Publix was there when I needed it.I got few cases of fresh water for 1 of my Open houses in Cooper City. The people who visited the open house were so happy to have cold fresh #water. It was a hot day! Thank you Publix.

Publix is my favorite supermarket because all food is fresh and prepare with the best components. I love sandwiches prepared in the DELI area. If you live or you come for a while to Pembroke Pines in South Florida, you must to buy your food in Publix Super Market at Flamingo Pines, 33027.

I've always liked to go publix where shopping is really a pleasure; however on my last visit i was not pleased with the customer service that myself and others received. I went to the deli to order a sandwich and there was two customers ahead of me. The first customer got there order, then leave. The second customer and myself had to wait at least 25 minutes before being served and there was 7 workers behind the counter.😳 Three more customers came then leave because they were not happy with the wait are the fact that they also were not acknowledged by the staff. Finally one of the server by the name of Patricia came and took our orders! Shaking my head, that's crazy at least acknowledge the customer and advise them if something is preventing them from providing services at this time such as : we're having a meeting or please wait we are having issues etc. NOTHING was said for a very long time. 😔

Nice and clean. Now they have more nice people at the charcuteries thanks god 🤭. But the Manager RYAN omg such a bad actitud i dont know why he work on publix.

I have being a customer of this Publix Super Market for many years. I noticed that service, products and atmosphere in general is great. They improve by the day. At this place, I can assure you that from anyone wearing that green jacket to the management take great pride and ownership! I love this place and I am so grateful to have them in my neighborhood! Didn't mentioned the pharmacy, but I think that once you cross the doors and are inside this place you fell welcome by everyone. Thank you all! This would be one place I wouldn't hesitate going to work daily. Your customer service is wonderful! Congratulations on your great work and I do want to continue seeing your efforts, good manners, good training, and probably the most important, managing to keep your employees happy. Since after all, we the customers come to your places because your employees provide a great customer service! If one is happy radiates happiness and you guys do it very well!

I have been coming here for 20 years, spend over $500 per week. Sad to say it has been going down hill for a while. Deli, is getting bad, they put cold cuts in the bin so you can pick what you want. That is great, but whom ever cuts the cheeses, makes them thick and doesn’t put paper between slices. Can’t pull them apart. More staff working on making sandwiches then tending to customers that need cold cuts. Dairy department, cream cheese and other items are past the expiration date. They aren’t checking their items. Meat department not as good as before. Produce is not as fresh as it used to be. It’s sad, it’s close and convenient, but not worth it. Pharmacy is the best part of the store.

This one of the oldest Publix in the area and it shows. Corp needs to invest more money into it to at least make the inside appearance nicer, especially in the bathrooms. Often there is a long line for customer service and a separate line for the lottery with only one employee servicing both, which just is not right, customers should not be inconvenient so often. The Publix near Costco seems to often have three employees working the customer service desk; same is the situation on Pembroke Rd and Hiatus. This store needs to transfer in employees from other stores.

The only super market where employees say hello to customers with a smile. Employees answer when you say hello and do not give you a dirty look when you have a question. Always clean and Well organized.

Really nice little Publix. Even the restrooms were well marked and nice. Had a food area where you could sit. Deli looked well stocked and well staffed. Fruits and vegetables area really clean and nicely stocked. 5 stars

Excellent shopping. Efficient, friendly, and courteous staff answering all of your questions and directing you to locations of items you're looking for. I needed some assistance in the ice cream area as I was looking for specific flavors, and Jason who was stacking refrigerated items, was extremely courteous and helpful and polite. He even went to the back of the store to find what I was requesting. He could not have been better and if all employees everywhere were half as good, they would make it a pleasure shopping. 10 Stars for Joshua!!

Unless you see someone that looks like they're in a war zone mentally the store is nice. Watch out for your average old person though they might not be too nice all the time.

Easy to find what you need. Neat store. Well kept. Staff are friendly. Plenty of parking even though it's a busy shopping center.

This Publix is in a steady decline in customer service. Been coming here for years and after my last two visits, it’ll be my last. Second time that I go in the deli department and wait 10 minutes to get attended. This time there’s only one person that’s handling the dep. and says to me that he’ll be right with me after making the sandwich that he was doing. Someone else goes in line to wait and he then helps them and skips me entirely. I addressed it and he didn’t say a word. I went to the cashier and asked for the manager and she told me that the manager is with the truck and that I could wait until after she’s done with the truck to speak with her. Didn’t even address if she could help. Lack of customer service. I waited 7 minutes and no one showed up and I left. Im so disappointed

It's a small branch, they don't carry a large variety of groceries, if you're looking for a specific product, you probably will have to go to a larger branch but It's good for milk and bread.

The Cafe is truly the token of this store. You can get ANYTHING, as you shop? I can’t ask for nothing more. Great selections, great staff. Ruth is the best

I like this Publix, me nearest one... but the Deli for my is only 1 star. The people there is too rude, nobody cares about you. There are a lot of old customers waiting for them to finish talking or returning from the inside because they have to do something. If you order thru the site never the products are in the place to pick up, so you have to wait or interrupt someone... the last thing is the way they cut no matter if you ask for sandwich cut the slice is so tiny that you can't separate them. Please pay more attention to this issue

Clean and well stocked. Great sales and easy to find groceries down the aisle. Bakery is fresh variety. My favorite place

I came here today to grab a sub for lunch & this was the best customer service BY FAR I’ve ever experienced @ a Publix Deli. Such a pleasant experience

I've been going to this Publix for over 20 years. They are awesome staff, well cleaned & friendly. I have asked for a sauce they have always had in stock and it's been months, they still don't stick Kirby mojo. Publix co. : Prices have been really bad lately. $8 for cereal! The BOGO's have changed buy 2 get 1 free? And I pray that you don't place automatic machines I enjoy the interaction with this super friendly staff.

wife was wanting some Publix subs that are so satisfying.i had Italian, and she got the Buffalo chicken sub my son and daughter got chicken tenders and potato wedges.all was delicious and service was great in deli even a place to sit and eat inside. another great experience at a Publix deli 👌

The manager of this store needs to pay attention. Relatively, this store the majority that comes here are elderly people seeking for quality and the best products Publix can offer. Well this is not the situation the produce department lacks supervision from corporate and management at this store. Selling products of low quality strawberries with mold, lettuce with bugs, blackberries looking so bad that it is not worth it buying them, white onions pinkish knowing the next is mold in them, tomatoes extra ripped to getting spoiled, bags with expired dates. It is a shame that Publix is not considerate with their consumers charging 3 or 4 times more than other groceries stores. Very dissatisfied with the products and the management at this Publix the neighborhood.

This will be my second time coming to seafood department and the lady that does the sushi will leave you standing there instead of going to get someone to help you with Salmon etc…. It’s like okay we know you don’t work with fish but can you at least call someone…. I had to yell after 15 minutes later saying hello can someone come help. Sushi lady just standing there… the last time I told the manager about this already

Most of their service is good however their deli department needs better training. I guess, that department is over worked so they are very irritable , would have gotten a 5 but due to deli it's 4 .

Friendly, courteous staff. Staff always asks if I found everything ok. Always clean. I usually can find my exotic, hard to find items at this location.

I don’t understand how I can order a sub 30 minutes ahead, give them an extra 30 minutes after pick up time, and my sandwich is not done. Lori And the other guy were ignoring me and saying they have no idea what happened to my sandwich but they have my ticket sitting there on the counter. Then my friends sub that picked up for him, they cant properly close the bag so have the sub fell out.

Oh my husband and I just Love it. They are so nice there and friendly. We live away s from this one, but like it so much that we decided to make it our New Shopping Place for our needs.

Super nice costumer service workers are very helpful if you have trouble finding something. I went a min before closing and I think it was the manager (not sure) he was at the door really nice let me and a few other people run in and get their items, others stores I've tried this and would get told no in a rude way will be shopping here for now on

I love shopping at Publix In Flamingo. The store is always clean. They added more parking space. Also the Bogo.

The lines here were unreal, not enough registers open or people to run them.The staff is not friendly at all !!!! This is definitely not shopping with a pleasure. They are slowly 🐌 going down. They should change their motto also.

This Publix is clean and organized. I used to have the store memorized, but they changed the layout, lol. I will get it again. The only complaint I do have is the deli. There is either a long line and only one person in the deli or no line 5 ppl back there and no asks to help. I tried the order ahead, and my order is still hanging on the wall waiting to be fulfilled.

One person in customer service while ten of us waited in line. Had to pay my electric I didn't have 45 minutes , of course there was no manager in sight using common sense. I've visited other Publix's I've never seen one person doing everything alone. I left

Nice shopping area. The bakery and Deli are opposite each other in the store unlike other publix stores. I'd shop here again. It was conveniently located to small businesses and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Normally would give five stars, recently went there and the person ahead in line lingered at the checkout line, and they comingled our stuff with hers. I had to start complaining. The cashier should have known better, but perhaps the fact that he was texting on his phone meant he didn't notice. Shame, never had a problem before.

Placed a turkey sub order online and instead they made a chicken salad with toppings I didn’t even ask for in the sub order I originally placed . Not sure what they’re reading on their screen to have made this screw up . Pay better attention !

Just moved into the area. This is one of the nicer Publix stores I've been to over decades. Spacious and well kept, with a coffee shop seating area, the bakery is excellent - things I regularly got at other Publix stores were superior at this store.

The one thing Publix does as a consumer is spoil you with great customer service. Alas, this location bought me back to reality! Particularly the slow moving/thinking at the customer service desk.

A convenient clean and well managed establishment with fresh produce and a great assortment of food items. The lines are relatively short and it's a breeze to get in and out.

Eddy from the Deli and sandwich area is the nicest man I have ever met. He put a huge smile on my face and made my experience at publix 10000x times better! I look forward to coming back to this location and seeing him again :)

Clean store. Okay customer service usually. Last visit, I usually bag my stuff to help cashier, but as a swiped my card & put away in my purse, he just stood there instead of finishing bagging my items. Young cahsier male. I guess we are in charge of our own bagging these days? When I was a cashier I wouldn't have ever done that. Customer service these days not the best. But usually everyone is nice there.
