A last-minute date night marred by mediocre food and service. After waiting 30 minutes for a table, the fairly young woman hostess informed us that our table was not ready after informing us it was ready. The majority of the staff lacks any enthusiasm, at least smile when seating guest. My waitress was cheerful and outgoing at first, but ended up ignoring us and performed poorly. We wanted refills on our drinks and take-home boxes, but she didn't return until the check was presented. The yeast rolls were warm and delicious. The serving size is a joke, I was given a ration of french fries. The ribs were pleasantly subpar and dried. What a disappointing dinner experience!

a nice lively restaurant with great food and service. I enjoyed my time here. I especially liked the little dance show they did. It was nice. . . . . I ordered the Rattlesnake Bites. They were my favorite thing. They were fried cheese balls with jalapenos. Not they tasted good. . . . The filet medallions were good and a good size. It came with 2 sides. The stake-cut potatoes tasted good the Mac and Cheese was okay. The filet was excellent. . . . We were told that they do things fresh. The sweet rolls were so good one of the best I have tasted.

4.5 is my real rating if I could, Customer service could be better; they were short staffed maybe because of new year busy time,In general food was good,I ordered my steak m-well but it was well-done,other steak was correctly cooked. I hope my review help you guys to improve,

Wow! What an amazing time!!! This is our eighth Texas Roadhouse location and we had an amazing time! We ate and ate and ate and the waitress, Valeria, was super! She took great care of us and our random demands. Most of Our food was phenomenal and we didn’t have to wait long for our seats considering we had 8 people. I would recommend every family to visit this location. Only issue I had with the food was that the bread, which is normally super soft, was hard. Even after the waitress brought us fresh baskets twice, the bread was so tough that when you pulled it from Your mouth, it was tough to break and pulled. But overall, this experience was wonderful and we can’t wait up go back. The only issue I had with the interior atmosphere was the amount of local advertisements that were hanging around the lights. This is my first time seeing this and personally, I think it was very distasteful and tacky but I understand the need to fundraise and it didn’t affect our food or time. Just was a eye sore. Lastly, The all American cheeseburger, salmon, and fried catfish were the overall Winners. Very happy the fish wasn’t too dry and seasoned and well. Thank you for a wonderful family dinner! Because of this, definitely a five star location. We will be back and will tell Our friends to attend as well.

Yesterday came in for dinner just myself and had the beautiful Victoria serve me. The food came out fast and service was definitly on point with her. Very attentive and quick. Food was really amazing and would highly recommend the Roadkill meal and their blue lemonade.

Always amazing food and wonderful service. Our server was super energetic and positive, we absolutely loved her demeanor and patience with our large order. She made sure our food, and drinks were to our liking, and was very attentive every time we needed her. Outstanding service! The food was also made to perfection, we even sent compliments to the chef! It was that good!!

The staff was so friendly and attentive. Rachel was our waitress and she served all 6 of us and several other tables like a champ. We were not an easy table either, with the kids and all different changes in our order plus tons of drink refills. It was my niece bday and she made it extra special. The food was all cooked to perfection and DELICIOUS!!

We had a good time here at Texas road house, wait times for food here are a little long but no worries, you can eat 6500 calories of rolls before it arrives to hold you off. Our server Jordan was great and very nice to us, he made sure we were taken care of, and saved an elderly woman from a heart attack next to us, thanks Jordan. We will be coming back here soon!

Visited the location on a kid's/family night and there were small business owners, vendors and City of Miramar Rescue present. Wait time was about 30 minutes to be seated. Food came out right away and it was hot and very, flavorful. Ordered the chicken tenders, mini sliders and Roadkill (name I know but it is good). I would visit again.

I went to this location for dinner. A fella named Stephen was our server. In short: awesome job! He definitely knows what he is doing and does it with quality. It was evident that he really cared to ensure everything came out the way we wanted. He was paying attention even to the smallest details (small stuff such as neatly tucking the napkins under the plates to avoid the wind blowing them away). The food was great, served fast and exactly the way we ordered it (we made a couple tweaks to the dishes. Excellent job! I will totally go back and hope to find Stephen again.

I love a good steak and they didn't disappoint. I topped my margarita with an extra shot of patron and it was a total success. They mushrooms are so freaking delicious and the onions that come with them on the side on the same level, trust me they are good!!!!

My son loves this place. The minimal times I have come the bread is stale, the food quality isn’t good. I take him today. He orders a steak well done. It comes still pink. I send it back. About 10-15 mins later it comes all burnt. The manager tells me that’s well done. I said no it’s burnt. He has an attitude about it. Takes it back 20-30 mins later he comes with it again burnt worse than the previous one- claiming it was rushed so that’s why. It took 20-30 mins it clearly wasn’t rushed. Awful management and clearly the chefs don’t know how to cook a steak well done. The waitress was good and apologetic but the manager clearly customer service isn’t number one here

The food was great. Steak and prime rib cooked perfectly. Only minor annoyance was the good came out too close to salads, but that is so minor, doesn't change the fact that it was a great experience.

They kept playing country music , service was slow. Had to send food back twice because it was cold hard & taste stale. Overall I’m never coming back to this location is was a waste of $25 bucks. Left $2 the service and food is not what’s up. The dinner old and sweet potatoe was the only thing good I got full of that 😕

Texas Roadhouse is our favorite default restaurant. We can always count on them to reliable when it comes to good food, for a fair price and good service. Thankfully we haven’t visited a location that has bad service or food. They have my 10/10. They also serve nonalcoholic beer options. The Heineken Zero taste great with a steak and fries!

First time visiting this place. It has a distinct southwestern flavor, so I was kinda hoping they'd have some steak fajitas. They didn't. But I chose the ribeye steak, and it was cooked to perfection. Fun, pleasant staff, who also did some line-dancing 🙂

If it wasn’t for the damage control by Harley (bartender) and the server the experience would be horrible. First porterhouse was well done with adequate seasonings, the second porterhouse ( we already anticipated the second porterhouse to be worse; we anticipated the chef wanted to make his point). No seasoning on the second steak, bland and flavorless. We don’t like to complain about our food but we already knew that the chef was going to be vindictive. Thank you Harley and her staff for being understanding and courteous for the unprofessionalism of the chef.

The wait times are ridiculous but I did receive Great service when I was seated. Always great food. The drinks were horrible and the bartender didn’t know how to make any other drinks then their select few but I come for the steaks 🥩

I enjoyed Texas Roadhouse for my BORNDAY celebration on June 6th. Everyone there was very attentive, and the service was excellent!

Never thought to go here for a birthday dinner but my friend did and they made her saddle up...lol our server was awesome, even to our party's unfortunate untimely requests... bless his patience and soul. That's him in the back in the pic I forgot his name but ask for him and bless him with your best tips. 👌🏾I've been here on various occasions but the birthday experience was fun. Highly suggest their grilled salmon, grilled shrimp add on with garlic toasted rolls, ribeye,pork chops, catfish, sweet potato, grilled chicken breast, house salad with Italian dressing<-- in that order.

Waited an hour for our food, when it finally came the potatoes were barely warm, hard and crumbly, and the steak on the salad was clearly showing it was sitting for a LONG time back there and it wasn’t even added to the top nicely. It was gross looking for $18. The pulled pork sandwich was good, no peanuts anymore I guess that sucks. We can totally do without the screaming employees for birthdays maybe it was? Don’t know it was so loud and screechy no way to understand what the hell they were saying. Idk it wasn’t good. Longhorn blows you out of the park sorry.

Hi! You guys usually have the best onion blossom. I went to get my free birthday appetizer and received an uncooked mess. When I pulled off a piece, I only pulled batter, the onions were still attached and firm. I tried to make it work at home by placing it in the oven…too far to come back to the restaurant. Of course this did not work! Waste of travel time and effort this go around!

Been here many times before and so far all my experiences been positive. Food is always good. Drinks are delicious. The staff is courteous and the general ambiance is nice.

My family and I had a great experience with the food and service. But the best award goes to the manager Miguel. He took great care of us from the moment we walked in until we sat down. We had to be moved because of my mother and he didn’t hesitate to help. Old fashion service. Highly recommend! And ask for Miguel for any help.

Made an order online for curbside pickup on a Saturday night. It took longer than the estimated time but that was to be expected since it was PACKED. Not a single person fit outside on the benches. When you call they bring out your order if it's ready. The food was fresh and the taste was what is expected of Texas Roadhouse. The meat was cooked to the proper temperature and everything was packaged properly. Overall a great takeout experience.

I'm visiting the city, and I've been to the same chain restaurants in my country (Mexico) and I'm glad to see that the service and quality of the meals are just as perfect in all. I loved the service of the bartender (where I sat and eat), she was very nice and the food was just as perfect as I expected. I had an amazing meal and relaxing time
