I
am
disappointed
by
the
room
service
here.
I
made
an
order
for
breakfast
at
9:40.
They
then
called
me
back
at
10:30
to
say
that
they've
made
breakfast
for
me,
it
was
Sahur
(fasting
food
in
the
mornings).
I
am
not
fasting.
I
was
saving
that
meal(Sahur
meal)
for
my
lunch.
I
wanted
to
order
something
else
for
breakfast.
They
kept
saying
"but
we've
sent
you
the
Sahur
food).
I
repeatedly
explained
that
I
was
not
in
fact
fasting.
To
which
they
replied,
okay
hold
on
let
me
talk
to
my
supervisor.
That
was
around
10
am.
I
then
got
a
call
from
someone,
he
said
that
I
had
a
Sahur
meal.
To
which
I
replied
again,
that
I
was
saving
that
meal
for
lunch.
That
I
wanted
some
beans,
potatoes
and
sausages
for
my
breakfast.
He
said
he
would
call
me
back.
He
called
me
and
I
was
still
adamant
on
my
order.
Then
I
waited
for
an
hour,
at
11,
I
called
him
and
he
said
"
I'm
sorry
now
the
breakfast
menu
is
not
available
it's
lunch
time."
Then
I
replied
"I've
been
waiting
to
eat
for
more
than
an
hour
now".
"sir
you
made
that
order
at
10+"
I
said,
"No,
I
made
that
order
to
your
female
colleague
at
9:40".
When
the
breakfast
menu
was
available.
"Okay
sir,
would
you
like
to
order
lunch?"
Unbelievable.
They
tried
to
blame
it
on
me
in
the
end
for
their
lack
of
customer
service
and
negligence.
The
rooms
are
nice,
but
the
staff
are
so
incompetent.
TL
DR;
Ordered
food
at
9:40,
staff
said
we
gave
you
food,
I
said
I
didn't
want
that
food,
kept
delaying
my
order.
Didn't
get
breakfast
in
the
end
because
it
was
too
late.
