Amazing fast service and excellent quality of work and jewelry

This place is so unprofessional. The Owner is sarcastic and does not care about his customers. He is rude and does not have any customer service skills whatsoever. The girl that works with the owner did not even get up to greet me or anyone, as if she hated her job. I do have to give thanks to Vee, she was very very helpful, and extremely nice. She should be the owner, or at least move up to something greater, this place does not accommodate for anything and I will be taking my business somewhere else.

I ordered a custom name plate and also a chain from here it came out good. However, the owner of this place was very rude and arrogant for no reason saying slick remarks more than once, had I met him at the time of order I would have taken my money elsewhere. The two ladies that work here were very professional. I would not recommend this place.

I got my gold teeth done here, they were nice overall but I still feel like they are to big! Alex did try to fix them however they still caused me to talk funny for weeks so now I dont even wear them. Good customer service but needs to understand customized golds to a person mouth with no flaws
