Wow! Day one and this place is operating like it’s been open for years. Excellent service and even better food. The sushi is incredibly fresh. The staff is extremely friendly. I’m so glad this area has a new high quality sushi restaurant.

This place has descent sushi. A little pricey for the area, I think. I recommend going during happy hour 4-6 pm. Overall, 4 stars 🌟

As the first customer on the grand opening day I can say I am very thankful that such a delicious sushi and ramen is in the neighborhood. The ramen pork tonkatsu hit the spot and was perfectly cooked and flavored. Cannot wait to bring the family back!

I had a great time eating delicious food at your hornbill sushi and Asian fusion. The waiters and waitresses were committed to great service and were very friendly. The foods and sushi was awesome and I definitely liked that you have a very modern style. Most importantly, every food and drink on your menu tasted great!

The food was delicious. We tried the Las Vegas, Hornbill, Flaming roll & California roll. We got 2 different kinds of Ramen, fried rice and Beef teriyaki. Everything was soooo good. The flaming roll came out on fire which all the kids liked to see. We'll definitely be back again.

Amazing food and customer service. So many people asked if I needed help so I never felt like I was waiting or bothering anyone. I loved the food and I am going to make this my main spot! Everything was clean, plated well and fresh. Don't hesitate, make this your next night out!

Great little place with sushi on other asian dishes. Food was good and service friendly and attentive! We liked the fact that there are no TVs and no obnoxious music playing. You can actually enjoy your dinner and have a conversation. Thank you!! We definitely will be back!!

There was a 50 minute wait at Yutaka so we came here. No wait and the food was absolutely worth it. The nigiri was tender, the right temperature, and the rice was the perfect texture. Crab Rangoon were delicious though the sauce it came with was a touch too sweet for me. My wife's Spider roll was delicious and my Tonkatsu was 4.5 stars. I loved the broth, the chashu was second to none, and they have the mushrooms I love! I did feel my noodles were a touch overcooked and there were a lot of them. I personally prefer the bouncy egg noodles over the tender slippery noodles here. But the flavor more than makes up for it. One negative was that for as few customers as were present, the bathroom should have been much cleaner.

My daughter and I were very happy to find good ramen so much closer than Tempe. We shared shoyu ramen and tonkatsu ramen. The bowls were both more than either of us could eat.

This place is awesome and they have delicious food, I got the Golden Spicy Roll (deep fried spicy tuna roll) the Spicy Hamachi roll (cause I love yellowtail) and the Tonkatsu ramen! I normally don't eat this much food, but it was so good I couldn't stop eating, got fuller than I do on Thanksgiving

Food in fantastic, especially their dumplings and kimchi fired rice. Sushi was good (their spicy tuna is delicious) and tasted very fresh. It's a nice place to sit, too. Windows are tinted so it's cool inside even at noon, and it's pretty spacious. Will come again.

My wife and I visited this place a couple days ago. As soon as we walked in, we could tell how fresh everything was based on the atmosphere and how everything smelled so good. everything we ordered exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back. Our server, Tina was very sweet and attentive.

Don't let the tinted windows fool you! They are open and absolutely amazing. The server was kind and attentive, the food was incredibly fresh and delicious. It's not often you find an affordable sushi spot that doesnt have a fishy aftertaste. Whatever they put in the sauce for dumplings should be bottled. The dumplings themselves were crispy and juicy. I had a great meal here and I'm definitely coming back for more soon!

My friend and I had dinner here tonight and really enjoyed the whole experience. The owner was there and answered questions about the menu. The sushi was absolutely delicious! There is such a great selection that it was challenging to choose just one. They have very good wines! The restaurant is clean, prices are very reasonable, and they provided a chopstick helper to my friend. We will definitely return here!

We love this spot in North Phoenix. While we have some great sushi spots this newcomer is right up there with fresh ingredients, large portions and excellent service.
