They did an AMAZING job making me a name necklace. Gary hand drew the script exactly how I wanted it. They took such care and patience to make it perfect. The craftsmanship was impeccable. I couldn't be happier, I was treated like family. I highly recommend them for not only the jewelry in the case but for custom one of a kind designs! He also did some VERY delicate repair work on an heirloom piece that only a fine craftsman could do. My grandmother would have been VERY pleased!!!!!

After coming here based on proximity and other reviews, the Spivak family do uphold the reputation that precedes them. Gary faithfully restored my grandfather's rings to their like-new luster (circa 1910) in just a couple of days. Spivak Jewelers was able to track down and set two missing stones. Their staff is welcoming and helpful. Prices are very fair.

My wife and I moved here recently from the Boston, MA area. Up there we had some wonderful jewelry people who helped us deal with watches, rings and a bunch of other things. We moved to Cherry Hill and were very fortunate to find Spivak jewelers. Literally within the first 30 seconds of my entrance to the shop, four people greeted me, and immediately two of them were focussed on my minor issue. I brought my engagement ring to Spivak Jewelers after a poor resizing and stone replacement at another jeweler. The Spivak family was incredibly kind and professional, assessing the ring and adjusting the setting while I waited in the shop. Amazing place! Needed a pair of earrings for my daughter’s birthday, and I had a specific vision in mind which they did not have on hand. They took the time to help create the perfect pair, and had them ready in four days so that we could give them to her on her actual birthday. I purchased an engagement ring from Spivak Jewelers and it was the most wonderful experience. There is a reason they are 5 star rated. After shopping around at numerous places, we stopped by Spivak. Josh and Gary were the kindest people. They welcomed us in and got to know us just talking in their lounge before we even started looking at anything. Gary treated us to an orange crème soda, an act which spoke volumes, you go to some other jewelry stores and they just want to take your money. Josh went over everything with us, explaining everything in great detail and took very thorough notes. I then went back a few weeks later to pick out the engagement diamond. Josh gave me his honest opinion, and NOT once pressured me to get anything or push me in any direction or force anything on me. He gave me so many options and ideas. Josh sat with me and let me take as long as I needed. The whole family made me feel very comfortable and guided me in the right direction. I had some concern about band size and Josh called me twice advising with a size he thought would be best for the band. Fast forward few weeks later, the ring came out beautiful and fit perfectly thanks to Josh's sizing recommendation. I highly recommend Spivak if you want a honest and truly caring professional experience. They made you feel like family and treated you with respect. The whole Spivak team was great, but the most important thing I took away was the expertise and knowledge they have and their family's hospitality. Gary designed my wedding ring twenty years ago, and then did a mother's shamrock necklace for me. After that, he created a miraculous medal ring for me. I ADORE all three of them. His latest creation is a St. Brigid's cross bracelet, and it is a STUNNER. He consistently brings our vision for each piece of jewelry to life in a way that makes it outshine what we anticipate. I have the added challenge of sensitive skin, and he is exceptionally good at using enough platinum to ensure my skin is comfortable, but only enough that he keeps my wallet comfortable, too. To say I have found my jeweler for life in Gary is entirely true. He also subscribes to the happy wife/ happy life philosophy, which makes us even more simpatico. I can't recommend Spivak Jewelers enough. Gary is a creative genius, and I still can't decide which member of his family is the most likeable, professional, and easy to work with...they are all wonderful! This business is truly a south Jersey "gem" (do ya see what I did there? 😆) that is well worth any trip! Definitely the best in the business.

I went to Spivak Jewelers for a watch repair. The associates welcomed me offering coffee or espresso while I waited for my watch to be fixed. The displays are phenomenal and the quality of the merchandise looks amazing. The associate who assisted me was very well versed in different products and amazingly helpful, which is hard to find today. My experience with Spivak Jewelers started with an email. I sent an email looking to see if they can do a resizing and an appraisal. I received an email back within 5 minutes (and on a day they were closed), saying they would be happy to help! I went to the location the next day, and was welcomed by friendly staff and assisted. The woman who helped me was not only knowledgeable in this field, but took the time to explain everything to me in detail and was able to complete exactly what I came in for. My ring was resized within a day, and the other appraised with a check given to me on the spot. I would recommend this jeweler to anyone! They were friendly, helpful, and honest which is so hard to find!

We went to Spivak to resize one ring and repair another. Despite being quite busy, a member of the staff greeted us immediately. He offered us drinks, water or champagne, measured my wife's finger and took the rings to the jeweler. Service was quick and friendly, and we were not charged for the ring repair, as it was a quick, simple job. Although we were not there to purchase anything, it was obvious, by the tone of the place, that this is a very classy establishment, and where you want to go to celebrate a truly romantic part of your relationship.
