After dinner, we came over to look around. I do very much enjoy shopping in this store. This location is big, organized, and clean, and you have the Pink, VS, and beauty plus their cute undies are 5 for $30. Friendly and helpful staff. A lot of sales, options, and sizes.

Great Experience while shopping at this location on South Beach Fla. Outstanding Manager named Maria and great employees as well. It shows that when a company has a great MANAGER as Maria it reflects on the stores employee as well. 5 stars !!

Worst customer service! We went there at 8pm on the 28th of July 2022 and the lady at the dressing rooms was extremely impolite and just not nice. She didn’t allow me to see my girlfriend while she was in the cabin and when I asked her why she told me it’s because it makes the other women feel uncomfortable. The best part about it was that there were NO OTHER WOMEN! We’ll go there again someday but hopefully this lady won’t be there by then.

Good Store, obviously for woman but if you looking a gift for your girlfriend, co-worker or wife, this is the place. No wrong with that. Only a comment: The employees must use uniforms or lingerie or whatever but all of them looks like clients for me even the Corporate Employees, looks like street girls nothing professional for be "Managers" this is something that they have to learn from VS in Paris.

There is not much to say about it really, they are always nice, place is clean and prices are high, like in ALL the other stores.

Went to this location on Tuesday October 25, 2022 for a quick merchandise pick up, around 11:20 am. Everyone in this store was nice and polite, from the moment I stepped inside this store I was kindly greeted. This will be my favorite pick up place from now on.

So, I came here to get my tagged removed because it was left on the PJ that I purchased. Which wasn’t from this store, but I came days before and asked to get it removed and they had not problem. I went today and they just 5 minutes closed and I JUST wanted this tagged removed for a Christmas Gift. I even showed them the tag on the piece of clothing. The lady that was wearing red sweater rolled her eyes and just giving me attitude about them closing. I went to the other side in pink and same thing they just refused to remove it. I get it I worked at Gap in Lincoln Road but even then when we get customers at last minute even when we just closed we help them. If it’s a minimal thing like removing a tag. I wasn’t purchasing anything, returning anything, nor exchanging. I wanted the tag removed DONT GO TO THIS VICTORIA SECRET, you better off at another store.

Horrible. The staff woman was rude and when my daughter asked a question she refused to answer. She wanted to know how much an item was. Staff person was on a device and wouldn't even look at us. We shopped shopping an spend bunch of money at aerie instead!

Victoria's Secret offers an amazing variety of underwear choices, but the shopping experience could be more comfortable. The cold temperature from the air-conditioning might make it feel like stepping into a fridge, and waiting in a long queue adds to that chilly experience.

The only bad side is I never know when they are closing. I came Friday a little bit before 9pm they told me they are closed and online says it’s open till 10pm. Otherwise I like to shop in this store because they are in my neighborhood
