You
Get
What
You
Pay
For:
there’s
a
reason
this
hotel
is
less
than
others
in
the
area
-
don’t
be
tempted
by
the
price
like
I
was
-
it’s
not
worth
it!
When
I
arrived
in
my
room,
it
smelled
very
musty.
I
went
downstairs
and
asked
to
be
moved.
The
clerk
was
fine
with
moving
me,
but
when
she
spoke
to
the
manager,
Paolo
Bello,
he
told
her
not
to
move
me.
She
came
out
to
say
she
wouldn’t
move
me
until
the
next
day
because
they
were
full.
A
couple
of
hours
later,
I
heard
the
same
clerk
offering
a
man
a
room
for
the
night.
I
went
up
and
asked
why
I
was
not
moved
when
the
hotel
was
not,
in
fact,
full.
She
then
said
that
the
manager
wouldn’t
move
me
because
I
had
used
the
bathroom,
and
housekeeping
was
gone,
so
if
he
moved
me,
he
would
not
be
able
to
book
my
initial
room.
I
called
Best
Western
customer
service
to
complain
-
Ticket
#cr611322
-
but
still
was
not
moved.
I
was
not
called
until
4:00
the
following
day,
and
by
that
time,
decided
it
was
not
worth
moving
because
all
of
the
common
areas
in
the
hotel
also
smell
mildewing
and
molding.
The
lobby
is
pumped
with
an
overpowering
air
freshener
in
a
failed
attempt
to
hide
the
odor.
The
one
barely
functioning
elevator
also
smells,
and
is
so
slow
and
out
of
date
that
I
took
the
stairs
most
of
the
time,
where
I
found
a
homeless
person
hiding.
On
Saturday
I
specifically
went
to
the
front
desk
and
asked
for
the
room
to
be
made
up
and
also
put
the
sign
on
the
door.
Housekeeping
merely
left
some
clean
towels
on
top
of
the
toilet
lid.
The
beds
were
not
done
and
the
room
was
not
clean.
This
is
the
most
disgusting
and
disappointing
hotel
stay
I’ve
ever
had,
and
I
travel
for
work
monthly.
I
just
joined
Best
Western’s
rewards
program;
however,
I
will
go
back
to
the
other
two
reliable
chains
I
have
had
success
with,
and
would
not
recommend
this
hotel
or
Best
Western.
