I love this store. They request mask to enter and tables are off limits… still my favorite place to grab an ice cream.

Now don’t get me wrong the ice cream was amazing. But the cashier kept telling us she was closing while we were enjoying our ice cream. Mind you it was only 9:22pm and they close at 10pm per google maps info. Mr manager please tell your employees don’t do that, especially when we spend about $50 in your business.

Line of like 20 people, 4 or 5 behind the counter, only 1 register. I was buying pre-made ice cream cake parfaits from the fridge, but they made me wait until my turn instead of alleviating the line, and opening two registers. But it is Dairy Queen, and we love it anyways.

Extra Rude response by responding with the wrong name! Shameful! I received a gift card, from one of my patients, and decided to take my wife for a treat. After ordering, I went to use the gift card, and was so rudely told they don’t accept them?!? What is a gift card good for then? The service alone was enough to make me never come back, and the smoothies were sub par, after paying cash for it. Definitely never coming back here

I have been going to this location for years and I have never had a problem with the staff or the treat. The service has always been great, and staff has always been friendly. I am glad to see that the bathrooms are open now even though I haven't had to use them but from other comments I am glad they will be able to use them now. I am sad to see the older staff is no longer at the store and wish them well. I was bringing my daughter with special needs in on Saturday's and she misses the staff person Pixie. She always made my daughter feel like a queen. I went a couple of weeks ago and when I didn't see her I had my daughter wait in the car.

I took my grandson’s here for ice cream. I saw the sign, bathroom out of order. I asked if it was really out of order and she replied yes. I took my grandson next door to the flower shop and asked a man if my grandson could use his bathroom. He asked if we were next door, I replied yes and his response was she has that sign up always, because she doesn’t want to clean the bathroom. We were there on 11/12/2022 at 2:00pm. I will never go back to this place again.

They advertise coupons offers that the owner dont allow the employees to redeem. Basically false advertisement. Plus the elderly staff very rude and bitter. Thanks for the experience. Now i know where not to go.

Amazing spot! Icecream is so good and staff is kind. We ordered the blizzard strawberry cheesecake and it was FLAWLESS. Went perfect with The Goldengl Girls gift I got for my mother (: It tasted so good with real strawberry and it looked just like the picture. Was about 32 dollars.

At this point in time you still need a mask to get into the store. My nephew who is only 5 years old refused to wear the mask because he was tired and sleepy and the lady was very rude. I decided to step outside the store with my nephew and let my kids who are older order for all of us so I tried giving $$$ to them so that they could pay. The lady said that she did not have change. No wonder they are empty. We left and took the business somewhere else. I hope the owner of this DQ located In Pembroke Pines knows that he/she is losing money thanks to lazy people.

Very horrible experience. Dee dee was the employee that made my daughter's small ice cream which was suppose to include nuts. My daughters ice cream had little to no nuts... they were not even visible in the ice cream even after stirring it. Dee Dee insisted that the nuts were on the bottom. I asked Dee dee to remake the ice cream as we frequent this location and always get the same thing,but this time it was not as we normally get it. She refused. I don't understand how one she could be so rude and two how making one adjustment to please a customer was not possible. During a time like this I would assume any company would do their best to make customers happy especially when customers are not going out as much. I am very disappointed that somewhere that my daughter loves to go will no longer be part of our weekly routine due to that horrible experience and Dee Dee's attitude. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. GO SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU AND YOUR MONEY WILL BE APPRECIATED AND YOU WILL RECEIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The shop was full of patrons. The ice cream didn’t have a lot of flavor. The other store is worth the drive. Employees were nice.

This Dairy Queen needs to either hire new employees or straighten out their employees Literally there is one girl where these black shorts looks like she needs to work at hooters. She is only giggling and talking and dropping stuff not even paying attention to what she is doing. The other girl is wearing long pants so tight I can see her thong imprinting like this is a place of ice cream for families and kids. I felt disgusted like why are they wearing these tight shorts or tights pants. What happened to regular jeans ? Like every other ice cream or fast food place ?? One girl was wearing sweatpants pants okie that’s decent no problem with that but she took our order and was also giggling and talking and made the wrong order . Like even though we got free stuff when she made our order wrong but I feel like it wasn’t even about the free stuff it was about principles . These young girls are dressed as if work at hooters and they are working they are only giggling or talking . Maybe they were all high on weed . No one didn’t even say “Hi welcome to diary queen” Or “How may a help you “ Or even a “Thank you “

It smells funny here (like nail polish remover 🤔). But the attendant is very sweet. The Chili Cheese Hot Dog is delicious and the ice cream is very soft and tasty! I loved it

The wife and I wanted to take our son to have his first vallina ice cream cone 🍦 which he loved of course, what kid doesn't love ice cream. The customer service was great 👍 and we didn't have to wait in a long line, they took care of us right away, definitely will come back to enjoy some more ice cream treats, thank you.

The strawberry sundae was delicious. The service was fast. A great place to take the entire family on a hot summer day

Update: this is an update due to the person who responded my review who is a liar! I never asked to speak with anyone i asked her if she was the manager and her name this is how bad her customers service works she wasn’t ready to serve me she did not acknowledge David’s behavior and bullying towards me making fun of me because they did not had the product i requested now she wants me to come over so she can give me a free ice cream ! I am not a kid have some respect ma’am learn customer service ! I have come to this ice cream place many times but today worst customer care was at its worse under the management of Melody or Malory who took forever to care for customer saying that they had an issue with one register refusing to open the other one disregarding there was a big line of people waiting! on top of that when I finally got to the register thanks to the sweet lady in front of me who allows me to go ahead because she was with her daughters and i was by myself David at the register though it was funny that there was no chocolate ice cream he thought telling there is no ice cream chocolate after waiting all that time laughing and telling me have a good day with sarcasm disregarding the long wait and they not having the product required wasn’t enough David thought making fun of me was they way to go so disrespectful!! You want to have a great experience purchasing your ice cream them stay away from this place !

Hands down best DQ ever!! The service was absolutely incredible! I would give this place 10 STARS if I could. The new manager Rich was awesome, super friendly, and the staff were super nice too. It was extraordinarily refreshing to get top notch service with people that take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!!

Good Service and still affordable. Great Ice Cream treats from cones to sundaes made to order. They worked fast, served with a smile and made great tasting treats. I've never had a bad experience here. Try this place out on Your next "I need a reward" treat or your "Cheat" day. If you lost 5 lbs, you can afford to gain 2 back if it tastes this good!

I came to get more information because I seen a help wanted sign on the door a few days ago . When I arrived I seen a woman walk in. I went after and pulled the door which was locked so I pulled the other door and it was opening. So then I realized they were closed. Also that woman must have been an employee. A different woman then came to unlock the door and said you don’t need to yank on the door which I didn’t. Then I tried to explain my reasoning for pulling both doors and apologize but she tried talking over me and saying it clearly says what time we open. then proceeded to close the door in my face. I don’t know if she was the store owner or just another employee but that was an extremely rude way to treat someone .

My friend ordered a cake and when he did he said to use whatever colors look best but it was Blue random spots blue gel with ORANGE sprinkles. It looks like a sports cake instead of a birthday cake, very ugly. (Afterwards and it was really very tasty so I will raise my review a bit)

Got there at the last minute before they closed and they let us in and were more than happy to serve us. The place was clean and the service was fast and friendly.

Just went to Dairy Queen. Rich is the new owner. Nice guy. Just ordered a small oreo blizzard. 😋. Coming back real soon.

The new owners were so extremely nice, let us in even after they were closed with open arms. Best experience at this DQ. Also employees are the sweetest. Fave Dq!

Not sure what all these low rating reviews are all about, but I am here for some good ice cream. I've been coming here for many years and not once have I been disappointed. Now with new owners in place, I'm sure it'll be nothing but GREAT! We all need to support our local family owned and operated restaurants and stop BS and complaining about ridiculous irrelevant reasons. Support your Good Family Local Restaurant!!!

I normally don’t post bad reviews but as a DQ lover this location absolutely sucked. The atmosphere is cold, unwelcoming, and depressing. They don’t have half the items stated on their menu and the customer service is awful. I live 5 minutes away from this place and would rather drive 20 minutes to a different DQ for a better experience. I won’t be returning until something changes that’s for sure :/

Being a business owner, you see certain things about a business. I noticed a BIG difference when we walked in. With the NEW OWNERS...WOW.... So friendly and appreciated to have you in their place of business. The place is VERY CLEAN, Ice cream delish and the service is amazing. We would definitely go back here 5 STARS*****

Showed up right before closing and felt embarrassed to walk in but they happily accepted us and made us feel welcomed. We even stayed and chatted with the new owner while we ate our ice cream. The customer service and ice cream was great and we were happy to hear about the new management and their vision for the store. 😊

We love to get Dairy Queen and always seek them out. Just strange that they said they did not have the ability to scan my wife's phone so we can get the points, but then gave us a bag that asked us to get the app.

Service was quick it was hot outside so a refreshing ice cream came in handy. Will definitely recommend and revisit.

Dairy Queen's own website says its open until 10pm and online it states open until 10pm (updated 5 days ago by owner). There's nothing online that would lead anyone to believe that they would close before 10pm. I make the drive all the way there and arrive at 935pm and they were closed. A sign in the window says they close at 930pm. Big waste of time with this place.

I definitely do not like to post low scores for anybody's business but this place was terrible, the lady manager was obstinate and extremely unprofessional. They did not even allow you to use the restroom although I was there with my elderly mom and sister, I treated them all to the great product of dairy Queen. She cited some unlawful codes which is not existent as to why my incontinent mom could not use the public restroom. My mom is 91 years old. I work with government officials local and national . There was no reason to be so rude and deny access to the public restroom. What a terrible place... Extremely unprofessional management.
