    Fist time I bought sushi from HEB and oh my gosh was it delicious! Oishi! I got the Spicy California. The gentleman making the sushi was very friendly. Look forward to trying another sushi selection!

    There’s no customers in the self-checkouts, two lanes open with lines. What is the problem if I have more than ten items to pay at the self-checkouts if you’re not the one charging me? I’ve never been refused before. Basically, employee Karina is only there to refuse customers and by her attitude she definitely enjoys it.

    Some rude guy working there said the wic system is down which is unheard of. I've gone to this heb for years and this was the worst experience ever. Either the guy doesn't know what he's doing or needs to get fired for not accepting my payment.

    Store was clean and staff was friendly. Selection was wonderful. I'll be back! I've been using H.E.B all winter. And will continue

    I have been using this HEB for a very long time. This morning. I waited for my girlfriend at the parking lot while she was shopping for her necessities. An older lady with glasses was eye-ing (who's an employee at this HEB) her the entire time. The older lady assumed my girlfriend was going to steal. We have been extremely loyal to this HEB. We have never had an issue nor have we ever stolen. We have no idea why the lady was being prejudicial and assuming my girlfriend was going to steal. The lady made my girlfriend extremely uncomfortable by asking her "How can I help you?" and stood right behind her the entire time that my girlfriend was viewing her options for her necessities. This was extremely uncomfortable, un-warranted, very prejudicial, and very unprofessional.

    Well, they are actually doing some upgrades to certain departments , I was also impressed because I actually saw 3 to 4 cash registers with HUMAN employees doing the check out , now a days you don't see that often . Customer service experience is ok, I have seen better at a local flea market. The store is clean , shelves are full . It's a really busy store , so take your time .
