I wouldn't recommend this shop. I purchased a set of CCTV cameras a year ago, and they malfunctioned due to ants and corrosion, which seems unlikely given that all cables are plastic-coated. The seller stopped responding to my messages, resulting in a one-star review. While it's fine for regular purchases, their warranty support falls short. Edit to provide clarity in response to the comment below: Techno Computer Bali handled the installation, as indicated on the bill.

I now live in Bali and was looking for a store to buy computers and accessories so that I can finally work with Cubase again and make music. After some initial difficulties, I feel like I'm in good hands here. Of course I have to test the computer over the next few weeks. But here’s a good review first.

Just wanted to say: Thank you so much, dear guys from Techno Computer! I had a very urgent need to change thermal paste in my laptop. I contacted these guys via What's App and they replied just 1 minute later. I had no cash or local bank card, only a visa card issued in my country. I asked for a specific item, and they organized delivery very quickly! Just after 45 minutes after I wrote them, I received my order. Traffic jams even didn't make it longer than I expected!

DO NOT buy anything from this store. After purchasing a 27 inch LG monitor which was only ever used 2-3 times I returned it under warranty but they said that it can't be repaired under warranty due to water damage. That is absolute rubbish. Such a bad way to deal with their customers. Be warned. You'll get ripped off!
