Had a very unfortunate experience here. Definition of poor management. Regardless of the hotel being under construction, you would think they would compensate with the way the employees treat the guests, but that was absolutely not the case. The general manager was outright rude to us and I will not be returning or recommend anyone stay here. I would rather stay in a motel. Might get better service. Best of luck!

Dirty rug...humidity odors in the room..and I find stain and wrinkles pillowcases. We dont come back again...sorry. The a/c make a strong noise went the compressor start...not good in the silent night. The breaksfast is good. I think that have time to improve the service in housekeeping..because maybe the housekeepers have a lot of rooms to clean and the time to clean not is good. I understand very good this job and sometimes is a very hard job because 10 or 15 rooms to clean.not are easy...very exhausted job and sometimes guest not bring tips. Thanks anyway for the service in the front desk. God bless!!

This place is under construction. We stayed here due to hurricane irma taking our electricity and flooding our neighborhoods For starters, there was foggy residue stains around the toilet paper holders . In addition , at 2am i called guess services to ask for extra blankets, with an attitude she told me its not avail at this time. i called in the morning for the blankets and they never sent them up. On top of that, housekeeping never cleaned our room(2 night stay) and i had to proactively find house keeping and ask for extra towels and blankets. Very disappointing.

This property used to be much nicer, but it was obvious that the housekeepers avoided cleaning. (The toilet freshness seal was intact but there was hair on the seat; there was hair in the shower....) There was garbage in the elevator in the morning from the night before, and the pool had trash all around it. It was definitely not worth the price and we will not be staying there again.

Front desk staff are not very friendly. After you charge the room to your card, you will have to pay a 50 dollar deposit. They don't tell you that. Also, don't expect a nice welcome. Hotel staff doesn't like working here. I would give it a 3 rating though. Breakfast is good, bed is good. Nothing is great. Better off staying in Miami.

This hotel is a dump. I was told by the clerk that I was placed in a room that has a foul odor because it is a room that has not yet been renovated. She further explained that the hotel can't put on the web site the conditions of the room so that they can get revenue while going through the renovation. Beware of the health hazards of this hotel. I will contact the health department for this area and report the conditions customers have to endure since it is non refundable.

I visited there for a business trip just a few days ago. The location of the hotel is pretty good with easy access to the expressway, however, it's rather confusing to get to because it's sort of nestled in the back of other hotels. The front desk clerk was nice and told me I had a non-smoking room, but when I got off the elevator to the 3rd floor, the whole floor smelled like cigarettes. My room was clean, but you could tell the furniture was rather old due to stains that had set in. Overall, it was just OK. I expected better. There are also some renovations going on.

This place is under construction. This was not advertised, the phone in the room didn't work, so every time we needed something we had to go down to the front desk to ask. Then the shower tub was peeling and We had to wear flip flops in the shower. On top of all of that, the toilet stopped up as we were preparing to leave.😠😠😠 And as we requested a late check out due to toilet water on the bathroom floor, they refused and then they used our remaining towels to clean up and didn't give us new ones. The bed was clean and comfortable. luckily I hardly stayed in the room all weekend. This was equivalent to the college stays at motel 6. Horrible to say the least.

Hotel is under construction...it's dirty, dusty, old and smells like mold. My room didn't have a comforter on the bed, just two old dingy sheets with a old blanket in-between. The telephone didn't work. The bathroom wasn't clean and the shower barely trickled water to take a shower. I complained to the front desk about the issues I mentioned with no resolve. I requested a refund and was told i couldnt get my money refunded because of their policies. I checked out that same night and reported them to my bank. My bank refunded the money and didn't pay them...horrible place to stay!! Comfort Suites in weston is an excellent chioce.

We came in at 2 am the desk clerk was asleep we already booked the room for that night she told us we couldn’t check in check in is at 4pm I was like yes we can cause we booked for the previous day then she collected herself and checked us in then we go down for breakfast they put fake roaches in the eggs in lieu of Halloween I guess there drink machine was out for breakfast so they offered us a drink from the cooler which was good gesture then the next morning drink machine was still down but now all of a sudden just because they switched there mouth and said they are not offering a beverage then one of the kids threw up so we called for room service so they said house keeping were gone for the evening so we asked for stuff to clean the room she act as if I was speaking a foreign language I definitely wouldn’t book here but I would book the other one down the street on palms street they have top service better breakfast and a whole different vibe as it should be at this brand hotel
