Absolutely great food, and great service! The restaurant manager, Tonya, and the rest of her staff were super friendly and courteous. I ordered the ‘Big Cali’ burrito and it didn’t disappoint. The food is made fresh, well prepared, and very delicious. Definitely a 10 of 10, and I highly recommend this restaurant again.

Good food, awesome atmosphere! All the staff were very upbeat and outgoing and I saw the manager on the floor interacting. I didn't wait long for my too go order. Food order was accurate and tasted good. Will visit again.

Just ate there the rice bowl was terrible the rice was hard the chicken was burnt just terrible and my taco was terrible the meat tasted old, dry amd burnt 😑 never again what waste of money the only thing that was good was nachos and queso

45 mins waiting to get my refund because the food was nasty. The owner in the phone refused to give me cash because I use a credit card. You would think that the system was not working that they would give us our money back but they are still struggling with the register and have us waiting almost am hour now. Still no money. Worst experience

The service was good, the lady that delivered that food actually was excellent. The food I didn’t like much, I ordered a burrito of Carne assada which I couldn’t taste much and it was also cold!

The food was perfect, i suggest trying the fried fish tacos, Eli and Brenda made us feel like family with their great personalities. Will definitely return next time i’m in the mall

Had a issue with the rice, TIFFANY the manager came over to offer assistance and I have to say, she was the BEST! Kind, courteous, professional! I eat out a lot and never have I had such a pleasant encounter with a manager before

We came in for dinner and the service was horrendous. We waited 30 min for our fajitas and asked twice about what was taking so long -Stephanie the manager responded “honestly,I don’t know what the problem is…. “ the meal finally came out and the chicken wasn’t cooked (see photo below) the response was “that’s the juice”. They refunded the meal but I won’t ever go back.

Ordered 3 Chicken Tacos. I loved the concept of "fresh food" but my goodness the chicken on the tacos had no seasoning. 0 taste! 👎🏽👎🏽Please season the meat; and I'm not talking about high sodium either. There's onion powder, garlic powder, fresh lime juice...oregano, cilantro...or cook it with fresh onions,green & red peppers and fresh garlic. my goodness something to flavor the chicken.

I just paid for two quest burritos 30 bucks for bit sized portions! And when I complained I was given a BS excuse I know the portion! I eat there Atleast once a week of my life and I order the same thing Everytime!

I tend to have a great to perfect experience here there is this young skinny guy who always remembers my name and that I’m vegetarian kudos to him he’s fabulous. However, my last time i went there my burrito was literally going to fall apart when I picked it up and the girls reason was “you have too much stuff on it” and it was like pulling teeth to get another tortilla to wrap it. Also the amount of chips in the bag can be counted with my fingers. Rather waste a tortilla then more product remaking a meal.

I went with my fiance to LIME and had an amazing time. The manager on staff was Tiffany. She was extremely helpful with the menu. My fiance is vegan and allergic to gluten. Which limits her on options! She was so knowledgeable with the menu and suggested different options available! In addition to extremely friendly with all the guest. The food arrived quickly and by a friendly staff member. Thank you all for making LIME a great experience. We will be back soon.

Out of tortilla chips? A Mexican restaurant? No orange soda, ordered a churro bite And they told me they couldn’t get the fryer started. Ordered a regular burrito And a kid size meal burrito and was the same size but different price. This place needs a new manager ASAP.

Terrible. Ordered 2 bowls paid extra for additional condiments only to be told at the pick up window that they were all out.. AFTER I paid! No plastic bags, no salsa, no hot sauce, no tortilla chips. Food was flavorless. Overall a bad experience, money wasted.

This restaurant was truly wonderful. The staff was super nice. They helped me choose what to eat and drink and they accommodated my order to my dietary choices.

I would just like to say, the customer service at the register is horrendous. This young black girl was my cashier, and let me say, she was not meant to work with people. She takes your order with an attitude and a sass that makes you not want to eat there at all. She keeps asking questions about the food just trying to get rid of you and once I told her not to talk with an attitude. She said “I don’t care”. I have never seen a cashier/server be so rude, unprofessional, and a shame to this company name. My food overall was good but that young girl needs to get corrected, or fired.

Today I visited this location at Pembroke lakes mall. Honestly, the food was nothing out of this world. However what led me to write this review was the manager. My cashier was a young man and he was super helpful. At one point he had to call the manager over for some help however, the manager was super dismissive and wasn’t even being productive. When he finally came, he had this attitude like if he was annoyed by his employee. The manager then sent me to do something but kept being a jerk to me and my mother. The management team here really needs some help because this is the second time this same manager does this. He really needs to learn about what customer service really is.

I don't know what happened but food quality and service isn't what it used to be. The crew has gotten very young, so the shifts I visited lately may be suffering from lack of leadership. It all seems very lax behind the counter verses what it was

I just wanted to say I was blown away by the food and customer service. Props to the management team here for bring such an amazing team. Loved the cashier, a young man, and the young lady who gave me my food. I believe her name was neiomi and my cashier was amazing. Thank you.
