Fries was pure salt. They do not pay this people enough. They simply do not care. Last time I buy food from this location

Been a long time since I was at KFC . Had some original recipe chicken and it was very good !

Went through drive through. Spent 41.00 did not get receipt in bag, order was wrong. I called got no answer for 3 days!! Chicken was so dry, biscuits were rock hard. Ordered Cole slaw was given 2 servings or potatoes.

I really like the original chicken at this location it's pretty good this is a four piece Meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and it comes with one biscuit and a drink, I gave this review 4 stars because the crispy chicken is good at times but most of the times it's not but I never had any bad experiences with the original chicken. I tried the new chicken sandwich here at this location I'd rather grab a chicken sandwich from Popeye's Chicken. I wasn't to happy with KFC chicken sandwich at this location It was to dry, but other then that everything else is always delicious...

I try to called my order in, nobody answer the phone. I tried to order online, could not used my coupon. I had waited 30 minutes for my order, when I went restaurant and ordered my order. Because nobody would answer the phone. I finally got my order and taken it home and they got my order wrong. I ordered corn, and got macaroni and cheese.

There were dirty tables. The person taking our order put it in incorrectly. There were about six to seven people that work there that came out to sit in the dining room apparently to end their shift, but they did nothing to clean anything. The macaroni and cheese was burnt. There was almost no gravy on the mashed potatoes. I have not been to this establishment in probably 10 years because of my last experience. It was the same thing, no one cleans anything and the lack of customer service is atrocious. I will definitely not be back there again, ever!

Terrible!!! Stopped going there cause always have a bunch of younger employees which we know how that is!! And the drive thru!! Omg! Always forgets things you order! And takes days to recieve your food! Cause either their playn on phones! Tick tocing or watever!! Then when you try and call ask for management it seems everybody is the boss! ( call about replace what didnt get)! But wen go back nothing written down or tastes old or like 3days ago!! Few months back said they ran out of chicken?? Crazy!! BUT STOPPED GOING FOR THOSE PLUS REASONS! Then alot of times you cant even order insjde to atleast do it correct but locked!

Place fucking blows that black bitch wit da weave smelt smelling the whole place up type shit fishy type shit and she asked to suck my wiener in the parking lot for 20 bucks now let’s get to the food undercooked the chicken was still alive the mashed potatoes Where flakes the gravy was slime the corn was cob and there’s ppl acting like mechanics taking tires in the parking lot

The chicken was super good employees where very polite. Very clean I recommend it.

Fast and friendly, very clean store. I love to eat here. Especially for lunch.

They forgot my drink 🤨 I had to wait for fries so there was no reason that it should have been forgotten. I didn't even think about it until I got home. That being said, the bowls are a good filling dinner for under $7. We miss the Nashville Hot!!!

I didn't get a chance to check my food until I got home. The order was wrong, so we drove back to the restaurant and told them it was wrong. I was surprised when the drive thru employee took the mistaken chicken back thru the window. I hope it got pitched and not served to another customer.

This location had a rough go of it for a while but they seem to be much better now. Service was friendly and much faster then previous visits.

Showed up at the location on 5/15/23. For a pickup order. The whole staff was outside hanging out. When we pulled up to the drive thru they didn't even go back in. Unfortunately we already ordered ahead and couldn't even leave. When we finally got our food home the order was missing parts as well.

I spent $65 on a large meal for my children and I... I ordered a 16-piece meal and eight piece chicken and some extra sides on the side. I ordered from the Monroeville location... the macaroni was dry... I understand they make this stuff in the morning and they put it into containers and place it in the warmer, but after a while the food starts drying out. I ordered a 16-piece meal and out of the 16 pieces there were two breast and all the rest were thighs. I called this location and did not get no answer I called the corporate number and was on hold for a long period of time. What happened at KFC over the years. This is my first job back when I was 16 and the customer service and food quality has declined tremendously.

Literally the dirtiest bathrooms I have ever seen. Felt extremely dirty in the restaurant. Would recommend cleaning or shutting down. Also very expensive

I just picked up a $24 order, can’t give you exact amount because I wasn’t given a receipt. The chicken was awful, overcooked and dry. I’m sure it has been sitting for a long while. I attempted to call the Monroeville store where I made my purchase, no one answered the phone. I was there at approximately 6:30 PM so this is dinner time, no reason for food to be sitting and even if it’s slow, you should not sell old food. I purchased a #2, 3 piece meal, an order of 8 nuggets and a 3 piece planks, just terrible but something tells me no one will care! Colleen Smeltzer

Placed our order which wasnt much..was asked to pull up front and they would bring it out. After 20 minutes i went inside and it still wasnt ready. Watched the cars going through the drive through and people going in all getting theirs. They told me It was going to be another 12 minutes. Not ever going back

Food was ok, what we did get. No biscuits. They thought there were no tenders, but got just enough, which some were hard. No dine in, despite the doors being open and no signs stating otherwise. At least the weather was good, so we had my wife, me, and 4 kids sit on the curb in the dark to eat before heading out on the last 1.5 hours of a trip.

Not bad there prices and food is just not the same to me.

I went through the Drive-thru and I received Great service. The Drive-thru workers were very Nice and the food was Delicious! Thank you.

Service was good, friendly. Food was fast and very hot. Dined in to enjoy the air conditioning.

I went to the drive through and bought 4 large sides and when I got them home the side were all able to fit in 1 of their large side containers!!!! I amAM SO MAD RIGHT NOW!!! I SPENT ALMOST 20 BUCKS FOR IT TO ALL FIT IN ONE OF THEIR BOWLS

Lady that was taken orders in drive thru was very rude. This is picture of the rotten food they gave us. You can see only one fresh piece of chicken. Will never return to this KFC again...

Staff needs to work on their customer service skills. Soda from the fountain was all flat.

Very fast service. Usually visit once a week. In my experience the chicken is better later in the day around 5pm. Went at 3:30 pm it wasn't as good,left over from lunch rush.

Went thru the drive thru at about 2:00 pm and bought a chicken sandwich. They weren't very busy, so I was in and out quickly. The sandwich was great as usual. Their chicken is THE BEST! Only complaint I have, is that it is a tight fit, especially for large vehicles. I can't imagine how it is at rush hour.

I wish I could tell the world how great your customer service is. The food was delicious and surprisingly fresh. I’m impressed with ur service, keep it going please. The world needs great employers like u that train their staff properly. If management has it together then the staff will as well. It’s all ab servicing ur customer swiftly and accurately and boy, u guys mastered it! The food was perfect, did I say that already? Somebody pinch me? Amazin’ thanks! The chicken was crisp, great texture and color, juicy, soft but firm delicious biscuits (I need the biscuit recipe pls), the cookie was soft and edible, the chicken littles were made with love... k, bye. Oh and ur chicken little is very similar to Popeyes chicken sandwich, just a smaller version. They stole ur recipe lol kidding but the similarity is there!
