I
never
asked
to
speak
with
anyone
i
asked
her
if
she
was
the
manager
and
her
name
this
is
how
bad
her
customers
service
works
she
wasn’t
ready
to
serve
me
she
did
not
acknowledge
David’s
behavior
and
bullying
towards
me
making
fun
of
me
because
they
did
not
had
the
product
i
requested
now
she
wants
me
to
come
over
so
she
can
give
me
a
free
ice
cream
!
I
am
not
a
kid
have
some
respect
ma’am
learn
customer
service
!
I
have
come
to
this
ice
cream
place
many
times
but
today
worst
customer
care
was
at
its
worse
under
the
management
of
Melody
or
Malory
who
took
forever
to
care
for
customer
saying
that
they
had
an
issue
with
one
register
refusing
to
open
the
other
one
disregarding
there
was
a
big
line
of
people
waiting!
on
top
of
that
when
I
finally
got
to
the
register
thanks
to
the
sweet
lady
in
front
of
me
who
allows
me
to
go
ahead
because
she
was
with
her
daughters
and
i
was
by
myself
David
at
the
register
though
it
was
funny
that
there
was
no
chocolate
ice
cream
he
thought
telling
there
is
no
ice
cream
chocolate
after
waiting
all
that
time
laughing
and
telling
me
have
a
good
day
with
sarcasm
disregarding
the
long
wait
and
they
not
having
the
product
required
wasn’t
enough
David
thought
making
fun
of
me
was
they
way
to
go
so
disrespectful!!
You
want
to
have
a
great
experience
purchasing
your
ice
cream
them
stay
away
from
this
place
!
