Pam was so knowledgeable in her field as well as her terrific friendly demeanor made our visit a true pleasure. We actually went in to see about getting my wife some pearls and they didn’t quite have what we were looking for in stock. However, after some “browsing” and some education on the history of some of the watch lines they carry, we wound up leaving there with a new watch for me and ordered some pearls for my wife. Sounds like a good day if you ask me. Pam and the rest of the crew there make you feel at ease and are not pushy at all which is a plus. They have a terrific selection of Tudors, Omega’s, Grand Seiko’s and everything in between. The pearls range from Mikimoto to other custom pieces as well. Keep it up folks, we will be back!

Heriberto and the team at Brent L. Miller provided one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. I made an appointment with Heriberto and as soon as I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and wanted there (which is not the same for many watch stores these days). I was asked what I was looking for and given the full VIP experience despite having no previous purchase history here. I was allowed to browse at my leisure and try on anything I wanted to without feeling rushed or pressured to purchase. Heriberto provided many insightful comments and his knowledge of the product as well as the industry was very impressive. The most phenomenal service I have ever received. In February we bought my fiancés wedding band there, which was a great experience and so informative. Everyone was patient and didn’t pressure us into buying anything. We knew immediately we chose the right place to go and would continue to go there for anything. Flash forward to April, exactly one month before my wedding and 2 days before my bridal shower, I trip and fall and damage/bend my engagement ring. Immediately I knew to go to Brent L. Miller and I was SO GLAD I did. I didn’t get my ring there, but they said it was no issue and still serviced me. Jodi was thoughtful, quick to help, and even made me feel better when she said it would be done the next day. She understood how important to me my ring was and how I needed it quickly. I didn’t even have to ask for it the next day, she just promised me I would have it and delivered that promise. There isn’t another jeweler I would recommend. The customer service, the staff, and the willingness to serve cant be matched anywhere else!

Every experience my family and I have ever had at Brent L. Miller Jewelers & Goldsmiths has been beyond spectacular. I purchased my wife’s engagement ring there and it gets constant compliments. The buying process is always so smooth, and the quality of their jewelry is unrivaled. Ryan Miller and his mother are the most knowledgeable jewelers and the kindest people you could ever hope to meet. Over many years, we have had watches repaired, had custom jewelry produced, and had any number of rings re-sized, lost stones replaced, etc., etc. The experience is always delightful. It’s the kind of place where the customers are greeted by name when they walk in (literally happened three times during our last visit) which is getting rarer and rarer and is just extremely valuable these days. You can’t go wrong here, they are the best.

Ryan and Melanie are the best! These two made my first watch shopping experience a great one. After browsing and trying on watches with them for about an hour, I finally decided on an Omega. I purchased an engagement ring and our wedding bands from Brent L. Miller. I worked with Ashley to find the perfect rings. She was awesome in helping me figure out what type of band and stone combination I liked most, especially since it was my first time and I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. We got our wedding bands at their wedding band sale, which was nice because they had a lot bigger selection along with more reps.

I have purchased several pieces from Brent L Miller Jewelers (Amber is wonderful!) and my experience has been fantastic every single time. They know me by name and ask how my husband is and how he’s enjoying his Omega watch! I couldn't be happier with my experience here. I shopped around locally when I started the process of buying an engagement ring, trying both chains and smaller shops, and Brent L. Miller was fortunately one of the places I tried. They immediately stood out from the other places I went to. Extremely accommodating, everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. I was immediately helped by Jodi who was patient and informative, walking me through the process and helping me decide. She made the whole process a lot less overwhelming and respected my budget. Low pressure and not at all salesy - it really felt like she wanted me to make the right decision. She's been available for phone calls, emails, and appointments. I did have an issue with missing stones on the engagement ring about a year after buying it, and they replaced the stones quickly and at no cost. I came back with my fiance to pick out our wedding bands and experienced the same type of service. Jodi showed personal interest and connection the whole time, and I plan on sending her wedding pictures! I honestly couldn't recommend Brent L. Miller, and Jodi specifically, more.

Brent L. Miller was incredible to work with! My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from an online retailer that didn't sell a matching wedding band, so we knew we wanted to go somewhere local for both of our bands. I worked with their team to create a custom band to curve around my low-set engagement ring and match the side stones of the ring.
