I walked in hoping to get new batteries in two different watches. I got my batteries and much more. The staff immediately took time to do the work I needed and also engaged in a delightful conversation about their store, how delightful Lancaster is, and a little chit-chat about what a great place it is to live. I left feeling very good about Ream Jewelers and the city we call home. I will certainly return when I'm in need of timepiece work or a special gift for my wife.

My engagement ring was reset for a milestone anniversary. The staff was attentive and helpful in creating the new design, which I am very pleased with…. They also have a lovely array of jewelry to choose from - I hope to return again.

I had traveled to Lancaster for my nieces wedding in April of this year. That day I realized one of my earrings had broken. After a quick look ONLINE, I called Ream Jewelers and asked if they could help me. The young woman said to bring them in and they would take a look.. A very distinguished gentleman worked on my earrings and fixed them in no time. Ream Jewelers saved the day for me. Next time I'm in Lancaster I hope to visit Ream and make a purchase. The staff is wonderful! We have always been treated with respect, and I feel we can definitely trust them. We bought a watch for our daughter who lives in Baltimore. We weren't sure if she was going to like it. They said that they will work it out so that she will get what she likes! Yesterday, we were going to drop off a ring that broke, they repaired it on the spot for free. We alway have left the store very pleased.

I ordered a Tissot watch and it arrived very quickly. They sized it up to fit my wrist and went over all the features it had. It was a very pleasant experience and I will recommend Ream Jewelers to all my friends.
