EDIT ____ Thank you Holiday Inn for responding and appreciate any positive steps you take to correct this for future customers. ____ Most horrible check-in ever. Booked this on Priceline, here is what happened. Checked in. PERIOD. The room at first appearance looks clean. But the phone doesn’t work, coffee maker doesn’t work, room doesn’t have a trash can. Called front desk from my mobile, call was picked on third attempt. 5 minutes of wait time, was offered a replacement coffee machine and trash can. 10 minutes after a knock on the door telling me it’s read for pickup in the reception. Wow! Now I go pick it up myself? I needed a coffee, so I went down, picked the machine and trash can , back to room and opened the coffee machine… Yucks!!! I almost threw up. Unclean and filthy smell… come on!! When someone requests a replacement, wouldn’t you double check? Atleast provide a clean and usable machine? I thought that’s it all, next day morning I was planning to iron my dress, boom!!! I only had a table not the electric iron in the room. Unless the table was magical enough to iron the shirt, there is no way around… phone is broken, so I had to make a new trip to reception to request one.

Nothing in the room works. The sliding shower door mechanism is so loose and not secure I was afraid of the glass door falling off the rail. The wooden tables are kinda old and water damaged from like drinks and stuff. Room smelled bad. I guess I get what I pay for.

There are better hotels than this in the area. This place really needs work. The TVs channels are horrible and can barely be seen. You can smell the remnants of the last person that stayed in that room. I really should have read the reviews BEFORE booking here. Run far away.

So far the worse hotel I’ve stayed at in Miami, being a Hilton Diamond member I expect hotels to have some sort of standards, this my second time staying at one of the IHG hotels and this one is horrible, rooms smell like piss and have a lot of moisture in the air, AC set at 78 it was hot, overall feeling was not pleasant, $190 for 14 hours stay is crazy! Owner please invest some money in this place, is falling apart, doors molding are peeling off, carpet inside can’t hold more dust and dirt. Hope this review can save someone a bad experience!

The rooms are more updated, but it didn’t seem very clean. We were only staying one night & were told checkout was at noon. By 7AM, we were woken up by housekeeping to come clean our room. We had an extremely long travel day the night before due to flight delays, so we wanted more sleep & it seemed unexpected that they would start cleaning so early. After my husband yelled back that we were still in the room, they proceeded to unlock the door & try to enter anyways. Thankfully, the security lock was in place, but we were very annoyed they tried to enter. Afterwards, they came back two more times within the next hour, so we decided to get up & leave while still being exhausted. Overall, I understand trying to clean the rooms & get them ready for the next guest, but because checkout is much later, have patience & wait for your previous guests to leave. We never had something like this happen to us & sadly, we won’t be back because of this.

Lauren was amazing and so professional! We checked in at a later hour of the night everything went smoothly, and the hotel is very clean and accommodating. Would definitely return.

I stayed at this hotel for one week, and it is conveniently located. However, if you plan to visit without a car for shopping purposes, you may encounter difficulties. Unfortunately, a distressing incident occurred on the last day of my trip. With my bags already packed, I went out for dinner, returned late, and only changed to sleep. When I woke up the next morning, I realized I had just a few minutes to catch my flight, but to my shock, I found one of my suitcases wide open. My belongings had been rummaged through, and my iPhone and wedding ring were missing, having been stolen from my room. I promptly reported the incident to the hotel's reception, and they initiated an investigation. It appears that my iPhone was located and turned over to the police as evidence. However, despite my continued efforts to contact the hotel via email to resolve the case, I have not received any response. Regrettably, the hotel has ceased all communication, leaving me with the financial loss and emotional distress caused by this incident. In summary, if you are looking for accommodations where your belongings may be tampered with, and your valuables may be stolen by hotel employees, resulting in significant financial and personal consequences, then this hotel may meet your expectations.

All in all would stay again, great free breakfast options, clean rooms, some front desk reps are judgemental even though many people work industrial jobs and don't always look the "part" Police ride by constantly while flashing the bright light in your car guilty until proven innocent vibe!! Roosters everywhere but they are cool. Hotel was nice but area/location is traffic packed!!! Interstate is really really loud sirens all night. Weed smell over powers 3rd floor. Still a 4 star 🌟

Beautiful place but to close to the interstate and does not have sound proof glass so you may as well sleep beside the interstate! But the staff are very nice and friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable!

I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn and had an overall satisfactory experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the amenities met my basic needs. However, I did notice that the air conditioners in the hallway weren't as effective as I'd hoped, leading to a warmer environment. Despite this, it still provided a reliable and affordable option for a comfortable stay.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was clean, definitely could use updating though, every time we moved the curtains little plastic flakes would fall off the back of the blackout curtains. There was a wide variety of items from breakfast. We would stay there again.

My stay here was a bit frustrating. I had to switch rooms because the shower broke. They put me in a room that floods and didn't have hot water. I was miserable. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Coffee left a lot to be desired.

I called the hotel and asked him if they had a rolling shower with a shower bench that folds out of the wall I checked in the hotel around 12:30 a.m. to get to my room with two kids and luggage to find out they did not give me that not only that the rug is disgusting the bathroom is also disgusting and the towels are stained up. STAY AWAY!!!! THIS PLACE IS NASTY 🤢

I never book this place again. The room quality is very bad and you will hear all the noise from the road and can't sleep at all. The front door lock was not working properly. The bathroom doors were not closing properly and water was coming into the room. The windows are sealed badly. breakfast was good.

They accommodated my truck driving boyfriend, clean room with comfy bed. Had a good breakfast selection. Nothing negative to say we really enjoyed our stay.

I just stayed here for an entire month for Formula One, and based on the mildew smell, the cleaning staff banging the carts into my door despite the “do not disturb” sign, and the crummy breakfast buffet (why is it always turkey sausage? Nobody likes that), I wouldn’t recommend this place. The people behind the front desk were usually nice, but the cleaning staff is rude. Chattering loudly on their phones and avoiding eye contact isn’t very hospitable. And why the hell is one of the dryers in the laundry room not even connected to the vent? It just vents out into the laundry room, which makes the room extremely humid. So inefficient and janky.

I recently had a short stay at Holiday Inn for one night, and overall, my experience was satisfactory, although there were a few aspects that could be improved upon. Firstly, the check-in process was swift and efficient, and the front desk staff was polite and helpful. They provided all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and made me feel welcomed. The room itself was comfortable and adequately furnished. The bed was cozy, and the overall cleanliness of the room was commendable. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the toiletries provided were of good quality. However, I did encounter a couple of issues that affected my stay. One noticeable concern was the presence of a fly in the room. While it wasn't a major inconvenience, it did detract from the overall comfort and cleanliness. I believe the hotel should pay closer attention to pest control measures to ensure a pleasant environment for guests. Additionally, I noticed a hair on one of the towels provided. Although this may be a minor detail for some, it does reflect on the attention to detail and cleanliness standards of the hotel. It would be beneficial for the housekeeping team to be more thorough in their checks to maintain a higher level of hygiene. On a positive note, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The on-site dining options offered a decent selection, and the breakfast buffet was satisfactory in terms of variety and taste. In terms of service, the staff members were responsive to my queries and requests. They promptly addressed my concerns regarding the fly and provided a replacement towel without hesitation, which I appreciated. In conclusion, my one-night stay at Holiday Inn was satisfactory overall. The efficient check-in process, comfortable room, and convenient location were positive aspects. However, the presence of a fly in the room and a hair on the towel did impact my impression of the hotel's cleanliness standards. With improved attention to pest control and housekeeping, Holiday Inn has the potential to provide an even better experience for its guests. Please note that this review reflects my personal experience during my brief stay at Holiday Inn. Other guests may have had different experiences, so it's always advisable to consider multiple reviews before making a final decision.

This is not a fancy hotel, nice enough but not fancy. However I must say, after staying in a few moderate price hotels for work assignments, the mattress was very good. To me and I daresay other travelers who need back support, this is a most important factor. I actually give it 4 1/2 stars! The pool looked nice but I was too busy to enjoy it.

Why not just fly to Columbia or Haiti and stay there? Just about the same thing. Constantly trash in the hallways and some funky odor to match. Does it surprise me though given the location....no it doesn't. AC worked well. No thanks otherwise.

The Worst 2 days I was only going to stay for one night since it was for work end up staying 2. We were 4 in a room only 2 towels, no shampoo, soap or anything. I will able to see that the room was not clean correctly mold on bath tub walls, garbage on the side chair carpet was so dirty that you will work and your foot will be sticky terrible. Call front desk for towels at 1p.m. and it was 8 and still no one came up I had to keep calling every 20 minutes finally after 2 hours of wait they came in. No AC and when we contact front desk they said we will take care of it never did. OMG on breakfast one of the employees as I'm walking in she scream across the room are you in the same room like really were is this people customer service. I have videos and picture of the room report as I was living and all they said was sorry oh in top of all this my room key even that I extended my night was lock if it was because someone was at the room I would it have to be back at front desk. Its located closed to everything and is so bad that it comes to this I never give reviews but this time it just mess up my after work relax night the worst.

A 3 star hotel with a 5 star staff. We stayed just 1 night on August 2022 and we feel satisfied with the service and amount paid for. Rooms are very clean.

1.The air conditioner made horrible noises throughout the night. 2.Service is non-existent. I asked for an extra pillow, the guy told me to come downstairs to get it. When I got downstairs he gave me a pillow and a pillowcase, and I had to put pillow inside the pillow case. 3. There was no hair dryer or iron. We asked at the front desk, and we got the hair dryer that did not work.

Not the cleanest IHG I’ve stayed in, the carpets in the room have wet oily stains and the whole floor is sticky. Limited breakfast, with horrible tasting coffee. The room has a weird smell. WiFi doesn’t work, and it’s not from IHG so it’s super slow, just had to use my hotspot.

Charged $50 to my room for incidentals. I purchase a can of Diet Coke and two ice creams. Then I try to get 2 packets of crisps. Sorry no it can’t be charged to your room. Oh and we don’t take Apple Pay. So you can’t purchase them. Seriously! Who doesn’t take Apple Pay and also why when I have been charged $50 already can items not be added to my room tab! Reception unable to resolve. Not good service!! Also no bar or restaurant available at this hotel.

Hotel was very clean, inexpensive compared to other hotels but comfortable stay. The area is kind of sketchy especially at night. The front desk staff was rude, on their cellphone, and would completely disregard your presence upon entering.

A very nice and cozy place to stay, the room was impeccable, they had all this extra towels, coffee at the room microwave, and don't talk about the breakfast it was delicious, I loved the scramble eggs, the sausage, bacon, everything. Holiday Inn is one of my favorite hotels 🙋🏻‍♂️

Great Holiday Inn, stay here any time I am in Miami. The rooms are very clean and you are kept very cool so you will be relieved when you get into your room. They have a decent little gym with dumbells, a bench, and some elliptical/treadmills. There is a great little Cuban restaurant next door with inexpensive but delicious food and they will deliver to your room free of charge. Highly recommend.
