😠 Management should be ashamed of themselves. Obviously you do not value your customers business. We use IHG hotels 5 days a week but we won't be back here. The leak was an issue and your socks were not the one that were soaked when you use bathroom sink. We spent 9000 points on this place plus cash....     I rented a room here one weekend for my mom and I. It was a wonderful stay! We were greeted by Yazad and had a smooth check in and he informed us about the pool hours, the new fitness center since it’s a brand new hotel and breakfast! The room was so clean and smelled amazing and the hotel also asked for suggestions since it’s brand new!! It was so neat to see that they actually care about their customer. Breakfast both mornings was so fresh and delicious! My favorites were the cinnamon rolls and then automatic pancake maker. AMAZING! Coffee was hot and fresh 24/7. When I come back to south Florida I will never stay anywhere else! At checkout Patrick and Rina were there and showed interest in our stay and it was a wonderful experience! 10/10 would recommend this place.

    Management should be ashamed of themselves. Obviously you do not value your customers business. We use IHG hotels 5 days a week but we won't be back here. The leak was an issue and your socks were not the one that were soaked when you use bathroom sink. We spent 9000 points on this place plus cash. We never should have had to deal with this. In addition we had to use a luggage cart on FLATS and no one addressed that as well. Go to a better Holiday Inn people. This one is a joke and does not value customers.

    I stayed here 2 nights with my two little boys (9 year old & 11 month baby) . The rooms were clean & the breakfast was amazing!! My only problem which is huge to me was the deposit. After a week & a half, I noticed my deposit was never refunded. I contacted the hotel 3 days back to back trying to resolve this issue speaking with the front desk manager. I was told I was not getting refunded because a hair dryer was missing. There was never a hair dryer in the room from the jump. The manager went back & forth with me saying there was because SHE checked before & after herself. I also told her I have dreadlocs & two boys so there is no need for me to even use a hairdryer. I tried speaking with the GM but was told they were in a conference call & I could send an email but she had already spoke with the GM & that was just hotel policy. Then I was told that they will refund me $80 but keep $20 of the deposit for the hairdryer. Finally contacted corporate & got a call the next day saying I will be refunded the full $100 & they apologize. The hotel was a great stay & could’ve got 5 stars out of me but you don’t play with peoples money. Moving forward, if you stay here just make sure ALL the appliances (hair dryer, iron, hangers, etc.) are in the room BEFORE unpacking. There was no checklist for me so I would not have known what to be looking for.

    Stayed mothers day weekend for the Formula 1 Races in Miami, clean hotel, everything was new. Staff / employees were friendly and helpful. Pool was not open, but didnt come here for that. Bed's were comfortable and the room overall was very quiet.

    They are not focused on quality customer service. Management makes excuses for why property is not quality property. They took 9000 points from me and did not provide 9000 point service. I would like my points back. They say I declined points but that was not true. So give me my points if you are honest. I am filing a formal complaint with IHG and will continue to post to let people know that this management does not genuinely care about its customers

    Terrible room by an exit door. Couldn't sleep because people continued to go out the door after 12:00 am. The front desk staff did NOTHING to help, no apology nor a change of room. So we checked out and drove home. Looking for a FULL Refund.

    The staff here made my stay comfortable and the breakfast was good. I felt safe leaving my belongings in the room because the elevator requires you to have a key card in order to get on the floor. I will recommend this hotel. Nice and quiet with a lot of food options near by.

    This hotel had clean rooms. The staff I came into contact with were all pleasant. The breakfast selection was okay but didn't offer many choices. The staff member that was in charge of the breakfast area seemed to be having a hard time keeping up with bringing out fresh food and keeping the dining area clean. The pool area was clean and well maintained. Overall it was a good stay and I'm sure I will be back soon.

    This place is awesome and amazing. I love the location and the cleanliness of the area especially the scenery. Everything that I needed was accessible and within adequate distance. The hotel itself has a very modern decor and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. My room was so nice and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I came on vacation with a sore back and left feeling rejuvenated. The breakfast was 10/10, I love this place and I plan on coming back.

    Positive: nicely furnished, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bed and pillow, great breakfast, there's a little bit of everything on the buffet, great coffee. Negative: room was freezing cold on arrival, aircon was set to 61 F and we had to put the heating on for a while.

    Staff was extremely courteous. Rooms were fair. The hallways were hot and smelled of dirty feet. All in all I would stay here again if ever back in Miramar.

    This is going to be my social media post regarding my stay at the hotel in FL: While I had a good time in Miami the past weekend, my hotel stay at Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Miramar, FL left much to be desired. I checked in on Saturday evening, went to hang out with some family members, returned late and showered, got dressed for bed, only to find it the bed sheets had not been changed. I called the front desk and the agent said the hotel was booked to capacity and she was unable to leave the desk as she was the only staff mention the hotel. She added that she could give me clean sheets to which I responded, send them up. She then said you’ll have to come and get them. I then asked, who then will put them on, to which she answered you will have to do it. It was past midnight and I was exhausted, I went down, got the sheets, returned and put them on. The next day, “Game Day,” head out to the game, return that evening only the find that the room had not been touched. The guy, Yaz, on duty had even gone up to the room and saw that it had not been cleaned according to him, but it was still not cleaned nor had were there any fresh/clean towels. He insisted on giving me a 10 percent discount, even though I told him that wasn’t enough as I had been told that corporate would contact me. He said I’ll just give that to yo and you can still talk to corporate. Mistake, that was to cover them so they could tell corporate that the issue had been resolved. So at that point, corporate’s only recourse was to sign me up for their reward program and issue reward points (at least that’s what I was told). The moral of the story, if you have an issue with a hotel, if you have the option of checking out and going to a different hotel, do it. If they refuse to give you a refund in that case, you can dispute it with your credit card and get a refund. If you stay, regardless of the experience, you’ll have to settle with the hotel. into do stay at Miramar Holiday Inn and Suites at 2700 145th Ave SW, Miramar, FL.

    The management Rina or Reena however you spell it, and her band of clowns at the front desk don’t know the first thing about customer service. I will never stay at this hotel or any other IHG property ever again.

    I stayed with a group of friends in November, and we were overall pleased with the property. The vaue that I received for my money was excellent, the service was really good, the breakfast was excellent as well - various options and all were delicious. The staff was friendly and the rooms were overall clean and comfortably but the carpet needs to be vaccum regularly. I would recommend this property for anyone staying around the area.
