We had a GREAT time. Me and my girlfriends went on a Saturday night. We enjoy the tour was worth the money. I will do it again

We had a great time with Mo and Ryan. The only thing I wish we were able to so was bring drinks out of Fat Tuesdays. This was not the company's fault though. Our guides were interactive and made our ride fun! The music selection kept us tweaking in our seats all night long!

You don’t know what you don’t know… specials offered, # of stops included.. all the things I wish we had known Prior… Would it have changed our decision to tour? Probably not.. an experience … The people in our group made it fun

Wanted to do something different for my daughter's 16th birthday! So gathered some family and friends and chose to do a tour around the city and lunch at Rotten Ralphs. Zach & Ryan who were our tour guides today had the bike disinfected and sanitized for us. Spotify music was pumping throughout the ride. I also brought a backpack with disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, lysol spray and antibacterial wipes, paper towels (in addition to what they already had) and rain ponchos just in case (we had a few sprinkles). Zach had to maneuver around some detours due to some protesters but it didn't interfere with everyone having a GREAT Time! Rotten Ralphs allowed us to order before we left base and lunch was ready by the time we got there. I'm looking forward to doing it again when the COVID19 issues are settled with a group of adults!

WOW!!! What an amazing experience that we had with Fred and Ryan!!! Fred really made us feel comfortable and have a blast, he was so much fun and really helped up the energy all night long!!! We had such an amazing experience and will absolutely be back again!!!

These instructors need additional training and to better their customer service skill. A friend was enjoying our night and while at a rest and awaiting others to get back on, the tour guide went into reverse CRUSHING her ankle in the pedal. This was so unsafe not to warn the others they were pedaling again and to put their feet up. NOT OKAY. PLEASE DO BETTER

Super fun idea!! I love that they have music on board and we were all blasting it and singing it through out the city. We had a blast for my cousin's bachelorette! My only wish is that it needed one more stop. Highly recommend!

Cool experience altho the 2 hours went by very quickly. They drop you off on a corner and you have a choice of a few bars to visit. The guides gave good suggestions and were friendly. The Big A** slices that it started and ended at gave some discounts. We had a nice time on the trip

I was appalled at the lack of integrity and customer service from this company. The operator that was driving us around was not really paying attention, and a friend of mine was hurt. You need to retrain you're employee's. Get cameras, audio, and at least have first aid kit.

I enjoyed my tour with my family we definitely will be returning again. It rained on us and all that but we still had fun hands down definitely something fun to do.

It was the best time ever. My girlfriend's and I had a girl's day/night in the city and we booked the big red pedal tour, and it was a real blast. Can't wait to do it again.

While the idea of a bike tour sounds exciting, this did not live up to our expectations. We were promised 2 hours on the bike but were told to get off 20 minutes early (7:30-9:10pm). We were dropped off at two intersections and given recommendations for bars in the area, however we only got 30 minutes at each location! By the time we got inside and had a drink in hand, there was less than 20 minutes to enjoy the setting. There were no drink specials either. Our guides also said the motor was dying and we would need to pedal harder to get back to where we started… We would’ve had more fun if we were able to either have more time at the two bars or go to three (since we did not get the last 20 minutes of our tour).

We had great time on the red pedal bike for my daughters 10th birthday on the cookies and cream ride. The Red Pedal Tours made the party for 10 kids easy to plan and fun was had by all.

I bought 6 tickets for the tour and it was canceled because of the weather. It’s been a month and I still have not received a refund! I really did want to do the tour but this is bad business.
