I started therapy with what I thought was a knee problem. My therapists were quickly able to identify the source of the pain and create a program to get me back on track. My therapists Bin and Aimee were great! Professional, knowledgeable and caring. They communicated effectively to each other to make sure they were both working me on the same plan. I loved that my plan challenged me to work beyond my comfort level and the therapists always checked on me to make sure I was ok. They also provided me with a plan that I could do at home between sessions. I would definitely recommend family and friends to this facility and to the therapists, Bin and Aimee.

After dozens of visits over a 9-month period (both pre-op & post-op), I can attest to the great experience I had here. The facility is clean, the front desk is super friendly and patient, and the therapists are amazing. Big shoutout to Bin Woo, who I spent a majority of my time with. He's a caring and professional therapist who listens and genuinely wants to see you improve. I can't thank him enough for being the sun at times when all I could see were rain clouds. His positive attitude really helped me along the way. Even on days when I didn't feel like going, I always felt better after the session (physically, mentally, and emotionally). It's great to be in the hands of someone who loves what they do, and it's an encouraging feeling to know that the therapist has a determination to get you stronger and to help relieve your pain. I also spent time with Amy (she's so nice!) and interacted with other physical therapists there - they all seem to embody that passion for being helpful in your recovery. These individuals do what it takes to keep your spirits up and to make sure you're getting the most out of your time there. Thank you all for everything you do.

I saw Bin Woo at Penn therapy in Cherry Hill because of my rotator cuff tear, bursitis, impingement. He helped me decrease pain and increase my shoulder range of motion. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He even called me twice because I was not able to continue with previous therapies due to my thoracic outlet syndrome symptoms. I will definitely see Bin again after I have TOS surgery. Thank you Bin so much! Much appreciate your help!

First off let me say this was a great 6 week therapy experience!!! I had a torn Meniscus. Had the knee scoped. Was told to schedule therapy and met my therapist Bin. He was amazing and very professional! Really got my knee strengthened! He did a lot of unusual exercises according to my occupation to make sure I was able to return to work at full strength! When I wasn't able to see Bin I would see Emily. She was also amazing and very professional. They both followed the same routine when I was there. I would totally recommend Penn Therapy and Fitness in Cherry Hill. The front desk staff is also very friendly and professional. They even go above and beyond to know you by face when you walk through the door!!!

Good Shepherd Penn Therapy & Fitness is an excellent facility. The front desk staff are all friendly, professional, and efficient. They make you feel at home! My initial assessment was performed by Bin Woo. He is very professional, thorough, and very personable. He listened very carefully and was extremely encouraging and patient and a pleasure to work with. The therapists work as a team and use a system that allows them to provide consistent care, no matter who is handling the session. Amiie Hahn handled most of my sessions, and she is exceptional! She is very personable, professional, encouraging and patient. Amiie made the therapy enjoyable. I also had Brittany Lynch for a couple of sessions, and she was excellent also. The environment that is fostered at this facility is very welcoming, and the results were more than I had hoped for. I never thought I’d miss going to physical therapy, but I do! Thanks to you all. Liz

My primary therapist was Bin. He is exceptional. My history is complex and unusual. He took time to listen to me and develop a program that maximized my progress at a pace that I was able to tolerate. My mobility has significantly improved and I do not feel I would have reached this point without his expertise, gentle encouragement and patience. Occasionally I was scheduled with Brittany. She was also exceptional. My program continued seamlessly during my sessions with her. I have had physical therapy at several facilities over several years. Good Shepard is far superior than any other. I have had the best results here.

The best PT office I have ever been to. The front office staff is excellent. Extremely friendly and accommodating. They were able to seamlessly schedule my therapy around my busy schedule and always took the time to make any adjustments I needed. My therapist, Bin Woo, was one of the best health care providers I have had to pleasure of seeing. He was knowledgeable, personable, and extremely invested in my recovery. Through his guidance, I was able to get back to doing what I love at the level I was at prior to my injury. The rest of the PT's are extremely friendly as well and it is clear they foster a friendly environment where everyone feels welcome. I noticed all of the PT's there seem to have excellent relationships with the patients they work with. I am so grateful to all of the staff here and could not recommend them enough! If you need any form of physical therapy this is the place to go!

My therapist was very well informed, was available by email for any questions. She provided the support I needed to complete my program. The facility is maintained very well. The front office team is very helpful with scheduling appointments and any questions about Insurance. They made it as easy as it could be. Definitely recommend this place.
