I love the chicken salad here. If you like chicken salad you should definitely give them a try. I had the Olivia Old South combo and it came with a cookie and instead of getting a side I got an extra scoop. I didn't order it on bread so they put it on lettuce and give you crackers.

Our first trip was so good that we came back for a second time. The portion sizes and value was great for the area it is in. I had a couple of chicken salads and wanted to try more. The cookie in the meal was also a great ending to lunch as well. We look forward to coming back to this concept many more times.

always so good, but today the customer service from John was top tier. i've been coming here for years but he told me things about the menu i never even knew! so helpful and kind. delicious Olivia's Old South sandwiches and a scoop of Fancy Nancy. never goes wrong here for me!

My favorite stop on the way to a rehearsal, or a gig. They are always friendly and fast. I can get in and out quickly with a happy tummy. I love their chicken salads on a croissant, and the soups are delicious. Each meal comes with a little cookie and the frosting is so good. They don't taste stale at all. They are also the most affordable meal. I always get out of here at $11. In this economy? That's pretty good.

Picked up for delivery, never heard of this place. I love chicken salad! They offered me samples to try and I'll definitely be there, yep I'm hooked! Many different varieties of chicken salads to choose from.

Came to this location 30 minutes before close to get a few sandwich and soup combos. The girl taking our order was clearly annoyed to start with about taking our order, then very rudely told us they had already put their soup away for the night. So we left and placed a curbside order for our dinner the next day, and ended up having to go inside to pick up the food because no one came out with our food and there is no check in for curbside. Will not be back to this location. Love their food but definitely won’t be back to this location.

Had to change my previous 5 ⭐️ review because this location has gotten steadily worse every time we come by. The service has never been great, but the food made up for it up, and we would often drive from FWB for lunch. Our most recent experience here, unfortunately, will likely be the last after several years of patronage. Dirty restaurant, mold on the drink machine, hair in the food, both meals missing the scoop in the trio. And this is all in our most recent visit! I know good help is hard to come by but for goodness sakes get it together.

Make sure when doing a catering order that you receive 2 confirmation emails. If you don't receive the second conversation within 24 hours, call the store. I had placed a catering order online, but did not receive my second confirmation. So when I arrived, the store on their end did not accept the order. However, Destiny at this location went above and beyond to not only locate my order, but get it together for me quickly. I truly appreciate her kindness and exceptional level of service.
