hotel
is
not
worth
its
name.
Details:
We
booked
4
rooms
as
we
were
4
couples
along
with
two
kids,
1
kid
is
9
months
old
and
other
2
years
old.
Stay
Duration:
3
nights
in
June,
2019
Problem:
Either
the
owner
is
too
much
obsessed
with
the
property
that
they
doesn't
care
for
customers
or
the
manager
is
ineffective
to
maintain
the
core
of
day
to
day
activities.
Pros:

Property
is
Good
2.
Working
staffs
are
helpful
and
hard
working.
Cons:
1.
Service
is
something
unimaginable
from
a
customer
paying
a
hefty
amount
to
book
rooms
during
the
peak
season.
2.
A
good
3
star
hotel
has
more
staffs
than
this
hotel.
3.
They
will
reject
your
order
for
room
service,
as
they
serve
what
they
want
not
what
customer
want
to
consume.
4.
During
the
time
of
Complementary
Breakfast
you
cannot
get
any
room
service.
Then
they
shut
down
the
kitchen
from
11am
to
1:30pm
and
you
will
not
get
even
a
cup
of
tea
during
these
shutdown
time.
Gangtok
being
a
hill
station
is
very
unpredictable
about
the
rain
and
if
you
stay
at
hotel
it
is
very
difficult
to
eat
or
enjoy
your
stay
as
they
have
numerous
rules.

Even
a
glass
of
lime
water
ordered
will
be
delivered
after
2
hours
along
with
6
time
following
up
from
Room
Service
department.
So
there
are
many
such
issues
which
can
be
highlighted
and
marked.
Again
I
will
say
that
staffs
are
very
helpful
and
competent,
but
issue
is
with
management
of
those
staffs.
During
the
peak
season,
they
have
only
2
staffs
to
manage
Room
Service
for
the
entire
hotel.
So,
if
you
are
going
to
Gangtok
for
sightseeing
and
other
activities
and
hotel
is
just
to
sleep
at
night,
then
you
can
go
for
this
property.
But
if
you
wish
to
stay
back
at
hotel
and
have
some
leisure
time
then
NEVER
opt
for
this
hotel.
WARNING:
Never
book
this
hotel
if
you
have
kids
of
age
below
4
years.
Due
to
their
pathetic
service
you
will
be
annoyed
and
as
we
had
2
small
children,
it
was
very
difficult
to
manage
their
food
and
stuffs
because
every
day
hotel
used
to
give
some
different
sort
of
explanation
and
new
rules
were
introduced.
Overall
a
very
disappointing
stay
at
the
hotel
and
it
was
not
worth
a
penny
spent.
