Well located place, very helpful staff. Sometimes a little bit crowded, mostly on weekends. There's a big parking lot in front of the store.

I wish Nordstrom Rack were more size inclusive. It's 2023, and the word "inclusive" has more meaning than ever before. But still, Nordstrom Rack wants our (plus size gals) money by offering plus size ONLY online. They don't want us in their store. Apparently, as with many other stores, they don't want us visiting their locations because plus size people "aren't cool enough."

well the staff helped me with a return and made it quick and stress free now check out the shoes and for the ladies they got you covered. I just get nervous when I see so many as long as they're stress free is ok.. jaja

At Nordstrom Rack, in the Palms at T&C, We always find what we need. 🤗 From fancy dresses to ice cube molds for whiskey! 🥃

Great products, but customer service is horrendously slow. Lines are so long I lose interest in buying what I spent hours contemplating. Most basic rule of business, folks: DO NOT MAKE IT HARD TO TAKE YOUR CUSTOMER’S MONEY.

I as a man can appreciate this store. My wife literally finds everything she needs here. As for me, I find it very easy especially with the great Staff, to find what's needed. Great staff!

I just left this store and I was super disappointed in seeing how the manager addressed the staff and proceeded to not help in a busy time. I was waiting in line and the employee was assisting a customer on the phone and the manager I believe her name is elsy came and reprimanded the employee who was clearly busy for not making the line go by fast and instead of helping her employee left. Very rude and unprofessional, management should lead by example and clearly that is not what’s happening in this store.

A cashier assumed the dress I was wearing with a tag was not paid for after I paid at the register and was leaving the store. Major embarrassment and disappointment. Is not removing a tag a crime? Ocould it be

Nothing great here. It gives TJ Max Marshall's, organized but not the best merch. I'm just praying that it doesn't hit Ross status, you know, Bazaar .05$ & .10$.

I’ve been here a few times and each time I was assisted by Dyan Carness. She takes great care of the store’s customers and makes them feel valuable in the way she focuses her attention on them. Even though I don’t live in the area, I will return here just for the quality of service. Thank you Ms. Carness, Nordstrom is lucky to have you.

I always find the special things here, at sooo good price. Totally recommend it, specially if you are looking for high quality at the best price!

There are variety of fashion goods here.I found my good price sport outfit so many time. The bathroom here is one of the best;very clean and bigger than average. Staff here are professional.

Nice little plaza with several shops. Marshall’s, Forever 21, Nordstrom, and more. A few restaurants to eat at also. I didn’t find much for high end designers in Nordstrom Rack that I look for but the store seemed fairly organized.
