pretty much the only reason I come to this mall, and though the line is usually quite long, there's nothing quite like a fresh cinnamon bun, even more so paired with a pretzel and a fresh lemonade from the same location.

If i can put a Zero star i would .I just got the worst sevice in this location. Cashier is ok except the So called assistant manager that telling me how their system works and that told me after a previous customer used a valid coupon that their system is not allowing them to take coupons. Is it my fault that their system is not working and it happens tobe my turn to pay? Not even apologizing he just keeps yapping and keeps repeating himself over and over where i said already that if the system is not working at the moment then my coupon is valid why wouldn't they honor it. It's my first y time here and it will be the last.

Unfortunately, this business does not value the time of their patrons. Their hours are 11-8, not 10-9. We’re not expected to guess what times certain business in the mall are open until. The first time I spent 20 mins drive, gas, money to get here, I waited an addtl. half hour because they weren’t open yet. Waste of time, but fine. The second time I drove 20mins one way to eat here, I could not get served. I had to turn around and head 20mins home with no food. The first time this happened, I requested they inform their management. The employees aren’t responsible for this mistake. Nothing changed since then, so here- hold this L.

Everything is baked fresh and warm. The staff was very welcoming and polite. This location was very clean and organized.
