    Had a small problem with the room, but the team at the front desk were great and took care of the issue immediately with no issues. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was great, breakfast was decent. Would definitely come back if in the area.

    Horrible odor. It was a total disaster. I was booked for seven nights. Spent the first two nights in a room that smelled really bad very moldy with an oppressive odor almost like vomit particularly from the sofa bed. It appears it’s from years of accumulated cooking in the rooms where there is no adequate ventilation to the outside, guests spilling food etc. The odor has seeped into the carpets, window treatments, elevator, hallways etc. I spent the next two nights in another room which was a little better but I eventually gave up and moved to another hotel after four nights. The second room had a very distinct smell of mold in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Zero stars would be appropriate but I’m giving one because of friendly staff. I would never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay. Check the reviews carefully before you book you will see the odor issue mentioned in a number of reviews going back two or more years. Because I had guests that stayed there and were very happy there more than 15 years ago I didn’t bother to check reviews which was a mistake. It’s a fantastic location I hope they can do something to improve the ventilation otherwise it is a health hazard. I even suggested opening the windows in the stairwells to let the stale air escape but nothing was done. It completely ruined my Thanksgiving week. I had to pay attention to the repairs being done at my property and to my office work but the odor issues took up so much of my time. I ended up packing and unpacking three times. I also had to do the laundry for all my clothes in the new hotel because they ended up smelling bad from the odor. My girlfriend was supposed to join me for Thanksgiving and I was too embarrassed about the hotel and had to cancel with her and spend Thanksgiving day alone. I was offered a free night and lots of talk about giving me points which honestly I don’t care about. I guess maybe because I checked out earlier I never received those. So basically got nothing for all the aggravation I went through. Worst hotel experience of my life and I’m almost 60 years old and have stayed at many places in many different countries. Beware. I don’t blame the staff for this, this is the responsibility of the owners.

    The place is very funky and the cleaning ladies forget to replace most essential things. Everything is left in the dishwasher when you first arrive, and they run it with no soap. I had to buy my own dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels because the did not replace them after cleaning. They don't even change the sheets, one time not even making the bed. I have stayed in third world country motels that put this place to shame. I am a clean person who wipes up everything without leaving trash other than the bin. The management needs to be changed ASAP. I would never stay here again or recommend anyone else to do so.

    That first review I did was on my first day at the property and I was simply impressed with the location ...after staying there a week and getting to know the safe and supervisors, this by far was the best stay we've had the entire 3 month long visit to Florida this includes some of the beach front properties we stayed at ...when we arrived at the Weston property it was actually a mistake booking through a third party booking site I mistook the property for a fort Lauderdale location, but when I saw the address in Weston and being I grew up and went to high school just down the street I knew this would be a different calmer experience than our stays out east up until then and decided one night out west wouldn't be that bad ....I'm so glad we kept the booking...it was the best way to end our trip, the property is gorgeous and well maintained surrounded by the cutest little Weston town center filled with shops and restaurants as well as major banks and supermarkets ...but what really did it for me was the Staff ..... They surprised and impressed me daily on how much they went over and beyond for us ...every single staff member I met at the front desk impressed me more than the last .... I was Lucky enough to meet the Director of Sales while there and she was so warm and kind and inviting ... This is my new go to spot when visiting South Florida can't wait to go back!!! .

    If you’re getting a room with a sleeper sofa, cancel your reservation now. We booked a room with a queen bed and sleeper sofa and I can tell you the sleeper sofa was more like a wooden crate with probably about a half inch of foam on it absolutely free take your list to think that somebody could sleep on it comfortably. The room is very outdated old tile old paint that’s been painted over several times. It definitely needs a complete renovation. The only plus was the location since it was near the Cleveland clinic where we needed to visit a family member. The food was very subpar. Nothing really tasted fresh and I honestly wouldn’t have eaten breakfast there if we had stayed more than one night.

    Positives: staff was nice and helpful and check in was efficient and quick. Negatives: the room smelled like dirty socks and moldy mildew. The a/c fan would go on periodically but not always with the compressor so it would not always cool the room and reduce the humidity. The room always felt moist. It was gross and gave me a headache. The rooms need to be gutted, carpet replaced with laminate, and the a/c units replaced. I will never stay there again.

    Stayed here on a couple occasions. The staff are friendly, rooms clean and quiet, and prices are fair. The location is walking distance to a Publix, Walgreens and multiple restaurants. Major highways are a 5 minute drive away. If you are staying in Weston this is a great deal.

    It's a nice place to stay for a day or two. Breakfast was Good, Pool looked Good.. room was clean, but for God Sakes don't Walk around in bear feet 🐾 or even socks 🧦.. the carpet was really Dirty.. needs a good Carpet Cleaning..

    The Weston Townplace Suites is the perfect home away from home. The staff is always pleasant and available to help no matter the time of day and night. The convenience of the Weston Towne Center and access to almost all daily necessities make this location perfect for attending a conference in South Florida, vacation, or simply stated: a second home. Although the elevator was down for an extended period of time, everyone took time to help bring guest belongings on the second floor. In short, as regular guests, we received first class service at reasonable rates as always from the general management (Rashel and Patrick), the front desk managers; and consistent service from the maintenance personnel, housekeeping staff, etc. My friends, colleagues, family and I look forward to being guests of this wonderful place in 2023.

    When we checked in the young man was more focused on his cell phone than me the customer. Short brisk answers and did not offer us our titanium gift. Got it when we checked out

    Good place to stay in Weston. The staff was attentive and friendly. Rooms are clean and functional. The provided breakfast was sufficient. The pool was pretty cool and I avoided getting into it. The location is awesome as restaurants are in walking distance as well as shops.

    This one was a bit strange, not bad, but a few things had me scratching my head. Checking in was fine, very helpful employee. The reception area is a bit small though. My room was not in the main building but in one across the parking lot, 30-40 feet so no big deal. Had to go up one floor but did not find any elevators. Did not search the entire building so there probably are some just no signs pointing you to them. The room is nice and clean with a full small kitchen and sitting area. The one bad thing was the TV, it was mounted to a half wall at the side of the bed. Not only was it quite low but you couldn’t even make it face the bed properly so you had to lay down on the bed kind off side to side if you did not want your neck to hurt the next day.

    Booked a studio for 4. One Queen and pull out sofa bed. Disgusted!!! The pull out sofa bed was actually hard padding that rested flat on the FLOOR! The linen didn't fit. Complained and told of the issues having to sleep on the FLOOR. They sent up a roll away bed and didn't open it it. Just rested it there without any linen. Asked for sufficient towels for four. Instead of wash cloths they sent DISH TOWELS!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

    Rooms are on the smaller side, but freshly painted and clean. Free breakfast, exercise room, and laundry. Staff is friendly and helpful. Traffic in the morning in Westin is pretty crazy. Cute little downtown area near the hotel with shops and restaurants.

    My company stays at the TownePlace Suites every month and this hotel is the best in the area. The staff are very accommodating and the hotel is located in a very convenient location with a Publix and several restaurants within walking distance. All of the rooms are also newly renovated and very clean as well.

    4 stars for the room since it was very clean and generally comfortable. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. However, 5 stars to all the staff from making my reservation over the phone, the front desk staff and other members, all of whom were super courteous and helpful.

    The staff was very accommodating to our special needs. My wife needed a wheelchair. They provided one promptly and allowed us to keep it in our room for our early check out (6:00 a.m.) the next morning. Can't say enough about how good the staff was.

    I was transferred to this location after being at residence inn in Weston which ate both operated by Marriott Bonvoy. I was promised a room with 2 bathrooms. This location does not have any rooms with 2 bathrooms. These was mold in the shower and under bathroom sink. The shower wall was cracked in multiple spots. There were ants and roaches in a few different spots.The whole building had a stench of body odor and musty water. Management denied being able to smell the odor and wanted to transfer me to a room next door which doesn't solve any of the above mentioned issues. This is very disappointing coming from Marriot. Stay away for the sake of your health.

    Nice location, breakfast was good, rooms were comfortable. They lack of attention to detail, room was reserved for 6 people only 4 towels left in the bathroom. They did provide us with more towel upon request. Plenty of parking

    Alessi in the front office was amazing!! She was so patient & helpful. The rest of the staff is extremely friendly! Always said hi. Breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast we ever had. Rooms are spacious & have a full service kitchen. Everything was clean & bed was comfy. 10/10 recommend!

    Great for our 4 night stay in Weston! The staff was so helpful and genuinely kind to us and our toddler! They made us feel so welcome! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and the space was perfect for 2 adults and a toddler. We used the kitchenette a fair amount and it was well stocked for the most part, we definitely enjoyed the full sized fridge and small oven. The pool was a great benefit and well maintained and clean. Breakfast was standard but had great hot options (eggs, sausage, breakfast sandwiches) as well as cereal and fruit. The only negative was the room wasn't as clean as I would've liked. The windows we smudged and there were some glass dishes that didn't look clean in the cabinet which could've been from previous guests cleaning. One of our lamps in the bedroom also did not work but we weren't bothered by it. Overall a great stay!

    Staff was very friendly, especially Jonathan at the front desk. He provided an excellent description of the property when I called. He had an upbeat personality and check in was a snap. He provided excellent recommendations for what to do for dinner as we were arriving late on a Sunday night. We opted to grab sandwiches at Publix. The location had access to really anything we wanted and felt safe. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. We paid a fair price and we’re pleased with the amenities. Best of all no bagel in a bag for us … this place serves BACON for breakfast. Correction.., THERE WAS NO BACON!!!😱🙄😢

    Attention to major hygienic and safety issue at the Marriott suits – Florida Weston My family and I decided to spend our long-term vacation in Florida at Townplace suits by Marriott Weston, Florida during our stay we were shocked to find many cockroaches at many place in our suite, reported immediately to the reception who promised to do the needful asap, checked with them again at night and they confirmed that issue will be sorted out next day. My family and I could not sleep, the next day we were waiting them but they neither show up nor apologized, and we got to know that we are ignored. Two days later, I found a big cockroach at the bathroom, captured photos and videos for that and reported to the reception again, showing them the photos and videos. They came to my room and- loudly knocked on the door, and We were offered to move to another suite beside ours – once cockroaches are available in one suite so it will be available at the other suits beside, we also checked the offered suite but it was full of cigarettes and humid smell while I have two kids and we are non-smokers family, few minutes later found one man coming with one spray at hand and want to spray the room while my family ( including new born baby ) and me are living in which I did not accept as this is so harmful and such practises shall be done while the premises are vacant for more than 48 hours after the pest control activities, the management apologized and promised to refund the cost of the stay which did not happen till date. despite the cleaning was daily but it was for the show purposes only, as checked beside the refrigerator and it was full of dirt also under the bed and the sofa which was full of dirt, that means they do not professionally clean the suits before the check in properly. the hotel is not recommended at all due to the hygienic and non-safety issues, it is a shame to be managed by the well known mark MARRIOTT.
