The first thing you notice is the staff at this veterinary office and how kind, patient and courteous they are. Scooby and I are always greeted politely, usually with with a friendly pet or two by a staff member walking past. There is never a long wait in a crowded waiting room. Dr Chad Wright has built a well organized business, allowing for great care in a clean comfortable space. The Dr. and the technicians have always addressed our problems and have been extremely caring with Scooby, and Diesel, they enjoy being there. I am new to SWF, I brought my Scooby who is 16, and my Diesel who is 14 with me from Jersey. It was very important for me to find a vet who took new clients and allowed me in with them. I’m grateful to have found them.

Dr. Chad Wright and his staff are incredibly professional, courteous, and compassionate. This was our first visit after adopting Kya, our German Shepherd, and admittedly my husband and I were a bit nervous about her need for medical attention. But Dr. Wright and his entire staff put you at ease from the moment you walk in the door and are greeted at the front desk. Dr. Wright carefully explained her treatment in plain terms we could understand and patiently answered our questions.

If you are shopping solely on price, this place may not be for you. For X-rays, blood work, 3 pills it was almost $600. The (3) pills of onsior we're $45. I went to dogwood animal clinic for a different cat, he also needed 3 pills of onsior it was $15. I just work at a grocery store so this place was a hurt in the wallet. But I do understand that different areas have their own pricing and sometimes corporate set the prices higher, and that is not adjustable. Care wise, they helped my cat Lenny get an understanding of what was wrong with him. They quickly got him in, where as other locations were booked. The team here was friendly & helpful, but this veterinarian is very expensive.

This was my first visit hence the four stars instead of five. So far it's a great place, very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctor was nice and I liked that he measured cost with treatment options since we weren't sure what was wrong with my dog. He had bitten a piece of his paw pad off and we don't know if something bit him or if he was developing allergies common in Florida. My dog is a big fella who doesn't like his paws handled and they were able to deal with him calmly and efficiently. After I go back a few more times I'll be able to adjust my rating with more knowledge but I suspect it will probably go to five stars.

When you're travelling with your best furry friend, it's tough when they get sick. An unfamiliar environment. Uncertainty on what to do or where to go. But as soon as Brandi answered our worried phone call, we knew we were in excellent hands. She not only generously offered to call our vet Up North in Michigan to get our dog's records but also squeezed us in for a last-minute appointment! Jess took such good care of our little nugget (she's barely 5lbs) and really took time to listen. Dr. Chad was friendly & accommodating, provided us with a swift diagnosis and effective treatment, and gave clear instructions on the Rx. We were so thankful and by the end of the evening, our dog was clearly over her fever and we could continue to enjoy our time with family. Finally, we received a nice follow up phone call this AM from Shelly inquiring about our little one. Y'all, THAT'S customer service!

Today was my first visit with my one dog, Luca. I was immediately impressed with the efficiency and sweetness from the staff. Dr. J sat with me and explained in great detail of the physical exam he did of Luca. I immediately felt how warm of a person he is and how thorough he is. He even took the time to let me share the story of my other dog. The office is clean and the staff are professional. I highly recommend this vet office to anyone

Amazing staff doing a very difficult job. Dr. Write and Dr. Johnson and the staff have been terrific to work with. They've helped me navigate me through some challenges with my dog with compassion and care and I will be forever thankful for that. I thank you and Dixie thanks you too !!!

Dr & nurses excellent always caring for my pets, lost Hope after 13 years, very kind sent a card. Bella about 12 gets great treatment and care. Would recommend Florida Animal care! Thank you all

Chad and his staff are very good. We have 3 GSD's and they know how to handle them without incident. Another vet we brought our dogs to they wanted to put a muzzle on them and try to hold them down with two male vet techs. Well German Shepherds don't like being handled that way. I will never bring my dogs anywhere else but Florida Animal care. I will say that they are a tad expensive. But I guess you get what you pay for.

I drove there from Naples for an Ultrasound . All the vets between me and this facility have outside doctors that travel between clinics, or don't offer Ultrasounds at all. That dosen't help when you need answers NOW . I needed answers about my kitty and he was too sick to "wait" till the next traveling ultrasouind Dr associated with my regular vet. This facility understood my concerns and got me in, within hours. Wonderfull , caring , staff. Great , patient doctors. The vet had bad news to deliver but he was very kind and informative. I highly recommend this facility. And I will drive from Naples again if one of my other 4 pets needs an Ultrasound. And..... you don't need to mortgage your home to pay the bill. This is a special place.

This place is amazing! We just moved to the area and I came across florida animal care and let me tell you I’m so happy I did. I have a Belgian Malinois X 1 year old female that needed to be spayed. I was nervous the vet wouldn’t know how to handle her breed but they were AMAZING with her. The surgery was quick and they contacted me to let me know how she was doing afterwards. All of the staff was extremely friendly and they answered all of my questions. I’m so happy I found them, both my dogs will be coming here from now on! 100% recommend them!

Absolutely love this place. Everyone is is just so nice and the Dr knows and cares about my dogs. Someone with low income he is always willing to talk with me and work with me about the pricing. Will never go anywhere else.

It's no fun for you or your pets to have to visit the vet. When you do need to I recommend Florida animal care. They make things fast, almost painless and affordable

This was not my regular vet clinic but I wish it was. I had to put down my 16 year old dog right after hurricane Ian. I always went to Charlotte Animal Hospital but they were closed and after doing a google search and making a couple calls I found Dr. Wright. They weren’t fully operational but had a generator and a caring staff that knew people needed their help. Despite the difficult working conditions they went above and beyond to make this experience as easy and comfortable for my dog as possible. I did not expect the level of care and concern to be as high as it was. They are truly exceptional! I don’t have another pet right now but when I do, I’ll be driving out of my way to receive the care from their clinic.

We have lived in Florida since 2017 (used to be snowbirds) and we finally found the gem of GEMS with this office. The staff are so caring and considerate. The Veterinarian gave us his best advice in re to our cats. I wish we had known of this place prior to all the other places we have tried. The girls in the front office are truly angels and so smiley - unreal. This is a small one veterinarian office and we like SMALL! We don't feel like a number. The gal who runs the place in front office makes u feel right at home.

They saved my cat Remmy's life, last week we had a true emergency and my regular vet was on vacation. I called 10 different practices and no one could see us . Florida Animal Care got us in and got him right into surgery Dr. Wright and his staff are excellent. Caring, knowledgeable and kind We are very grateful our boy is home tonight and doing great thank you so much

The entire staff is very friendly, professional, and most of all... caring! Dr Chad diagnosed my 5 pound Miki dog with a large tumor in her throat. He referred me to a dental surgeon in Bonita Springs and called to make sure they got her in immediately for emergency surgery. The surgery bought us another year with her. The tumor has reoccurred, and when we took her back in the whole staff remembered her. They really love the animals they serve, and we appreciate the expertise this clinic provides!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this clinic and their staff are, they care about your animals like they were their own. Shout out to one of their vet techs Stephanie she always goes above and beyond for my fur babies. Great Job!
