First time deep sea fishing and landed this beautiful mutton snapper. The crew was extremely helpful from using the baitcaster to landing the fish.

The mats Placed me next to 3 children and their parents. I spent the first hour of the trip untangling my line with the children’s lines. Then I gave up and stopped fishing The mate and Captain should have taken appropriate action They could have moved me or stopped the children from throwing their lines where they didn’t belong

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I made a reservation for 4 guests for my wife’s birthday 3 days prior to our fishing trip. We received written confirmation and we were all set. The day we showed up, we were denied to go on the boat because someone forgot to write down the reservation on paper. I showed them the confirmation on my phone. The lady in the booth was so unpleasant, rude, unapologetic and had no care in the world. I would not recommend using their services to anyone. Very unprofessional and unfriendly.

I travelled down to Pompano Beach specifically to fish with these guys, but left disappointed. I was hoping for a knowledgeable crew, but I have to say I didn’t find one. I had previously fished in Lantana, Hypoluxo & Fort Lauderdale, which all rated higher. I had expected more I guess, but sadly these guys just weren’t good at all.

First time coming on this drift boat for the 1-5 session. It was a fun experience and someone in my party caught a few yellow tail snapper. I didn't end up catching anything but it was still a great time being out on the water. Joey was great, helped us untangle the lines & get the fish on the boat. $150 for 3 people (adults) wasn't bad but I wish we caught more fish, it's all a gamble.

Good for fishing family's or new beginers but DO NOT go If your Sea sick easily but they were nice and we caught the biggest fish it was fun

Great boat and great crew! Everyone on the boat has been working together for years and it shows; they will put you on the fish. Plus the lady in the office is amazing

Not as many fish as I wanted but they call it fishing not catching. Don the mate was absolutely the best. Will go back again

If I could give it zero stars I would. I made a reservation and we showed up and nobody called me or let me know that the reservation was cancelled due to the boat not working. The customer service here is unacceptable. Do not recommend.

Just went last week. First off my family and i are seasoned fishermen. We have done plenty of headboats when on vacay at diff places since that what we like to do. The “drift fish” thing is such a gimmick. It just means they save on tackle. We are trying to hit bottom in 60 ft of water with a 6 in sardine weighted with one ounce sinker while the boat is broadside against the wind being pushed at a pretty-good clip. Theres no way your bait has any bottom time where the fish are. There is only one option for bait which stunk borderline rotten. Yes the fishing was poor drifting without losing bait which would not have happened if we atleast had some squid and had a sinker that would go to the bottom.I know this is a fishing boat but it was the nastiest smelling boat between the bait god awe-full bathroom and the rags on the rails have never been rinsed out.the crew was helpfull and the ride out was quick since they just go outside the inlet where everybody else goes.

I had a blast with my friends and brother a couple of weeks ago. We paid about $60 a head and threw in an extra $25 for a tip at the end. The crew running the show were very hospitable and were there to assist in whatever we needed, as well as checking your catch and marking them clearly. We left with a pretty sizable pool and had a barbeque with the fish. All in all, we had a great day out on the ocean with the crew. It was worth the trip and honestly we will likely be going out on a trip again soon, especially seeing how local it is for us. Thank you, Fish City Drift! You did some awesome work!

Had a great time, caught my dinner and had fun😎 the skip and Joey were awesome 👍 it was my first time drift fishing so I had a hard time at first but they helped me out and I landed some good fish. I’ll be back, especially when the big fish are hungry 😂

Meh, didn't even try to find the good fish. Just kept fishing the same stop that had nothing but small fish with only 1 out of 9 we could keep. Kept beating a spot like a dead horse.

Went out w my broinlaw and my cousins. Had a very nice day. Even thoughthe catch was slow. The 4 of us all cought a fish, and went away happy!

Fun trip. Four hours of catching Vermilion snappers and a few nice Mutton snappers. First Mate Jason was the Man! Great crew. Definitely would fish with them again. The captain knows his spots and his drifts.

I had a good time. I was expecting to catch more fish but everything doesn't go as planned. They captain and deck hand were very attentive. I just had a hard time with my equipment it wasn't the best but I done the job. Over all I am happy. And the price is great also. They also clean the fish for a "tip" witch I didn't mind i stayed clean. I would recommend them to a person who wants to have a good time and potentially catch fish.

The waters were choppy but the staff was amazing and accommodating. One son (7) had a great time.

Made an appointment three days ago only to show up today to have a note on the window that all charters were canceled! Never bothered to call and they had my number. Was able to text to schedule the appointment. Thank goodness another Charter took us on instead of ruining our vacation day. Very bad for business!!!

What a great week of fishing. Lots of fish caught. Vermillions and many other good fish like yellowtail. Liz at the front desk is super nice. The captains and mates are really good. I would suggest bringing your own gear for night trips for yellowtail and big muttons! Great boat with alot of history! Captain Garrett and the mates work really hard. Come check em out!

Best Choice for a great trip out ! Always catch something and have a blast , Captain was Super cool , Joey was very Knowledgeable and awesome at helping everyone to male sure they cought some fish and had a great time! My buddy Dom won the pot for biggest fish ( Nice Jack ) Needless to say we are going back ( atleast once a month) Thank you guys we love and Appreciate you 😎🤘
