Great Next shop, quality clothes and easy to find what you want. Costa coffee, quick service and nice to see cheerful staff in their work and good service with A Decent coffee.

Queue was almost to the door, service was slow and coffee luke warm. Atmosphere was good due to company. Coffee shop ceiling vents were open no grid looked grubby.

Short staffed ,waited longer than I should have 10 mins. Pleasant staff but under pressure as it was very busy ...seems to be the norm with costas. Certainly puts you off going in there.

Kind of stuck in the corner of Merthyr Retail Park but quite honestly it's a very well kept and spacious area for a snack and a coffee. Staff are extremely polite, courteous and are as quick as can be in serving those placing their orders. If you haven't tried one of their new Blueberry Bubble Frappes then you're missing out, they are really nice but they have a decent range of other cold drinks and well as the usual coffees and teas. If your just looking to sit down for five while out shopping in the retail park then would definitely recommend popping in.

I had a catch up here with a friend. I had a lovely panini which was toasted to perfection and a blueberry bubble frappe (my fave of the moment) Service always seems to be slow in Costa Coffee but the food and drinks make up for it. Plenty of parking on the retail park and Costa is on the first floor of Next. There is a lift for people who need it.

The ladies in this costa are amazing, so friendly and smiley, happy to help in the busiest of moments. Give them a raise for making my day with their kindness!

Not enough staff, queues were 12 and more. But good coffee.
