I went in for my colonoscopy. The staff is so friendly and professional. I had the BEST nurse named Sophia! I truly Felt so lucky to have her as she was so genuine, caring and super sweet. The anesthesiologist team was great & we all know Dr.Salazar is the best around. Keep up the great work everyone. Thanks for being so kind and caring! 5+ stars!

I was seriously terrified for my first colonoscopy. I appreciated the way the front desk got me straight back without having to wait in dread. The first nurse I met was Sophia. I admitted my terror early and she wonderfully settled me down. She has a gift. Everyone was fabulous and upbeat. Reggae in the operating room before they knocked me out truly lightened the mood. Next thing I knew I woke up with Amanda who got me back on my feet and out of there quickly. Amanda and Sophia are amazing humans. I would never go anywhere else and hope that one day I can repay their wonderful hospitality.

Top notch service from a professional team of doctors, nurses, and staff. The procedures are quick and painless my waiting time was minimal. I was in at 7:45a and was on my way home by 9:30a - I was amazed. Excellent service from the moment I arrived, all the way until I was escorted to my ride when I left. Clean and safe. Strongly recommend for any procedures you may need.

Great experience. All the staff were professional and friendly. They put me at ease and my two hours there pre, during and post procedure were handled well. So much better than having to go to a hospital. Had interactions with about 6-7 staff members and everyone was great.

The nursing staff were fantastic. Far better than the experience I recently had at Mt Sinai in Miami. The nurse started my IV painlessly the first time showing real expertise as opposed to MS where they painfully made a pin cushion out of me with 5 failed tries. Staff were pleasant, caring and professional. Anesthesia went very well. My only qualms would be the receptionist who checked me in. She was abrupt and VERY loud. While I was sitting in the waiting room she LOUDLY discussed people’s financial issues so everyone could hear her. Also, the administration staff behind her had their masks down while masks were required for everyone in the medical facility. My experience was excellent overall. I highly recommend the Baptist health facility on Clint Moore Rd. They far outshined My Sinai in Miami which was surprising given the stellar (undeserved) reputation of MS A+ in patient care. Thank you for treating me so well.

Thais has to be one of the finest out patient facilities in South Florida. From the moment you arrive and checking in, the process is as smooth as silk. Wonderful caring staff all the way through your medical journey. I can’t say enough great things about Baptist Health. You’re in great hands! I highly recommend this medical facility to any one in need! I hope you’re lucky enough to be treated by these outstanding professionals.

I was amazed at how comfortable and relaxed everyone at this facility made me feel, from the moment I entered the office, till I was released after my two procedures. The nursing staff are fabulous . Can’t say enough about the care I received while there. Thank you so much for your patients, your kindness and your attention to my questions . I was very nervous walking in, but everyone that I came in contact with, reassured me that I’m in good hands . Wonderful experience!!!!!! 10 stars and more.

Everything and everybody were excellent. All the staff were very friendly and professional. I don't give a five star rating because the only bad thing was the waiting time. I waited more than an hour in the waiting room and another forty something minutes in the prep room. They should improve that, especially bearing in mind that most of the patients are fasting for more than 24 hours

The registration and sign in was easy. I didn't have to wait long to be taken into the back and prepped for the procedure. The procedure room was clean and with fairly new Olympus equipment. The entire nursing staff and Dr. Either explained everything clearly and created an upbeat, positive environment. The recovery was a breeze and the nurses were very attentive. All in all, it was an easy, stress free experience. Very professional and organized!

I have nothing but praises for my experience at this surgical center From the moment I arrived for my appointment to my leaving, the entire staff was above and beyond my expectations The nurses, mine was Cathleen, who prepped me for my procedure was experienced, kind, attentive. Could’ve had a better nurse. Cedric who took me into the procedure room was a charmer and lessened the angst I was having Of course Dr Kim my anesthesiologist I thank him immensely. My Dr Lawrence Fiedler was the absolute best. Good job doctor ! Thank you everyone who made me feel calm and very well taken care of😘

Check in was great. Nurses and doctors in prep room were very attentive. Doctor barely introduced himself. Exiting nurse made me feel ignorant about my questions. I had to read my report to remember what the doctor told me he did as I was coming out of anesthesia. I understand they are busy, but if a patient goes to their center they are going for a reason. If you leave and don’t know the answers you’re not any better off than when you went there in the first place

I would’ve given five stars, except for the hour and a half wait prior to the procedure in the waiting room. Otherwise, the reception area staff was friendly and accommodating and a special thanks to Jenny who was the nurse that provided the IV prep prior to the procedure. She was very friendly and answered all my questions, and made me very comfortable prior to the procedure. She is truly a gem and an asset to your organization. The Procedure with Dr. Miller and staff was also done very professionally and overall a good experience.

I was promised to speak with the doctor after the procedure, but he went directly into another procedure. I was asked to wait for a while, but he never showed I was then promised he would call me after the procedure at home and left a message for him, but never heard back. I’m a bit disappointed. Separately, I was not given good instructions about how to prep I had a lot of unanswered questions Aside from that, the staff was very nice and pleasant And as usual, I really respect my doctor.

Actual check-in and procedure went well. The facility was clean and the staff was polite. I received a call from "Public Service," which I ignored the first time because I thought it was a scam call. The second time they called, I answered. It was the Surgical Center! They need to change that identifier. I spoke to one person who confirmed my personal information. She was polite also. I would definitely use that facility again. I did speak to someone who was rude, but I think she was associated with the physician who did the procedure. I will address that elsewhere.

I received excellent and compassionate care from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The staff members who prepped me, performed my colonoscopy, and cared for me afterward were fabulous. They felt like friends when I left. I highly recommend all of them.

From the time I got there the nurse was caring, kind and helpful. Once settled with IV’s I got really sick- fluids coming out all over. Several nurses jumped in to help with compassion and care. It was a terrible Self Experience, but they made me feel comfortable and assured me it was OK. The anesthesiologist was wonderful- so sweet, and she too made me feel comfortable. 5 stars from me.

Wonderful outpatient Center. They truly have it together. They pick you up if you need it and bring it home. In addition, I have the nicest friendliest staff- very caring and very friendly. My physician, Dr Todd Eisner and his staff took wonderful care of me.

From check in to finish, cannot say enough about level of service at this facility. Their professionalism, expertise and sincere care put me at much needed ease within minutes of admission. My nurse, Lorraine Garreau, performed her duties while doing everything possible to ensure my comfort and provide a calm atmosphere. Dr. Joshua Rubin communicated with me personally exactly as I had hoped. Would highly recommend Baptist Health Surgery Center and all involved with my procedure.

The facility was clean. Staff fantastic. Check in extremely easy. Dr. Lipman, nurse Pete, Jane, Tonia were fantastic. Feeling much better.!🥰 Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Intake was Profesional. In procedure room everything was excellent. The nurse did a fabulous job of first relaxing me and then walking me through the process. Next Dr. Levine introduced himself & his staff and then detailed the Anesthesia process and asked if I had any questions. Dr Miller entered. explained the procedures and before I could count backwards everything was over and I was in recovery. Simply amazing! The nurse returned with juice & crackers and patiently explained the aftercare. Considering that it was an invasive procedure I gave the Docs & Nurses an A Plus.

Everyone at Baptist health surgery center was wonderful. The atmosphere was calming. All the people were welcoming, efficient, professional, and caring. They addressed any need I had. There was a positive energy in the room. A sincere thank you to everyone who cared for me today.

The nicest staff ever. From the day before when Amanda called to let me know the time of my appointment. Then, the two ladies at the front desk, the nurse Sam that was extremely nice not just with me but with all patients that she was taking care of. All the nurses at the ops room, the Anesthesiologist, and doctor Rosenthal were all so nice. They made the whole experience very comfortable: Thank you very much!

My experience was excellent. From the front desk to the very end of my appointment. My nurse Evan was very kind, caring, and thorough . Drs. Barkin and Bank were efficient and professional. Shout out to Shannon, Angelica and the other nurses who assisted me. The facility was very clean. Thank you for a great experience.

Everyone at Baptist was so accommodating and very kind.. the lady (I so wish I could remember her name.. Sonya?? Sophia?) who first took care of me was one of my favorites, for sure! Then, there was Pete, the nurse who was very professional and thorough and asked all the right questions while putting my mind completely at ease for my procedure. Dr Lipman, who did the injection was very precise and accurate in pinpointing the area to be treated with state of the art technology. Hands down, Dr Lipman is the best doctor I’ve ever had! He and his staff, at Baptist, are first class all the way! They made me feel so special and important!

Had a great experience at this facility. This was my second time there. From the check in process to the discharge process, everybody was professional, nice, helpful, explained everything along the way, and happily answered questions and made me comfortable. I wish I could remember everyone’s names. Dr. Fiedler is my doctor. He’s wonderful, Erin and Shannon in the operating room, and, of course, Mr. Cedric, who gave me a ride… And the two nurses that were with me both before and after my procedure. Everyone is just so friendly and calming. If you need to have a procedure done, I can’t recommend Baptist health outpatient center strongly enough.

The staff was very friendly and professional. However, I did have 2 issues. First of all, they couldn't find my primary doctor and he wasn't in the system. I called back the next day with his name and contact info. It took them some effort to add it to the system. Secondly, they left 3 heart monitor tags on my body. one on my chest and two on my back. I didn't notice it until I took a shower this morning.

On 9/8/22, I was scheduled for an outpatient procedure at Baptist Health Surgery Center at 1905 Clint Moore Rd Boca Raton. Prior to my appointment, I spoke with a staff member who I think was named Jaylene. She was very sweet and informative. She informed that she would call me back the next day to schedule my appointment time which she did. I was told she was off on the day of my appointment, but would like to say thank you to her and recognize her for doing a great job. Kudos to the following staff and I’m sorry if I forget anyone because you were all wonderful: Sophia, Danielle, Alexis and also the ladies that assisted Dr. Salazar during my procedure. Dr. Salazar is the best. All of you should consider yourselves hugged for doing a fine job. Thank you, you are appreciated.
