Fantastic
class
(tips
below).
They
have
guided
instructions
on
the
top
of
the
mirrors
in
case
you
can't
hear
whats
going
on
.
Most
of
us
are
visual
learners
anyway!
I
kickboxed
for
a
while
and
couldn't
find
a
spot
that
really
fit
the
bill
in
the
US
.
Most
places
do
pure
boxing
or
have
too
many
men
.
It
was
my
first
time
at
rumble
and
I
booked
it
through
ClassPass.
They
put
me
in
spot
#2
which
I
didn't
mind
at
all
,
being
in
front
motivated
me
even
more,
especially
being
next
to
two
really
driven
women
in
spots
1&3
It
was
Rachel's
first
class
teaching
but
she
did
a
great
job
motivating
everyone
and
helping
you
push
through
when
the
class
is
tough.
Few
tips:
1.
Bring
your
own
gloves
and
wraps
if
you
have
them
(mine
are
in
Chicago
where
I
live).
Otherwise
you
can
buy
a
glove-like
wrap
and
rent
a
glove
for
$15
total.
2.
Don't
eat
anything
before.
Don't
even
eat
anything
4
hours
before.
This
class
is
tough
and
you
WILL
throw
up
like
any
other
difficult
classes
3.
Bring
water
or
Gatorade,
you'll
sweat
a
lot.
Boxing
is
one
of
the
most
intense
exercises
as
you
can
burn
up
to
800
cal
in
a
really
good
session.
This
comes
with
listening
to
point
#2
above
-
imagine
eating
then
having
a
lot
of
liquid
then
boxing
lol
😂
4.
Come
early!
If
you
didn't
like
I
did
and
got
in
on
time
,
don't
worry.
They
can
use
a
flashlight
to
guide
you
in.
I
put
my
gloves
on
as
the
exercises
started
already
5.
When
boxing,
try
to
use
your
hips
and
core
more.
I
see
a
lot
of
people
using
just
their
arms
and
the
teacher
doesn't
have
time
to
teach
you
good
form.
The
power
(as
most
sports
are)
comes
from
your
hips
and
core,
it'll
hurt
more
because
these
are
muscles
you
don't
often
use.
But
you'll
become
a
lot
stronger
and
your
hits
are
better
6.
Goes
to
6.
.
Take
your
time
with
the
hits
.
There
are
different
moves
that
are
based
on
power
eg
hooks
and
upper
cuts
vs
speed
eg
jabs.
Regardless,
try
to
work
on
your
form
and
dont
try
to
rush
it.
The
key
is
to
improve
every
time
you
go!
