FORD OWNERS - BEWARE and BE WARNED! STOLEN FROM PINES FORD - FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! WE trusted them with our EXPLORER ST WHEN IT WAS in for warranty REPAIRS AND it was stolen under suspicious circumstances! Someone wanted our parts. Monday, 28 August 2023 IT WAS STOLEN! Someone entered our vehicle and drove away within 3 seconds. How? The GPS WAS DISABLED! A 3rd electronic key was made and so The thief entered the vehicle, started it and drove it away within 3 seconds! GUESS WHAT? WE FOUND OUT A 3rd KEY WAS CREATED AS IT WAS THERE IN FOR SERVICE. See the photo. Please Tell me how would a thief off the street to know that this vehicle (that was parked in a maintenance service area was drivable?) Ge was aware it was ready. He was seen talking on the phone to someone, looking around, until he saw our vehicle. He walked straight over and got in, then drove it away. It shows 3 admin keys now!! I have STRONG reason the believe that Someone working there had made this happen. According to Ford motor company engineering for the Mykey program. You must have at least one key to make another. This was WAY TO EASY! They weren’t worried of security, being seen by the cameras. filed a report with Pembroke, Pines Police Department. Obviously, it must have been an inside job. Later it was picked up nearby in Miramar by the Miramar Police Department and recovered. They stole our parts! This model has the ST Street pack including the 21 inch Ford Explorer ST gloss black OEM wheels. Then they stole the spare tire and all the tools in the back. ABOUT $10,000 of stolen parts. We recovered the car and was going to have it towed back to Pines Ford so that they could help us make things right for the theft and a chance for them TO DO THE RIGHT THING. WE ARE NOW VICTIMS OF A CRIME but the SERVICE MANAGERs were so cold and rude. THEY SIMPLY WANTED US TO GO AWAY! I asked them to repair my car and give it back the way we left it. I didn’t think it was fair that I would have to file a claim m. The service manager said he wouldn’t help us unless we pay for it. He said “it wasn’t his first rodeo”. Told us good luck! They should have jumped at the chance to make things right. Nope! Told me to file a claim and good luck. They Could had ordered the missing parts, inspected and repaired my car, and then gave it back to us at their expense or at least filed an insurance claim fir us since they are bonded and insured. I spoke to one of your service managers and he refused to be cooperative. Get lost attitude. So this is my story, and this is what happened to us I hope it helps. So now I’m forced to escalate this. If a mechanic is driving your vehicle when they get into an accident and totaled the car, the dealership would cover that and this is no different. I’m curious to see what the judge would say considering they take their cars in for service as well. I want everyone to be aware of this treatment from Pines Ford located in Pembroke Pines, Florida because as it turns out I was told by the police officer that contacted me that my vehicle wasn’t the only one stolen from that lot! So now I understand why the Ford service manager was so casual with this conversation, they’ve had it many times before! Since this update, I filed a claim on my insurance, I have $1000 deductible and what’s worse my vehicle now has a STOLEN - THEFT RECOVERY REPORTED on the CARFAX! The vehicle identification number was used and reported. This reduces the value of the vehicle by thousands of dollars. Sadly we trusted you with our vehicle and this is what we get in return? This is our story, and our statement is what happened to us. Be very cautious with your vehicle when you drop it off for services so you can avoid something like this from happening to you. Because this business doesn’t care, they just want to make money. If something happens to your vehicle, something similar will happen to you.

My truck was involved in an accident. My dad recommended I take my truck here. Wow what a joke! They halfway put my truck together. Very poor service, the skipped steps in the repair process. Do your self the favor! Stay away from this place! I should have realized when I heard different ppl screaming about their vehicles. They also ripped my rims apart without asking me.⚠️ DANGER YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️ The owner always replies and says some nice comforting things, but I have yet to hear back from the HR department. I should have listened to my lawyer and showed pines ford that we work hard for the things in our life, so I basically was ripped off as well as the insurance company. Look at my truck before, during and after. They peeled my rims apart with out asking me before. They never did my alignment so now my brandnew tires are trash. If you take your vehicle here after reading this....just remember that I told you soo!! And to Pines Ford....thanks for nothing. What goes around comes around. You think that you can just steal money from me and the insurance company? I work hard for what I have. I own a business and I take pride in giving my customers the best service possible!! Something that pines ford fails in. Look at my truck before, during and after. Look at my rims. My rear window doesn't work, my door handle is not right, and they never wet sanded the paint, so I have drip marks every where. This is how you do business?

Made an appointment at the Pines Ford's website for an oil change like I always do since the purchase of my Explorer, so I show up for my 8:00am appointment on a Saturday morning and I stood around for 10 minutes until a person which I assume works in service since I never got his name, approached me and asked what I needed. I stated I had an appointment for an oil change which then I was informed by him that they do NOT do oil changes by appointments on the Saturdays?! So, my question to him was why??? I had an appointment! He stated that they had changed that process and they are so backed up with service that I would need to wait a good 2+ hours for the oil change. So why did the website allow me to schedule the service on a Saturday morning?? His answer was simple--it's an IT issue. Pines Ford was extremely helpful on the Saturday morning when the shark I mean "salesperson" took my money for the purchase of my Explorer. I have never experienced such BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE at any other dealership in the past. Please remember that your business should be to provide friendly and courteous service to paying customers since you are NOT THE ONLY FORD DEALERSHIP in this area. This is definitely my last time at Pines Ford, I will never step a foot in this dealership not even if they were giving vehicles away for free. I know this complaint will not get anyone's attention at Pines Ford, but I have to say you guys are a JOKE!

I’ve been taking my Shelby GT500 to this dealership for two years. Several of the service advisors have a really bad attitude, some are nice. The cashier has an attitude too. I’ll be going to Grieco Ford from now on. I asked the service advisor to make sure that they filled my coolant reservoir to the between the low and the high they never added fluid. They didn’t even wipe all the dripped oil from underneath the car. See the pictures. When I pulled up this morning one of the bad attitude people said, can I help you I told him I had an appointment with ____ and he just walked away. He didn’t take my car in or anything and then I ended up standing in the drop off lane waiting like 10 minutes. He basically just walked past me to the next car and didn’t help me. I arrived there at 7 AM and didn’t get my car until after 9:30 AM. Pathetic!

My recent experience with Pines Ford's service department has been less than satisfactory. I entrusted them with my 2014 Ford Fiesta after diagnostics indicated a console module issue that was draining my battery. Initially, they estimated a repair cost of $700. To my surprise, the costs escalated to $1608, and despite my efforts to understand the additional repairs, no clear details were forthcoming. The repair duration was also a concern, stretching over a lengthy 8 weeks. During this period, an unexpected fan issue was brought up, which hadn't been part of any prior diagnostics. Regrettably, upon the car's return and even after installing a new battery on my own accord, the vehicle remains non-functional. To add to the frustration, the console, which was undamaged when I submitted the car, was handed back to me with cracks. Another challenge has been the communication—or lack thereof. Despite repeated attempts to get in touch with the service department, responses have been elusive. What I hoped would be a seamless service experience turned into a series of delays, unexpected costs, and a vehicle returned in worse condition than before. While I had high hopes and trust in Pines Ford, this ordeal has unfortunately tainted my view. I share this experience in hopes that others tread cautiously and seek transparency when dealing with auto repairs.

Still a great Service Department even through and post pandemic! Multiple Ford dealerships are local to me in Hollywood, but I've found Pines to be my favorite. Stay informed about your vehicles and you'll have a better experience when service and repair time come around. Richard was my most recent advisor and he was knowledgeable of my service concerns and provided excellent customer service. Had 2 tsb and full synthetic performed for a prescheduled Sat 7am appt and he had the truck back same day. Their quicklane services are same day as well I believe. I cannot comment on the sales side as I've never purchased any vehicles from this dealership.

I gave a five star review before, but decided to come back and edit. I was given a key that doesn't work properly and I try to reach out to a few managers and they were really rude. I left a message for Johel Alvarez And still no acknowledgment!!

I waited three weeks for an appointment to repair replace my brake master cylinder and service advisor initially said two days now he's pushed back to five days who can be without a car for five days. This is a job that takes two hours. There's a lack of urgency and a gross miss management at this service dealership if you have an appointment it should mean they're ready to work on the car

Bought my F250 January of this year and I have taken it to Pines Ford for service 3 times. For an oil change, a defective side view mirror and something else. For the side view mirror, it took 3 days to get my truck back. Kind of long time not to have my truck. Not sure if this is common at most dealers to take that long. Granted, I understand parts have to ordered, but 3 days? The service advisor Marcos was great and Johnny with the oil change was also great. The young ladies at the checkout desk, all 3 times, seem just to have such attitude. Short and snappy. Should be given a course in being friendly and polite to the customer not short and snippy. Treat others how you would like to be treated. Pines Ford, that should be addressed. Other than that overall good experience.

I bought a pre-owned 2022 Ford F150 Lariat SuperCrew from this dealer and very happy with the vehicle and overall, how the sale went. I got the deal I proposed without my trade which I sold privately 2 days later. I’d like to recognize 3 of the sales team that made the deal happen… 1-Marthlene Giamarese, BDC Mgr. who was my first contact when I found the vehicle on the web. She jumped through hoops for me from beginning to end & never lost her cool despite how demanding I was early on. 2-George Cabral who was my sales consultant. He showed me the vehicle, all the features, test drive and was a “no pressure/easy going” salesman who I would buy from again. He was easy to get a hold of on the phone and met or exceeded all my requests. He made sure I got new carpet mats with the truck and had it detailed ready to go upon delivery. 3-Lastly, Luis Rivas, the finance mgr., made the paperwork process easy with no stress. The fact that I bought the vehicle for cash with no financing sure helped. But he was very intelligent, knowledgeable, and provided me with a lot of info on extended warranties and how my new tag would be processed & mailed. As for the truck…I absolutely love it! It is a big upgrade from my old 2011 Ford F150 FX2. Specifically, the 10-speed transmission, the ride quality, safety features, towing, styling, and comfort is amazing. While I appreciate technology, it is overwhelming to say the least. It has been almost a month and I still can’t figure out the Infotainment system and other dash features. These trucks don’t come with an owner’s manual & the dealer said they special order me one but I’m still waiting. While millennials may enjoy online research, we old-school baby-boomers like owner’s manuals. This dealership was a 65 RT mile drive for me but well worth the trip. They have a huge dealership with tons of inventory. This vehicle was sold with the “Ford Gold Certified Blue Advantage” which made the deal well worth it. It included an extended Powertrain warranty for 7 years/100,000 miles, remaining 36M bumper-2-bumper warranty, Ford Rewards Points (still waiting for these to get credited), Sirius Radio trial, and thorough inspection of the vehicle along with 4 free oil changes. I’ll travel back here for my complimentary oil changes. You’ll be satisfied just like many other customer reviews have indicated. Thanks.

Marco Garcia was extremely detailed about the work performed and kept me informed throughout the process. Got the car back on time and everything was repaired as promised. I will definitely recommend Pines Ford to my friends.

Poor experience. Had to come twice in 2 different days just to change tires. They apologized what happened, offered a discount, but still had a bad experience. Made appointment about 2 weeks in advance, arrived on time and still waited 45 minutes in line. I said to representative I have appointment in 5 minutes and was told to wait in the car. After 45 minutes of waiting went to ask what’s going on. He forgot. My appointment was at 4pm. Came on time. At 4:45 was told I’d be helped with tires. Was told that my car would be ready at around 6:30pm. It’s 2 hours of waiting, so I was offered Lyft from Pines Ford. Used it to different location. At 6:30pm no one called me and they work till 7pm. So At 6:45pm I was concerned and had to call to Pines Ford myself, waited on call for 10 minutes to get help and actually talk to someone, had to explain my situation for another 10 minutes to different person in the phone. Eventually got Lyft back to Pines Ford and arrived at around 7:15pm when Pines Ford was closed. My car was dropped at the building nearby. Had to look for my key around and a receptionist at that building had my key. It was different building not the one I dropped my car at. Anyway, tires on my car were not changed that day and nothing was done. Had to drive again next day and waste time again. Complained what happened and was offered a small discount. Even though my tires were changed and I got a small discount I still think the service I got was unacceptable. 2/5

The best word to describe the people at Pines Ford is Classy! My wife and I bought a used SUV here and our sales guy, George Cabral, was very kind, professional, honest, and straight forward. He went another mile for us to make sure our SUV was extra detailed and looking it’s very best without us even saying anything. He definitely made us feel like VIP customers. Financing was also very smooth and straight forward. There were no hidden fees or surprises. Roy with Financing was also great to work with. He even helped us save a few dollars on a transfer tag without us asking. Highly recommend this dealership. Ask for George Cabral if you are buying used.

This dealership makes me regret buying a Ford. I have a transmission issue. There's something wrong with my second gear. I made an appointment and waited three days for my appointment on 16 May. It's 27 June and they have had my Mustang for six weeks and haven't even looked at it. When I took it in, the service rep Marco stated a diagnosis would take two weeks. At the four week mark, I was told that there was two cars in front of me... after four weeks! So I tried to contact the Service Manager, I believe his name is Richard. I have left at least 3-4 messages over the past two weeks. It always goes to voicemail and he never returns my calls. After much angst, I decided to talk with the service rep again, since he is the only one who will answer my call. He stated there are now FOUR cars in front of me!!! Again, they have had it for six weeks and nothing has been done. How do I give this place a negative star. Maybe they have something against military vets... I don't know. No one should be treated like this.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. I brought my 2010 Mercury Grand Marquis in for a rear air suspension replacement. The $1,051 work was completed in late January. I noticed that the air pump was running all the time while driving and knew this was not normal. When I let my car sit for 4 days, it sank in the rear again. This never happened prior to needing the air shocks/prior to the work that was done at Pines Ford. When I brought my car back in April because it was sinking, they told me that there was no leaks and that the work they had completed in January was flawless. I am currently waiting on a resolution to this issue. Pines Ford did not provide me with a rental in April even though it was in the shop because of the bad work they had done in January. They also did not provide me with an Uber. I was told that a $42 Uber was too expensive. If they want to make this right, they will refund the poor work they completed and apologize for the massive inconvenience they created for me and my family. The customer service provided at Pines Ford needs to be reevaluated by the dealership owners and management. Currently, there is too much focus on profit.

Pines ford is incredible! They fought to get the best deal for me and provided the best customer service I’ve ever received in a dealership. They show the numbers without any hidden fees. They showed detailed information about my purchase. I’m going to come back here for when the dark horse comes around and recommend everyone to this dealership!

Worst group I’ve ever tried to by a car from. All salesmen are hovering in the parking lot ready to run your car down when you pull in. 100% unwilling to do any negation on an overpriced truck that has been sitting on their lot for over 100 days . Last day of the month , Memorial Day weekend . Not a single other costumer at the dealership. These guys dgaf about selling cars. Cocky sales manager with some goofy comment as we were walking out. Good job fella. Dealership looks like it was built in 1980 and never cleaned or updated -stay away- On the plus side Went down the street to Pembroke Pines Subaru great staff , friendly , best experience buying a car from Pembroke Pines Subaru take your business to someone that cares.

My wife and I went in to Pines Ford to purchase a 2022 F-150 Lariat. Our salesman Gustavo was very attentive and knowledgeable. He was able to secure us a deal and working with with Clark the manager on finalizing numbers was a breeze. All the staff and managers are very helpful and will work with you to get you the car you want.

I just took delivery of my brand new 2022 Ford bronco from Pines Ford and I couldn’t be happier with their incredible service! Jorge Villanueva took excellent care of us and I am so happy I placed my order with him! The gentleman that took care of our financing was also great and a special thanks to Susan Onega for referring us to Pines Ford in the first place! The entire team should be commended; our thanks to all!

Purchased a used car frim Pines a few days ago. Salesman Rick was down to earth, respectful and polite. An easy-going non pushy pitch is key. The negotiation was simple and right on mark. As we closed the deal I looked up and saw Fox news on!! Its awesome knowing this family owned company can relate to average hard working patriotic people who work hard. Great job Pines Ford, u have a repeat customer!!

Great service experience. Once you arrived they greeted you with a warm smile. You tell them what you need to get done; if you have no idea what you need they will help you figure out what’s the car problem; very friendly staff. Overall the satisfaction cost is affordable. Highly recommend this place. Shout out for Ninfa, very courteous and helpful.

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with sales woman Gale Muzik! She really took the time to understand our family and made sure that we were getting the right car for us. She went above and beyond to explain all of the features of the vehicle and to ensure we were happy when we drove off the lot. I will recommend her to everyone as she truly cared!

I’m starting to love owning a Lincoln. A lot of it has to do with Pines Ford. I’ve never owned a car that came with such accommodating service. I don’t have to drive to the dealership. They just come pick up my car perform the service I need and return it same day. Even when they run too late to drop off my car they send a Lyft to pick me up. Another Lincoln Park is the roadside assistance. I threw my tennis bag with wallet keys and phone in the back of the car close the tailgate and. Nothing.. The doors wouldn’t open. Fortunately I was able to borrow a cell phone to call for service. Within two hours they had sent someone to get into the car and get me on my way. As for the car, my 2020 Lincoln Corsair itself… I came from a sports car so I was a little disappointed with the power but it’s a beautiful car and my passengers love it.

The service Department at Pines is phenomenal! Peter and team always provide excellent customer service and I'm confident I can always trust they will give me the truth about what my car needs or doesn't need. For example, I told them the car needed a tune up and they educated me on why it didn't. I forgot to tell them about my break issue and they found it and told me about it. Really love doing business with them!

I had been in the market for a car for a few months. I was looking at a variety of vehicles. I never had considered a Lincoln though until someone had mentioned it to me. I did some research and quite surprised at what I could get for my money. With that said, I searched for a Lincoln dealership, and found Pines Lincoln was the best place to go. When I arrived, it was such a calm and inviting experience. I didn't feel pressured at all. I asked for some assistance with test driving a car and out came Marti. This was the true beginning of a great transaction. The upbeat and energetic attitude was infectious and I felt great about who I was going to be working with. Throughout the entire the entire process, Marti showed world class professionalism that all sales people should have when dealing with people, and not just the car sales business. Because of Marti's professionalism and timely communications, I made the decision to make the purchase. From the time I got to the dealership through the time I left, the transaction was as smooth as it could be. Pines Lincoln respected my time and my needs from beginning to end. I would highly recommend considering a Lincoln and getting one from Pines Lincoln, Pembroke Pines FL
