All I could say the staff was really nice . The store was very neat and organized making it easier to shop . The employee by the name of Lenna was extremely helpful ask if I needed any assistance . She help out in picking out the best tote purse and matching wallet . Lenna took her time didn’t seemed rushed. She deserves to be appraised. Will continue in doing my shopping and business at this location .

I bought to purses for my mother for Christmas and she tried to exchange them today due to the stitching coming apart in the corner on one of them and she wants a different size snd color for the other one and the manager argued with her and basically called me and her a liar as they have not been used at all

I bought a bag it had a stain/scratch on it (I didn’t notice it). wore it one day and bc I wore it for 1 day they would refused to return it. Very rude. Never coming back.

My husband purchased a purse for me for my birthday last year. I absolutely LOVE it. It’s actually one of my favorite purses. However, the handle/straps part of it started to peel. I took it back to show them and see if it could be repaired and they said yes but because it was 2 days after the year guarantee I would have to pay for it. The cost would be over $100. I talked to them about it only being two days over the year but they wouldn’t budge. Now I have a purse I love that I won’t use anymore because the straps keep peeling and it looks bad. They were nice, as far as their tone, but sad that they wouldn’t budge over two days.

This is the last time I will shop here after years of purchasing several Coach items. I purchased a coach cross body purse and matching wallet. The sales person (who got credit for my purchase) Said hello, then turned away from me to help someone else. I found the white purse I needed and went to check out. At register, the cashier started stuffing something into my new bag and refused to make eye contact with me. She hoodwinked me and made sure to rush the transaction along. I went all the way home to Port St. Lucie and opened the purse to see the WRONG cross body strap that she stuffed into my new purse!
