Food is wonderful! Customer Service Stinks! Second time for the year and same old attitude had to deal with. Whoever is reading this make sure if you want extra gravy or extra of anything, and the person gives you an stink face, let them know you'll be paying for it.

Good quality, portions and taste were good. Little girl at the counter was rude. Who wants to spend nearly a hundred dollars for lunch and be disrespected. Probably our last time eating here. There are plenty of options in the area.

Teach your staff customer service. A young lady on the phone said I keep calling and won't say anything. Yet still I called and no one picked up the phone three times and she sound annoyed as if I am being a bother.

Working too hard to spend my hard earn dollars to put up with rudeness. Essentially rewarding for a bad experience. Spoke to management (owner) twice about same person and they did nothing. It got too much place selling Caribbean food and tasting good to put up with bad and disrespectful customer service.

I’ve been going to Cool Running for many years their food is usually good, but often the cliche that Jamaican women are rude nasty and unforgiving for ordering food from them is so true. Do better, your customers always have to wonder why are these women so mean and nasty? I don’t want them serving my food. It has been like this for so long, terrible service half decent food

I will never eat from this place. I came in the restaurant and it wasn’t quite closing time. The light was on and the door was open. There was a lady at the front register and I asked her are you open, no response as she proceeds to the back. She comes back out, looks at me and again I ask are you open, no response. I turn around and walk out and all of a sudden the lights are off. One second sooner and I would’ve been standing there in the dark. It wouldn’t have taken much to just tell me we are closed. I will never ever eat from here and I’m going to tell as many people as I can.

I’m Jamaican, been living in South Florida for over 30 yrs & I have to tell you that the ackee & saltfish, johnny cakes, festival, callaloo & saltfish are some of the very best authentic Jamaican cuisine...their soups (especially the red peas soup) are delicious too! Unfortunately, like most of my fellow countryfolks’ restaurants , the service needs improvement. The Irie vibe doesn’t work well for customer service in the food industry. Wi wan’ fi owa food ready when we done order it pon time please!😉

Visited this restaurant yesterday Sunday around noon. I woke up this Monday morning vomiting and on the toilet. I had their “Market Value Oxtail” lol. I obtained food poisoning highly don’t recommend. Not my usual Jamaican spot so I settled for this. Not sure if Cross food contamination occurred or what; however I kept noticing small green like collards in my rice and on my oxtail. I hope you all do some reconfiguring of you’ll serving routine.

Food is tasteless , seems like they don't want to spent on seasoning for good taste

Great desserts!!!!! You must try the vanilla rum, pistachio rum, as well as the cookies and cream cake. Food and portions were good. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in SoFlo. They also look very clean.

The food is always fresh, and they fresh ingredients, because when I eat it, it always feels good to my stomach. Other restaurants in the area usually send me straight to the toilet.....
