Definitely my place for salad all time. Good portions to fill your stomach with so e customized healthy combinations or the ones on the list. It gives a lot of options alongside salads like bowl etc... which is what most people wish for !!! A good lunch option for the city working folks.

I love just salad salads I have ordered on DoorDash and caviar. I decided to go in today to grab a salad myself. Two of the staff members had probably the worst attitude for such a cherry salad place that I’ve always liked going to. I was told I could take my time and was looking at the new salads and thought that they were certain ingredients in one of them. I did not realize what was in the one salad so I asked for them to make a new one and she gave me attitude. So I then asked to create my own and as I was doing that she kept saying “this id going to be extra” in am way that deterred me from getting extra items in the salad. I just did not have a good experience and was excited to go in and fill my bowl up but felt like I was nothing the two young women asking about things to get the best for my buck. Again, have always had a good experience but I do feel like I was a hindrance and chased out of the store. The funny part it that is wasn’t even busy I was the only person there. 2 o’clock on a Wednesday.

I ordered the Crispy Chicken Poblano Salad with online pickup. The picture on the website makes it look as if the portion size will be large, but in reality, the portion size is smaller than expected. The salad itself is good but a bit pricey given the size and how little toppings you get in it.

The employees at this location are consistently incompetent. My order is always wrong or missing an item - without fail. Every. Single. Time. I have now made it a habit to open up my salad and check that it’s correct. This time (one of many incidents), I ordered my salad online and went to pick it up. I got to the store and decided to order a smoothie. Somehow, they interpreted “almond berry blast” as “ avocado blast toast”. I told them I didn’t order toast, and they made me the smoothie instead. Once my salad was ready, I opened it to make sure it was correct, and lo and behold, it was missing the extra chicken. Had to wait again for them to prepare it. TO THE OWNER/MANAGER: I have had countless experiences like this at this location. Why do you hire employees that can’t follow instructions, read an order, or pay attention to details like extra chicken or a side of bread? All they have to do is read the list of ingredients and put them in a bowl. I return for the good food, but I always have to factor in an extra 15-20 minutes to account for the inevitable mistaken order. The trouble is really just not worth it anymore. Such a shame since the salads are good.

I used to order from here weekly. I won’t be back. They either forget ingredients to the salad or give you something completely different than what you ordered. Was asked three times what kind of chicken when I asked for tofu, given the wrong cheese and the wrong dressing.

Yet another salad take-out / dine-in place in center City Philadelphia. They have a good selection of salad / soup / smoothie options. The line is typically long during lunch time.

Great spot for salads,soups and sandwiches. Highly recommend avo blast toast. You can order online from multiple apps like Ritual and skip the lines as well. Amazing food with no waiting in line.

Ordered online and walked down to pick it up. So easy. the ingredients are fresh and the staff is friendly and efficient. Loved the whole experience, will be back again

I’ve been looking for a place to grab a salad as I try to eat healthy. I stopped in on a weekday evening for the California cob. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant is clean and spacious. Best of all, the salad was delicious. If I had one complaint, and it’s fairly minor, I wish the size of the salad was a bit larger. I was still a bit hungry after I finished. I’ll be back for sure.

I ordered using Uber eats. My order was two salads and a smoothie. I opted for add ons for additional charges. When order arrived there were multiple missing items. I only received one salad and smoothie. Extra dressing I ordered was missing, extra crispy chicken was missing, no cutlery included. The worst Uber delivery I've ever experienced.

Was so excited to find a Just Salad in Philly. When I went to NYC I always ate at Just Salad but they were only in NYC. I tried the seasonal Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps with the recommended dressing the other night and they were absolutely delicious!! I’ll be back!! Open a Just Salad in Lancaster PA please!!!!!!

In a time where everyone has excuses for lacking in service the workers here went above and beyond for a pleasant experience. The place is clean organized and the food tastes great! And it’s healthy!

I was pleased with my salad. It was made well and tasted good. My issue is with the customer service. I was the only person in the restaurant and the staff took forever to greet me or take my order. It seemed like they were uninterested in working at all. If they worked harder on greeting customers and providing an inviting atmosphere, I would say this place would be a success.

I love Just Salad :-) It is my go to spot for dinner almost everyday. The staff and the manger are also consistently super sweet, as well as accommodating. My go to meal is a build your own salad that includes kale, romaine, grilled chicken, crunchy onions, corn, and turmeric tahini dressing. It’s the best!!

Fast delivery great food. The portions full you up. I got a nice veggie salad and a make your own wrap...yum😹

Quirky salad place in downtown Philly. Their wraps are amazing! I highly recommend this place for a quick weekday lunch. Chill Chipotle vibes And thx for such great service! 😀

Best Salads in Center City, delivery is very quick as well!

This is a nice and clean place to go to when I want to switch up and try something different from other vegetarian spots. A young lady by the name of Kapria was helpful and polite while waiting on me.

The food is good, the service was great. Gave us just what we asked for. The atmosphere is very basic.

Friendly place with fresh salads. Made to order. Very busy during lunch hour for the business crowd. Restrooms are locked, ask for the code. Salads are prepared in recyclable sustainable packaging.

If your looking to check this place out I would like to recommend a close by alternative, one of my favorites, Honeygrow. I had my first and probably last experience here, mainly due to CARELESS AND RUDE SERVICE, the food was just not very good...and expensive for being pretty basic. The staff person first did not want to help me when I came in. Just waving me over to a to-go bag rack with an order that was NOT for me. Then when I had to explain that to them she seemed even angrier. She was obviously in a bad mood and just made me a bowl of what looks like processed chicken fingers (but hard as a rock), rice (old and dry), roasted sweet potato (unseasoned?), and sauteed peppers and onions for $20!!!! I just paid and left, lesson learned.

Some of the employees don't understand or speak everyday English and have trouble when asked simple questions.. Always have a problem of some sort here....I won't return.. Always a problem with my pick-up here.. I'm not sure guest relations can fix the problem as it is constant and an ongoing issue with lazy employees!

I truly can't say enough GREAT things about this Philadelphia location. I've been wanting to try Just Salad for almost a year because I work in the area, however, I finally tried it this week and had the BEST experience. First, the restaurant itself is spotlessly clean, and all the food items that you select for your salad bowl are so fresh-looking. My server was Ivy and she was BEYOND fabulous! She was so helpful in making suggestions and prepared my salad with the utmost care. And I have to say, it was delicious! In fact, it was so good that I went back a day later and tried another salad bowl (also prepared by Ivy) and it was equally as delicious. I would also like to mention that the entire staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. I will most definitely be eating my lunches there A LOT. So glad I decided to finally try Just Salad. The whole experience was superb. Thank you!

I come here all the time. Today, I was about to order when I noticed that there’s an infestation of flies. It just grossed me out. Please fix this problem because I do like your salads. I ended up going somewhere else to eat.

I hate to write a bad review, but this is bad. ordered a custom salad, all veggies. I made a note about having celiac disease (10+ years) and for them to make it gluten free. wait an hour. get a salad covered in fried chicken!!! almost take a bite...would have been sick for days. double check my ticket and surprise!! they added it to my salad, with the gluten free note clear as day right at the top of the order. my girlfriend got the same chicken on hers. maybe I added it by accident to my order ?? hypothetically (why/how the hell would I do that?) along with crumbled feta cheese. two mistakes. why would the restaurant not call and double check since the chicken is coated in flour?! ... call "customer service" and I tell the lady I don't want a refund. only for them to look out the next time. she hangs up on me. at this point, I'm over all of it. decided to make my dinner instead. sorry, not sorry. this place is a joke. a healthy food spot that has no idea what wheat or gluten is? and the worst part is the salads looked delicious. my girlfriend now has lunch tomorrow too. Be careful at this place if you have food allergies.

Food was delicious. We ordered delivery and paid for extras on our salad and rice bowl which we did not receive. Disappointing but still great food.

Decided to give this place a go and ordered a salad with modifications for pickup at 12:20 with more than half an hour’s notice. My salad wasn’t ready until almost 1 o’clock and when I got back to my office, I realized none of my modifications were done and my salad was full of an ingredient I despise. Thank god I don’t have allergies! Straight in the trash. What a waste of $15. I won’t be back- there are too many other overpriced salad fast casual joints in center city that get it right.

Nice, clean restaurant. Lali my salad builder, she was patient and explained many of the dressings and let me sample some. The salad was fresh, a good sized portion for dinner and a good value. I will definitely return.
